It took well over an hour to get a carry-out pizza. I waited the entire time while the phone kept ringing off the hook in the kitchen, with no one bothering to answer it except to ask me to hold. Three employees were in the back making boxes, one spreading dough inefficiently, and one who seemed lost when it came to finding toppings for the pizzas. I understand that finding good help can be tough, but once you do find them, please train them properly. It was a Thursday night, and there were 11 people in the store waiting for their pizzas, with wait times ranging from over an hour to 20 minutes. The delivery drivers didn't even bother to say excuse me as they pushed their way through the crowd of waiting customers. The manager wouldn't talk to anyone, making the situation even more frustrating. Sadly, I doubt anyone in management will ever read this review. From now on, I am officially a Jet's Pizza customer. read more

Ordered food last night (4/15) and was charged for it immediately after placing order. Went to pick it up, a male and female were working. The male looked up my information and couldn't find my order. The female with red hair, stepped in with her aviator sunglasses on, to interrupt him and say "they had a bad night, we cancelled your order". I said I was charged for it. She did not care. She said "she refunded it". I checked banking and I was still showing charged. It was until the next morning that I had to call the same number i placed the order with to get the refund. The female with red hair has to go. Absolutely rude. Talking to me at midnight with sunglasses on and chewing gum like it was her last meal on earth. Extremely bad customer service. Called the store 3 times listen to message for a total of 30 min- it would ring periodically them go right back to same message. Ended up ordering Hungry Howie through Uber eats. I don't usually consider reviews for chain food places but this one merits an exception. I was visiting a friend who lives near Brentwood and we ordered from this Papa John's location. The delivery time was quick and the driver was both friendly and polite. I guess because of the quick delivery and the insulated thingy our pizza was in, it was still 'out of the oven' hot. The veggies, and we got a lot of them on it, were yummy, as was the cheese. They advertise about better ingredients and I would agree. read more

I just wanted to take a minute to say Wow what an awesome pizza you made us had after a very very stressful day Pap John's ! I can't tell you what a simple thing like a hot fresh really good meal can do to help, when you have had a stressful busy day. With that said, if you're considering Pap John's thin crust veggie w/ their 3 cheese~ do it, It is sinful !!! It was Hot, Fresh, full of toppings, loaded with cheese. The crust was thin and crisp, yet firm enough so that the tomato and olives did not make the crust soggy. This often happens on thin crust or even hand tossed pizzas, as you know, if you are a thin crust veggie lover. I've ordered that from so many places and sadly my crust would end up soggy especially in the middle do to the tomato. I am very glad to say, this Papa John thin crust veggie pizza ( with the 3 cheese) stood up to that test and passed with flying colors. Did I mention the taste yet??? Oh my it was heaven.I'm already dreaming of another... Great job Papa John's ! I'm trying to post some pictures as well so y'all can see it~, but struggling with that a bit. Hopefully the pictures go through. I also wanted to give a shout out to our delivery driver. I apologise, I didn't catch her name. Like I mentioned a very long, hard day. She probably did tell me at the delivery, but I have forgotten. I did Not forget that she was very professional, yet very personable. She was working the evening shift Monday night around 5:20 in Forest Hills/Oak Hills area. She was telling me she is new to the area. She's from MS. So you know who you are girl. Thank you for being so fast and so kind to us. We hope to see her again soon. Some people may say well they are just doing their job by making a good pizza and giving good,fast service? Yes, maybe this is true But this is still yet rare these days, For some reason. We are often made to feel as if "We" owe the places we go to grab a bite. These days I'm finding it a rarity to get great food and great service at the same time. It was nice to have at the end of a long, hard, busy, stressful day. Pizza was exceptionally good and done quickly. We appreciate it!!. The next time I'm at my business partner's and best friend's, We will most certainly keep this Papa John's in mind. This location must be closed. No online ordering and no one is answering phone. We waited on hold and called for 30 minutes.

Called in our order at 9pm. We live 10 mins from this location. They operator told us it would take 2 hours and 9 mins to deliver at the latest (and while that's absolutely ridiculous) We figured wait times were high since it's the weekend so we were willing to wait. It's now 11:30 and all the locations are closed, no one ever got ahold of us to let us know they wouldn't be delivering our food. We are extremely disappointed in this companies lack of communication after an unacceptable amount of wait time. Highly unprofessional service. read more

A perfectly acceptable example of Papa John's pizza. I ordered delivery to my hotel on a Wednesday night....the guy that took my order over the phone was especially polite and helpful... He even looked up a coupon for me that helped me save some money on my large 3 topping pizza. Delivery was fast... Beat their quoted time by 10 minutes. Only reason for missing one star is because my pizza was a little smashed to one side in the box...while it made eating it a little messy, but it was still hot and tasted good. read more

Ordered delivery to my hotel room over the phone. They would not accept the 20% promo they were advertising. Ordered a medium Spicy Italian that was supposed to have double the sausage. This is my first review I've ever done, my experience was so bad I felt that I needed to let others know for future. About a month ago we ordered delivery. I was told it would be 30 minutes... that's no problem. An hour goes by so I call and they said it was on its way. So I waited. And waited. Then two hours go by and I called again. They said the same thing. "Your order is on its way with the driver." I said you told me that an hour ago so I was frustrated and eventually ended up calling the customer service line. Spoke with someone and didn't get anywhere the first time so I called again. I ended up being put on a three way transfer with the store manager, customer service and myself. Ultimately, I never got the pizza and at the end of the conversation, I was asked if I would like to file a formal complaint. And I said yes absolutely. She told me someone would contact me within 72 hours. I never got a call, email, or anything. It's been a month now and no one has followed up. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Papa John's used to be my favorite and my go to, but will never order from them again because of this experience. read more
