Couldn't get an order, they couldn't get my credit card number, couldn't get my address right. Couldn't put me in touch with the manager. Told me my address was taken incorrectly and they tried to call me. They did not. I had not recieved a call in at least 7 hours. Absurd. read more

After almost 2 hours of waiting for our order I called the store and they said that their phones weren't working and couldn't hear me, but we persevered to the point that the person on the phone said our order was on it's way. We received a notification that our order was delivered when it hadn't been. My husband calls for the 2nd time to inquire about delivery status since the tracker said it had been delivered but it hadn't. Person at the store stated they would contact the driver to make sure it was delivered. 20 minutes later, no order. Queue 3rd phone call to the local store to explain order hasn't been delivered in 2 and a 1/2 hours. Store representative states that the order has been completed and would be out shortly. I immediately asked for a refund. Will never order from dominos la grande again. read more

Went in to pick up lunch last week. Music was blaring rap with a bunch of cussing. It was so loud that I had to wait outside for my pizza. I could have sat down, but all 3 chairs had grease smudges, crumbs or something else unidentifiable. I asked for a well done and it clearly wasn't so I asked to have it set back in for a little bit longer. As I waited I observed that the prep area was cluttered with a huge mess including food all over the place. It looked like nothing had been wiped down during the last hour or longer. I witnessed them cutting a pizza for another customer and there was sauce, dried cheese, green pepper and pepperoni on the knife. They don't clean it or wipe it down. I received my pizza, it was straight up burnt and there was a huge spot that wasn't covered with anything, just burnt bread. I left an email to corporate and the manager, was totally ghosted. I spent $14.00 on something that I took one bite of and threw away. Won't be returning. read more

I ordered and got my food two and a half hours later. It was set for delivery, yet I had to go in and get my food or it would have been another 25 minute wait. Plus I got two different stories over the phone on "It will be delivered in 10 mins" then waited another 45 before calling and then just coming in. Very disappointed and frustrated. read more

By far the fastest, Best tasting and best establishment in town for delivering pizza on a timely and quickly matter. yes sometimes they do get a little bit busy and get slow but the service is excellent!! Regardless and the quality is wonderful. Were do I begin? I ordered the cinnamon twists and i received the garlic twists. Not sure if i input the order wrong in the app? Second, another time i went into the store for pick up and I'm not sure if it was an owner or whatnot , but he was just ripping his workers a new one. I think those poor workers saw God AND Jesus Christ that night. Employees seemed like they were just being bullied and i felt quiet bad for them. I personally would not want to work under those circumstances. It sounded as if outside problems were being brought into the work place. which is very unprofessional in my opinion. There have been other times where my wife went in for pick up during the dinner hour and there were not nearly enough people inside working the clock. So understaffed. Again I felt bad. But what do I know, I am merely just a paying customer. Keep up the good hard work La Grande Dominos employees!! Your hard work does not go unnoticed! read more

Food took two hours, sat in QC for 45 minutes, and the order was wrong, and not even slightly. Ordered bread, got chicken. Those two things look differently. If you are going to have a QC, maybe it should actually work, dummies. read more

I just started working for Domino's again and I've always had a good experience. Even when I wasn't working there.

The food is not good, the service is not good, and if you order delivery they will take approximately 20 minutes to "quality check it" . Your order will be incorrect and cold. Nothing worse than cold congealed cheese on pizza! Skip dominoes and go to Denny's. At least their food is warm and tastes good. read more

Ordered a jalapeno and pineapple pizza got a green bell pepper and 4 pieces of pineapple pizza. It took more than an hour to get here so we where starving so we are it anyway. Went to get the cherry coke and ......well nobody brought it. So I called. That are very busy so they can remake my pizza and get it to us in 45 minutes. No refund or gift card offered I hung up. I worked at a Dominoes for three years when I was in college and so I know how frustrating owning a pizza business can be. But this dominoes goes above and beyond for its customers! When a mistake was made on my pizza, not only did they make it right but they gave me more for my time and frustration. I was so impressed with them! Their store is ALWAYS clean, they are up to date on technology, their store is kept at a comfortable temperature, there's beautiful seating outside, and their employees are always kind and considerate. I haven't a single word of complaint with this store. They are a classy, hard-working, group of individuals with a top quality pizza product! read more

Place use to be good with customer service and toppings. Last few orders have been very late. One order I called and used their 30 min late it's free policy. They said they would not process my payment and remake it free. Well guess what some college idiot forgot to deliver it shows up 4 mins later with a "remade" pizza that felt like it came out of a fridge. read more
