I was today on the drive-thru; the employee wrongs my order three times and the "manager" with attitude. I request a refund, and the manager didn't give me a receipt and closed the drive-thru window: Not professional and rude employees. In 10 months is getting even worse. Dominos... This place never gets it right ever . The pizza is ok . There was a time I would die for there pizza . The lack of toppings is sad. I am not talking about an abundance of topping just a lack of topping. I think they should try filling a pizza up or go up on the price. read more

So I usually have a good experience with this location but today was a major screw up on their part. I ordered only for pickup, my son went to get it and there was a confusion with the first name of the order. Seems to me like same last name would trigger a recognition but I also sent the order number. So my son comes home with the order, my family started eating. When I go to serve myself the order is not ours at all. I ordered 2 large and 1 medium pizza. What we got was 2 different medium pizzas, wings and extremely burntbrownies, unedible. Took forever to get food delivered and pizza was burned, black around the edges. Bacon was so burned didn't even look like bacon. Garlic knots leaked all over and so much butter, it soaked through the box. They usually do better but the order tonight was so bad, it literally went to the dogs. I wish I could give zero stars... TWO instances I'll review about. 1) We ordered one pizza and maybe some breadsticks. They said "30-40 mins" no problem. An hour later we just called to check to make sure they weren't lost. The guy said "the driver is on their way shouldn't be much longer". Mind you, this dominos is 5 minutes away. So we wait another 30 MINUTES goes by. Still nothing so we call again. He said once again "it says he's on his way. So it shouldn't be too much longer." Finally after and hour and a half showed up. I get them being busy, but when you give someone a wait time be sure to at least be in the ball park. If we would've known it would've taken over an hour we would've offered to pickup. 2) my grandparents orders a SMALL pizza. That's it. Once we place the order and hung up we realized the guy never asked our name or our number. They said "30 minutes". An HOUR LATER, we call and the guy says, "what's your address?" We told him. He's said "oooooooh! I forgot to call to tell you the driver came by and knock and no one answered so she left." Now... first off there is a doorbell. Second, there were four people in the house someone would have heard the knocking. THIRD, why not call us first before you leave the house to be sure?! The guy said "we can bring it back but the driver is already out again and I'm not sure when she'll be back." Instead of offering us a coupon, free pizza, SOMETHING. He just suggest we cancel the order. I mean... I never leave reviews unless i am really impressed OR a place doesn't have the common curtesy to make something right when it was their fault. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience this evening. Let me start by saying I have ordered here many times and never had any issues however this evening I ordered one large pizza 1 topping about 20 minutes before i would be pucking it up. When I got there there were 2 other cars in front of me my app told me that the pizza was ready the 2 cars ahead of me went through the line I pulled up I waited about 5 minutes Before someone even came to the window I paid for the pizza The gentleman Then left the window for 2 to 3 minutes Then came Back and told me my pizza would be ready in about 8 minutes I said the tracker said it was ready about 7 minutes ago when I pulled up He said sometimes the trackers are wrong and I said but doesn't it just take about 8 minutes to cook the pizza He said yes ma'am I said is it more likely that maybe the pizza just didn't get made He said yes ma'am there are only 2 of us here and I think she overlooked it and I said OK I Appreciate honesty more so than a run around I Understand that things happen he then walked away I put in a review with an explanation then a lady comes to the window and she says in the future before you leave a review could you wait till you get your food and could you leave an explanation I said I did then she proceeded to speak over me and then told me not to come back This is unacceptable read more

Worst experience ever. I ordered my pizza and they took 2 and a half hours to deliver from a store only down the road from me like 3 miles. Then when they got to the door I find out it was cause they ran out of food and was waiting on a truck to deliver well shouldn't have taken my order then. Wait it gets worse then they didn't have credit card receipt which i later find out its cause the pizza that had my receipt in it was still at the store apparently the driver forgot it which he tried to blame it on someone else and they blamed it on him. Then they tell me they will bring my missing pizza to me but ill have to wait for another driver to become available and could be another 40 minutes. Finally they show up with my pizza which i didn't enjoy cause it was now cold and missing my extra sauces i ordered and paid for. When I called to let them know how dis satisfied i was they told me they was backed up and i could go and help them out basically unless your offering to help out we don't want to hear your complaints. they didn't even offer me anything in return for this horrid experience. I love pizza, and domino's has always been my favorite pizza since I was a child. Well, last time we ordered delivery half of our items were missing! The driver didn't notice, and luckily I checked before he left. So we had to wait another 30 minutes for the rest of our food to be delivered. I wrote a review on the dominos website and the manager called me later that day. After explaining to her I was a regular customer and that I was disappointed, she offered free food. I denied the food, and she insisted and said the problem wasn't fixed unless I took it. So I did. Today I tried ordering the pizza since it was a rainy day (weather was pretty bad, but dominos was still open). I tried calling dominos since they offered free food. Well no one answered. Online it said they were still open and that I could order there, so I thought no big deal, I'll get it another time. I placed my order and it said it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Again, I thought no big deal I understand with the weather. The order was placed at 3:32. 4:32 rolls around and still no pizza. I still waited patiently. 6:32 rolls around and I get very impatient, being it had been THREE hours. So I logged onto the tracker and it said my order had been delivered. I tried calling dominos, and first two tries it was a busy tone. The third try it had me on hold waiting for someone for 5 minutes. Needless to say, I am very unhappy and will not be ordered for a very long, long time. read more

These guys are fast and courteous, however this store seems unable to successfully do the pan pizza. I order from here at least once/week, and have tried the pan pizza three times. They never cook it properly- it is always undercooked and raw in the middle. Everything else is always good. It;s a chain, but this location is managed well. read more

Every time I go order pizza at this location the employees are not very pleasant. I ordered pizza for the last time from that location and decide to just order from other Company's when i got hung up on by a manager. I was waiting for hours for my pizza. When I called to ask why the employee that answered the phone stated it was posted as carry out instead of delivery. I then proceeded to ask him if there would be any compensation for such a mistake. He passed the phone to a manager who then said the delivery guy came by my home and called but no one was home (which was not true). When I told her that was a flat out lie because I never got a call and we were home she then proceeded to tell me that it was delivered to a different address. She refused to compensate me for the pizza and correct the mistake and just resorted to lying multiple times. The managers name is Brittany. When I asked her what number to call to place a complaint she said 1-800-Dominos and hung up on me. Bad business and mangers need more training on customer service or need to be replaced all together. read more

It's Domino's, so, everyone should know the food. However, I must say, this location on Verot School Road is the one that delivers to me here at Cutthroat Tattoo in Broussard. When its super busy, and I cant leave to get a bite to eat, its super nice to have a place that delivers, especially when working sometimes a 14 hour shift! Food is always as good as expected, delivery is usually fast, and the drivers always seem to be polite. They even have a tracker so you can see the progress of your order. read more
