We called after 1 hour 20 minutes and were told the driver was on property and it would be less than 10 minutes. 20 minutes after that we we called back and were told the driver would be calling us. 10 minutes later, still no call. Over two hours after ordering the pizza, no pizza, no call, and the place hung up on us. We are reporting them to our credit card company because we (foolishly on our part) gave them our card information over the phone, and we're concerned we've been victims of fraud at this point. My boys got hungry at about 1:30am. I knew for sure I wouldn't be able to find anything that late besides the Waffle House, Denny's, and maybe Wawa. The restaurant is a cute, small place, in a little strip mall off of West Irlo Bronson Memorial highway. It is very well lit, and easy to spot from the street. As I was pulling up, two cars were leaving, and another car was behind me. The place was somewhat busy for 1:30am. The staff immediately acknowledged me as I was opening the door (That made me feel good). They were cheery, and very welcoming. I paid around $21.00 for two large pizza's. That price was a steal. It smelled so good, I couldn't wait to get it home. The pizza was delicious. I loved the sauce. It wasn't sweet, or too tomato-ey, which I hate. It was the perfect blend of spices, and it complimented the fresh cheese, pepperoni, and the sausage. You know its a good pizza when you pick up a slice, and the melted cheese tries to hang on to the rest of the pizza, that's still in the box. Mmmmm, it was cheesy, juicy, full of mouth-watering flavor, and it was yummy. Yummy, yummy, yummy. My taste buds were happy, happy (In my Emeril Lagasse voice). Our experience here was awful. This place left flyers under our hotel doors, causing us to assume it would be a good location for them to deliver to. So we order food on our last day of vacation. It is supposed to take an hour to arrive, but it took an hour and a half, which by itself isn't too bad. But none of the containers had ventilation holes so it was the soggiest food I have ever seen and our drinks were not delivered. We called to address these issues (50 minutes before they close) and were told they could not deliver anything else today. The only options we were given: give me the same shitty meal on a future date, they could only issue a 50% refund, or give us a coupon for the future... They didn't even deliver everything!!
