Very nice fast paced. Great dairy free options. The cheese is yummy unlike ever other place with vegan options. Nice staff. Will go again.

Came in Saturday night around 930pm. Plenty of parking. Service was fast and the employees were so nice. Got the 11" meat lovers pizza (with balsamic drizzle) and a bottle of beer for $16

Not a friendly location in general (guy taking orders was on the rude side redish hair under a hat) but especially not a gluten free friendly location. Girl who was working (brown hair in a braided ponytail Monday 7/1 5:30ish pm) got an attitude when I asked her to change the pizza stone mat & her gloves to prep the pizza. The other assembly line workers also changed their gloves, but with lots of whispers and crazy stares lol. Staff obviously needs some training and this location probably needs to he educated on gluten free precautions. I understand most places can't guarantee a lack of cross-contamination, but some easy steps that CAN be taken shouldn't be met with cynicism. Also, large location, but the tables need a good bleaching/sanitizing for sure. GF Cauliflower shown. The pizza was good, but other issues lowered my rating.

This is a good place to grab a pizza. I got there about 11:15 for lunch and it was already getting busy. You can create your own 11 or 14 inch pizza or get one of their signature pizzas. You can get half of a pizza and get a salad to go with it as a combo. The staff were friendly and the interior was clean. This is a chain restaurant, so it's not a mom and pop authentic pizza place. They have locations all around the country. We have one in Brentwood and one in Murfreesboro. They have fresh dough and ingredients to pick from. The pizza is good and mine came out in about 10 minutes.

I got the Patty Melt & Strawberry Shake, and I also tried their Raspberry Refresher. The drinks were pretty good (the shake was a little too sweet). I ate indoors but had to park across, as the parking situation + drive through seemed really congested. Service: Pretty quick when I came in to eat -- staff was very nice and walking around with the sauces as well. Ambience: Quirky, bright, and orange! Nice and clean inside.

I noticed it when in town for a monthly visit, and only because Brentwood traffic made it impossible for me to get where I needed, so I had to drive out of my way to get there. And there it was. That WHATABURGER sign in the front yard, only to find that it wasn't open yet. So I waited. FINALLY the day came and I was able to visit. Yes, I could have visited the previous month, but the parking lot basically said "We're full. Try again later". I tend to wait until after the "A New Restaurant Has Opened" phase dies down so I don't need to battle a crowd. The very first thing I noticed: This Is A Small Whataburger. I think the kitchen-to-dining-room ratio is about 2 to 1. Seriously. 2/3 of the building is kitchen/storage, and the front 1/3 is dining room and restrooms. As I recall there are less than 10 tables in the dining area. There are two kiosks for ordering and a counter with two registers. I visited on Monday and Wednesday of this week. Monday was a bit busier, but I had no problems. On Monday I had the Jalapeño Cheese Burger meal and on Wednesday I had the Pico de Gallo burger. In both cases I was able to order at the counter (I despise fast food ordering kiosks) relatively quickly. Less than five minutes after entering I had my drink cup and waited for my food. The person who took my order was friendly and courteous and was able to answer any questions. For as short a time as this location has been open it's nice to see that the staff has the product information down. The kitchen is pretty well hidden away from customer view in this location. I'm pretty sure that's because of the way the existing building was when Whataburger took over. Less than 10 minutes after ordering my food arrived. It was hot and accurate. Whataburger's Spicy Ketchup is exactly what their fries need. The fries aren't remarkable, but the Spicy Ketchup gives it just what it needs. The (very small) dining room was relatively clean, but on both visits the trash bins were could have used some attention. On both visits I didn't see any urgency to clean up tables when they became unoccupied. I'm glad I'll be able to get Whataburger on my monthly visit to Brentwood. I'm sure that, once it gets on its feet, this Whataburger will be awesome.

This place was designed so poorly to be full or over full with a long line. It's so loud, it's hard to hear the cashier who is just trying to do their best, but the menu is complicated enough that it's hard to just order, there has to be a conversation. I was really not happy with the total lack of space to exist between competing the order and th bringing it out. There was just a mob of us taking up the aisles between the bar and cashier and tables. Tables were all full, so we just stood there being in everyone else's way. The food can be good, but I'm not looking to be in such a loud, crowded, congested space anytime soon. If you love this place despite all that, I'm super happy for you.

You can order at a kiosk, or you can order at the counter. I think I chose the wrong option (ordering at the counter), because the person behind the counter acted like I invaded his personal space and was asking his mother to make me food from her own kitchen. He was wiping down trays when I walked up to order, and he did not stop wiping those dang trays the entire time he reluctantly punched in my order. Do I offend? (No Duckie from Pretty in Pink.) And guess what: Homie didn't get my order correct! I guess I should have ordered from the kiosk. If you visit this Whataburger, you should order from the kiosk. The food itself is fine. Cheeseburgers come with everything on them, unless you specifically order differently. Everything includes yellow mustard and pickles. The hamburger buns were a little less than fresh. The fries tasted like they had been under a warming lamp for a little while. For real, though: This Whataburger location needs to get it together, because it's located next to an In-N-Out. You're competing against the best of the best, Whataburger.

The orders were mismatched so we had to hand bags, fries, onion rings, and condiments around. McDonalds and Five Guys can get it right, so I suspect it has something to do with Whataburger's order management software. If they are cooking the food fresh, the 10-12 minute wait was certainly worth it. The patty melt and onion rings were really good. The kids enjoyed their food as well. The soda fountain mix tasted a little off compared to other big box burger joints. It may have just been this location. Additionally, they didn't mark the diet drink so we had to have one of the kids check and then swap drinks around.

As I stood there studying the menu, I realized they really only serve about five things: chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and dipping sauce. That's it. No 14-page Cheesecake Factory novel to sort through. No stress. No panic. No "what are you getting?" discussions. I thought about my order for exactly 6.4 seconds and went with the 3 Finger Combo, which included four of the five menu items. Honestly, this place is perfect for kids, exhausted parents, and anyone who gets anxiety trying to order at restaurants with more than six options. After ordering, we grabbed our iced tea and headed for the condiment station, where I discovered the true MVP of the experience... ketchup ON TAP. I don't know why this impressed me so much, but it did. It felt oddly luxurious. Like a soda fountain, but for fries. The food took a few minutes, but when it arrived, it was straight-out-of-the-fryer hot. I have to admit the chicken was really good. Crispy, juicy, and worth the hype. The fries were average, the one-and-only chicken sauce was decent, and the Texas toast was surprisingly solid. Overall, I'm glad we tried it. The place gets a 3 Star but employees and food get a 4 star. Parking lot was packed and so was the drive-thru. The inside is much smaller than other locations I've been too. Not a lot of seating but they do have outdoor but too cold to sit out. The way the line forms to order is rough. If you sit in the high top table basically people are standing right next to you as you eat. They need to figure out a better way for customers to line up and pick up since the space is so small and customers end up next to or hovering above customers eating. Dining area was fairly clean and staff is doing the best they can. They do get the line moving quickly as well as orders. Bathrooms were a mess. Food was good - very hot (temp wise) so if you have kiddos pull it apart to cool. Delicious and good portion. I will say packaging for kids combo is meh and also there wasn't a prize and the line was too big to ask for one. Food tasted like it would at any location. Soda machine was down but luckily we are tea drinkers. Probably go back but would be drive-thru. Might take a few months to figure out that dining situation.

Bar food that actually delivers is harder to find than people think, and Jefferson's clears that bar comfortably. Five stars for what it is. I had the buffalo chicken salad with grilled chicken, croutons held. Here's where it gets interesting, they'll toss the chicken in any of their 19 house signature sauces. Nineteen. That's not a gimmick, that's a commitment to the concept. I went with the homemade Angry Ranch on the side, which brings a little heat. Fair warning: it runs a little heavy on the vinegar for my taste, though not enough to hurt the salad. The salad itself was generous, crispy, and fresh, nothing wilted. That matters more than people give credit for. Service was by Emily, who was attentive, got my order right, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Jefferson's knows what they are.
