This place was surprisingly good, it's a fast casual pizza place. You order your pizza and go there line to choose your toppings. They have a choose 2 combo for half a pizza and a side for $12 which I thought is a pretty good deal. I got the Spicy Pepperoni and a side salad (Greek) and it was a generous portion. It's a thin crust style pizza. The food came out quickly and there was plenty of seating when we went on a Sunday afternoon. The girl at the counter explained how it worked since it was our first time there and she was very helpful. The staff also came to take away our dishes once we were done eating. The only thing is I wish the cutlery/silverware was at the table, it was exactly clear that you had to get it from the drink station. But overall I would definitely go back. read more

Made another trip to Blaze. OK, it was a Friday night but it was packed! Very long line that moved NOT incredibly fast but in fairness, they can't move too fast or they over extend the seating. Pro Tip: I noticed quite a few folks picking up to go orders, might be a good option. On the plus side, the pizza was VERY good and came pretty quickly once we ordered and got a table. I was looking forward to another meal at Blaze but this location didn't perform very well. The line was a little slow and sloppy to begin. I ordered a small 3 topping pie, and decided to order in person instead of online. I got parmesan cheese and fresh mozzarella for my cheses (the app lets you choose both parm and mozzarella before the 3 toppings). The college gal behind the line held a first stance and insisted that parmesan cheese counts as a topping so essentially I got a 2 topping pie which was disappointing. The pizza was edible but it was flat as a pancake and had burnt ends that an employee had to cut off. I've had much better at other locations and at competitor BYO pizza places. read more

Not a friendly location in general (guy taking orders was on the rude side redish hair under a hat) but especially not a gluten free friendly location. Girl who was working (brown hair in a braided ponytail Monday 7/1 5:30ish pm) got an attitude when I asked her to change the pizza stone mat & her gloves to prep the pizza. The other assembly line workers also changed their gloves, but with lots of whispers and crazy stares lol. Staff obviously needs some training and this location probably needs to he educated on gluten free precautions. I understand most places can't guarantee a lack of cross-contamination, but some easy steps that CAN be taken shouldn't be met with cynicism. This is a good place to grab a pizza. I got there about 11:15 for lunch and it was already getting busy. You can create your own 11 or 14 inch pizza or get one of their signature pizzas. You can get half of a pizza and get a salad to go with it as a combo. The staff were friendly and the interior was clean. This is a chain restaurant, so it's not a mom and pop authentic pizza place.They have locations all around the country. We have one in Brentwood and one in Murfreesboro. They have fresh dough and ingredients to pick from. The pizza is good and mine came out in about 10 minutes. read more

I typically order ahead on the app (often there are deals!) so it is ready when I arrive. Easily a solid choice for fast casual pizza in Brentwood. I've loved this place since grad school, for an affordable build your own personal pizza. Really appreciate that toppings are no extra charge and there is no limit! They also often gluten free and keto options. I always build my own pie while my partner gets the Meat Eater with some additional customization. The pesto garlic cheesy bread is also a must. My husband, son, and I made a special trip to this Blaze location for Keto pizza on a family road trip. We chose Blaze as it's known for being friendly to a range of diets, especially Keto. Unfortunately, this franchise location has chosen to remove Keto pizza crust from its menu. If you're not happy with the menu, you should not own a franchise -- instead, the owner has taken it upon themselves to make Blaze a less inclusive and welcoming place for all guests, contrary to the company's mission. If you eat a Keto diet, don't waste your time visiting this Blaze location -- they don't want your money. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE I tried to take my wife here to show her that this place is way better than mod. but I will literally never go back to this place. Everyone working looked like they absolutely hated their job and their service was unbelievably atrocious. The only people ordering food except us were the seemingly underage employees that couldn't spread cheese or pesto on a pizza. For the uninitiated, the ordering process is very confusing. The menu indicated to choose dough first but the line cook was unable to explain the options. The wall menu shows 6 standard pizzas but the line cook did not mention them and the sign relies on the name of the pizza to say it all: no explanation of ingredients. The next line cook was for toppings, which was also unclear. Whether you wait or proceed caught us off guard. Drinks were not mentioned so we had to go back into line to get them. Clearly they have many repeat customers who know the drill. The pizza was thin, and tasty. It could have been cooked a few minutes longer so it would have been crisp; otherwise reasonable quality. The meatballs were in a bland tomato sauce and served slightly cool. I wouldn't go back to eat in. Many school groups were there the afternoon we dined. read more
