First time at this place. This is a "to go" pizza place where after ordering and having the pizza created, you take it home and cook it. I ordered the pan, with half of the pizza a meat lovers with red sauce, and the other half veggies with a white sauce. A generous amount of ingredients went on the pizza, and bake time was 15 minutes. The pizza was delicious, and the price for a large pizza and salad was about eighteen dollars. This place apparently just prepares the pizza--you have to bake it yourself. this was not clearly mentioned on any marketing item we saw nor did the person on the phone say that. This business uses a third party to deliver their pizzas. When the wrong pizza is delivered this business does not take responsibility. They blame the third party. They won't refund your monies either. They say the third party refunds. So they can make a mistake and give the third party the wrong pizza and not be held responsible. Fortunately they made up a duplicate order but not without saying they will never do this again for us. No worries, we will never order from you. read more

I'm always interested in trying new pizza places and thought I would give this place a shot since I had a coupon for a free medium 1 popping pizza. This place is unique because you take the pizza home and bake it. It was very delicious! However I'm a huge fan of Marcos Pizza so I think that will always be my go to place but this place is still great and earns 5 stars! I also wanted to comment on the exceptional customer service that I received upon entering. I really am a fan of this place. I make it to Richmond Hill about 3 to 4 times a year and always make a point of stopping by and buying a few pizzas for my sailing team and our hosts. Easy and almost always good. I have decided that the special type pizzas like hamburger or other specials they run are ok but not for everyone so now we always get cheese, pepperoni, and/or sausage. This time we got the heart pizzas of normal flavors and all 3 were perfect. Everyone was happy and we will be back in a few months to again take advantage of the dependable pizza at this Papa Murphy's! read more

I LOVE this take and bake pizza shop. It brings something new to Richmond Hill aside from the factory pizza places. The staff prepares your pizza to order, you take it home and place it in the oven to bake. The kids that they have working there are polite and patient, and the restaurant is clean and efficient looking. I highly recommend Papa Murphy's! read more

I go there weekly! Staff is friendly and pizza is always perfect. We always order pepperoni and pineapple pizza but love the signature pizzas as well! Also make sure you get the 5 cheese bread with your pizza! You won't be disappointed! They also have a punch card. If you get 12 pizzas you get a free one! read more

We have Papa Murphy's back home, so I already knew the pizza was awesome. But the Richmond HIll location's customer service is superb. I ordered a pizza with zuchinni on it and didn't know they were out of stock. Before I even knew, the supervisor went over to Food Lion and purchased zuchinni just for me! While I'll never get zuchinni on a pizza again, I just felt it was great that the famous "we don't have any right now, sorry" was not an option for them!! read more
