I placed a an online order for some Domino's Pizza today for my group of students. I can really appreciate placing an order on the app. It makes it fast, easy and efficient. I particularly like that you can track the progress of the pizza using the pizza tracker on the app. Pizzas were prepared on time. The workers were fast, friendly, and polite. The inside of the restaurant appeared to be genuinely clean. The pizza was fresh out of the oven so the pizza was nice and piping hot. My students enjoyed their feast. read more

Wife placed order but store manager said they had no order but my wives call lod showed she called and was on the phone for over 2 minutes giving her order to the person taking calls. Anyway my wife reordered the pizza in the physical store and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes...so we waited in the parking lot. Last when she went back into the store the manager said they did not have an order for her after we waited 10 minutes....this place needs to burn down or they need new management. ASAP... read more

Placed an order and delivery took almost 2 hours to receive. When I called to cancel, I was offered an apology and a free pizza on my next order. When I called to get my free pizza, the clerk gave me a wrong name and no note for the free pizza. Very unethical place and takes advantage of their customers. read more

Ordered twice. First time I was disappointed. Second time was even worse. The dough was stretchy and not cooked all the way. Way too much sauce and I'm guessing that's why the dough didn't cook well. Went to the store at 3:30, ordered the pizza, and asked that the pizza be delivered at 5:30 at my work for the employees' lunch break. 5:33 and pizza hasn't arrived. I called the store and they said yeah there's no drivers in here so it should be on the way *click*. So I call to follow up on the order, I get a "yeah it should be on the way", they hang up on me, and the pizza was 20 minutes late. Ordered for delivery and paid with debit card. Tracker said order was ready but 30 minutes later still not out for delivery. Called and was told my food was on the staging area but they were short-handed with drivers. I cancelled my order (didn't want old, cold food) and Charles, the manager, told me it would be 3 days business days before my account would be credited. He offered no apology and even mentioned there were 6 orders still ahead of mine. This is not a reliable pizza delivery business. We just moved to this area. We have ALWAYS had terrible experiences with dominos but we absolutely love their thin crust. We've always had orders taking too long, cold, the wrong order delivered, the order I placed was made wrong, or missing items I've paid for. This time was honestly amazing. Order arrived under the quoted time with everything we ordered and was piping hot. Kaitlyn, our driver, was so nice and friendly. We will definitely be ordering from here again. I ordered two chicken bacon carbonara pizzas. The first time they send them it was the wrong pizza would be wrong toppings. The second time this has them not only were they the right because they were so messed up that the toppings for sticking to the top of the box. Then I called back and they had the nerve and the audacity to tell me that I was just a complainer and all I want it was my money back. That is a completely inaccurate statement. All I want it was for my pizza to be right the first time. For the last year and a half every time I have ordered pizzas from the store, since they've been in business, there has always been something wrong with my pizza, however it does seem like everything that comes out of there is wrong. read more

Took an hour and a half from time of of order for delivery on a Monday night! Pizza was halfway to room temp when it finally arrived in an unmarked vehicle and driver had an attitude about the ridiculous wait time. I have ordered from this Domino's since November 2014 and ALWAYS paid them with a check....along with a healthy tip for the delivery drivers. Today, March 2, 2015 I have the order in my hand and the driver hands me the phone...the manager tells me they have never taken checks. I beg to differ with him.
