It was uncomfortable and disappointing especially on Halloween night when a busier crowd should have been expected. Instead of handling it calmly or professionally the manager made the situation worse and several families had to take their food outside to eat in their cars. If the lobby was meant to close earlier it should have been locked before taking new dine in orders. This showed poor management and a lack of customer service. Wendys should train their staff to treat customers with respect even near closing time.
