This domino's place has its own drivers, I ordered through DoorDash and received a notification that the delivery was completed, I opened my front door and NOTHING was there, I called the restaurant and they were just telling me "oh it must be a glitch from the app because drivers have multiple orders" MAN I have worked with DoorDash and I know how it works, this domino place sucks, and the other thing is that they marked as if it was delivered but no picture of it being delivered. I want to start that I love the pizza from Domino's but I wanted to try the new mac and cheese and also ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steak oven baked sandwiches. The mac and cheese was good but I will never order a Philly Cheese Steak from them again. I opened the box and looked at the sandwich and felt like I was in a Wendy's commercial. "Where's the BEEF!" I couldn't believe how little meat was on it. It looked nothing like the picture online from their website. I will attach the menu picture and the pictures of my sandwiches. I ordered last night for delivery and they canceled my order without letting me know. No call whatsoever. I asked some girl named TIANA who said she was the manager for a refund. She was NO HELP at all! Customer service is definitely not important here, that's why they have such terrible reviews. During the pandemic I've ordered from here 7 times. Nothing has ever stuck out as going above and beyond, they would just leave my pizza at the table in front of my door and be on their way. The last two times were not like that. On 3/23/2021 the young man kept knocking on my front door and from behind the door I told him to leave the pizza on the table he continued to knock over and over until I opened the door, turns out contactless means you have to sign the receipt, I made sure not to put any extra tips on there (he was very upset). I wasn't going to order from them again, but it's been two months and I figured maybe it was just an off day, maybe the guy was in a bad mood, so I ordered again. What a mistake. Today 5/24/2021 the older gentleman (Julio) not only knocked on my door for this contactless delivery, but when I greeted his maskless face (I was wearing a mask) he handed me my food and left my house telling me I shouldn't be living in fear. I'm not wearing a mask out of fear. I wearing it because I have underlining health conditions and I'm not vaccinated yet. I'm keeping myself safe. I'm not even dealing with this issue on the store level. I have already called corporate and wrote on Facebook and Twitter (what the corporate line tells you to do after hours). I'm just overly disgusted that this is how they treat their customers. If this older man just left my pizza on the table like he was supposed to, I wouldn't have written this review. Please for the sake of the local community stop ordering from the place. This is now the 2nd time in less then 3 months I have been taken advantage of by this place. The first time it was for a party, they did not realize that the delivery location was at gator land and because it did not show up on there maps though in the area they deliver to they DID NOT SEND the driver!!! Imagine a whole party of kids waiting for pizza and you call the pizza place only to find out they made the pizzas and they are sitting. I had to literally BEG the Manager to send the order and she made me promise I would give the driver a BIG tip... I ask to speak to the manager who then tells me that they just had a big order go out and if I don't like the wait I can go pick it up or she cancel the order. I have never been to this particular dominos...( i live in Wisconsin). But the employees flagged my debit card being as suspicious activity . And I contacted my bank and sure enough... some stank ass was using my debit card to buy not only 130$ worth of dominos but also boston market,morphe, and loreal online purchases. This person has racked up $700 worth of purchases in minutes. And dominos stopped her from doing more. Thank you and great work. read more

This location is by far the worst. The customer service is horrible. The reps and managers are rude they take forever to answer the phone or hang up as well. Cant remember the managers name however she is extremely rude. They take long to deliver no matter how close you live to the location. They dont know how to take orders well no matter how many times you repeat your order..... I never give a one star even if the service is not up to my liking but i had to do it for this dominoes because of the inconvenience and not so helpful and dismissive customer service. My boyfriend placed an order about 30mins ago and when we went to track the order it was suddenly gone. I called the dominoes 3 times and the call kept getting disconnected, my boyfriend then called a 4th time and finally got someone who sounded so overwhelmed with our issue that she didn't know how to handle it. We literally just wanted to know where our order went. The girl at the end tells us that they attempted to contact us about the order before it was made but "they got sent to voice mail" (mind you we never got a call from this dominoes or any driver)she didn't even explain why they needed to contact us, usually we order and boom pizza is here within a reasonable time. The girl then passed the call over to another team member who wasn't a manager and she also didn't explain the whole "the driver has to contact the customer for god knows what reason" BS that was going on. My boyfriend got so annoyed that he just wanted her to replace his order and get this situation over and done with. The girl places the order then says its going to take 2hours to receive it. This is unacceptable they should've put our order as priority since it wasn't even our fault that THEY cancelled it. read more

I made an online pizza order for delivery on 19 August at 15:06. Prior to ordering, I was not made aware that my order would take over two hours to reach me. I did receive a confirmation email from dominos.com after my order stating it would take approximately 63 min to arrive. While it is not the 30 min dominos used to advertise, I felt it was resaonable given it was a Saturday. Domino's has a "pizza tracker" tool that lets you know the status of your pizza. My order was made and quality checked by "Liz" at 15:19 (13 min after my order, a reasonable amount of time.) According to the tracker my pizza did not leave the store for delivery until 16:48. This means my pizza sat in the store made and getting cold for 89 min. The pizza did not arrive at my house until 17:16. (28 min after leaving the store, 2 hours and 10 min after I ordered). This means my pizza was made 117 min before reaching me. That's 1 hour and 57 min that my pizza sat rotting and festering before arriving at my door. When it did arrive, it was cold and unappetizing. read more
