Stopped in for a carry out order based on there $7.99 3 topping large pizza deal during the week. Domino's has come along way. The flavors are far more better with the re-branding and changing of their recipe. I was promptly greeted when I came in and could see my wait time on the television screen. The staff which is primarily teenagers were quick to get the order. The pizza was good for chain pizza and service was great. Can't beat the price and service. Will Definitely return. read more

Ordered said delivered & never received my food at all, complete waste of time & charge to have to get refunded

Placed online order 2.5 hours ago. I received an email confirmation but tracking was not available. On top of the reward pizza I was redeeming I ordered several other items. There was no communication from the business and I tried calling many times but the phone just would ring indefinitely. After calling about 7 times with no answer unable to reach them i at least was able to check my bank and saw a reversal had happened as I placed the order but again no communication so I waited for over an hour and a half thinking food was coming and getting none. If the order had been cancelled I would have liked to know. If the business didn't know it had ever happened I would never have been able to communicate it because they would not answer their phone. Now I have to figure out how to get my reward pizza that was redeemed back as it is no longer in my account. Overall an absolutely horrible experience I'm honestly shocked. read more

This place always mess up on my delivery by either forgetting something or wrong items being delivered. What they don't understand is no one wants to complain but sometimes it's a must because we as consumers pay for these items that is meant for our families to consume and it's not cheap especially when have it's delivered. One of my item today was the boneless chicken that can injure someone if you throw it at them. When I call to complain the young lady said my last order was also messed up which I responded that is correct because it was wrong. So now it looks like I'm being accused of lying. Well I assure you I have no time to waste nor do I need a free pizza, all I need is for people to care about the quality of food they give out. Originally I told her I will return it tomorrow and will expect a refund. But my children said don't even bother just stop buying Dominoes so that is what I will do going forward. read more

Update: the owner called me and shared my same sentiments about what Customer Service should look like. He apologized and gave me a full refund! He also stated that he was going to use my experience as a training tool for his staff as to how not to act with a customer! I gave him my professional recommendation about the Manager on Duty Unfortunately Dominoes failed me This was by far the worst Dominoes pizza experience ever on this side of town serving burnt pizza upon delivery bad attitude from the staff when you call and voice a concern. Extremely unprofessional entitled young people working that have the worst Customer Service skills and lack of respect! Manager on duty Quilles extremely unprofessional with her words as well as her actions towards a Customer! Lacks respects for herself and others with the way she speaks! Her body language says a lot about her attitude towards her positiin at Dominoes! Did not order a resolution for our Burnt Delivery! Ordered 2 pizzas online, so it's written so they shouldn't be able to mess it up, but I was wrong. One pizza was completely wrong and the other was something other than a pizza. If I can figure out how to put the pic up of the "alleged" pizza I will. The pizza had like 12 pieces of beef about 6 pieces of bacon no extra cheese and thin crust, even though it was supposed to be hand tossed and extra cheese. I wouldn't classify this as toppings at all. They exchanged one, but had to get the third degree about the fact they gave us the totally wrong pizza. We order from here about once a week. We have done delivery a few time but mainly do pick being that it's usually faster. However we have order our pizza has been done to our liking and in a reasonable time. They have only messed up once but being that we did pick up they fixed it right away and told us we could keep the pizza they originally gave us on top of the corrected one. It seems like this location is run by young adults which is fine because they have never been disrespectful and have always been very polite over the phone and in person. I called when my order hadn't been received after nearly an order. The girl that answered the phone was rude by saying, "give me one sec" No please or thank you. She asked my name & address. The manager then got on the phone and asked ALL the same information again. My order was delivered to the wrong house. I have no idea how so much confusion can happen with an online order. I did not list my address incorrectly. It took the Manager nearly 10 minutes to agree with me that this was happened. I had to ask for an apology and credit for the order. I get that mistakes are made - but from the moment I called - I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about or somehow the error was my mistake. I ordered the pizza online. Took well over 30 minutes to get to me when they're 10 minutes away. The driver went 30 minutes in the wrong direction. Didn't have a cell phone to call for directions so had to stop at a golf course. Then when I finally got the pizza it was cold and extremely burnt. I called the store manager and was insulted by being offered $5 cash back now or $5 credit on the next order for a $25 order. Their response was "your phone is not working" is my doorbell also not working? This is ridiculous, dont freaking argue with me on the goddam phone when ur wrong. Well first of all these employees can't get there orders right, then they have all their employees get together and eat the food in front of customers, and finally the employees use the fridge to keep drinks that they bought on the customer fridge. Failed to deliver pizza .had no lunch and was hungry I work overnight..I repeated a lot on the phone to just leave the pizza and I paid over the phone and the guy still leaves with my paid pizza and I get nothing and am hungry working till 6 am in a warehouse . That delivery guy is an idiot I. He ate my food too. I told them to be there at 11:30 cause I know they close at 12 . Don't do delivery with this dominos .they are really dumb. Why the hell cant you just leave the pizza like I said on the phone I already paid for it.
