For a place that advertises ravioli on their sign, I would have expected something other than washed and rinsed chef boyardee ravioli. I legit believe that is all they do. 2-2.5 stars... The garlic bread and meatballs were good, and the sauce is pretty delicious.. that's the only saving grace for my meal.

    Best dang All Meat Pizza!

Man. You can't go wrong with their meat lovers pizza.. I love the same waiter that's been there for years, he just makes the place! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the classic pizza place feel too![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Crust is crispy, tons of meat, perfect amount of cheese..

I'm a life long lover of this place. Yes Mike is gone and his wife, but I'll never ever stop loving on this institution. My parents had date nights here, I've had date nights here. This is what loving life is like. Italian from Sicily comes to America to make his mark on life. Thank you Mike and the family. ama sempre!

They charged me $23 for two noodles and a single meatball for a "full order" of the manicotti with meatballs. Downright disrespectful.

Portion sizes are insanely small for the price. There's no reason they should charge as much as they do for what they're serving.

I love pizza so I had to try one of the oldest pizza places in Lafayette. Upon entering the establishment, it appears to look like a mom and pop joint which I Love. The atmosphere is pretty warm and inviting. We decided to order 1 pizza (the alesi special) along with some of the other items. Appetizer sampler, spaghetti, and manicotti. The pizza was good, but nothing to write home about. The appetizers were a bit heavy since they were all deep fried (my mistake because I ordered too much). The spaghetti was actually pretty good although the appearance would make you think otherwise. And the manicotti was above average.

    Sorry ass meatballs

Not Lafayette's best pizza but pretty good. Little on the greasy side for me. Still overall good.

My wife and I did a before and after…read more We visited Sarrica's Little Italy before we traveled to Italy to sort of get in the mood. Our first visit was fantastic. Yes, it was crowded, but that's a healthy sign! In fact, we were lucky enough to find a parking space in the lot. From antipasto to dessert everything was top notch. So, we went to Italy and came back changed people. In fact, I started making my own pasta being inspired by what I experienced. There is a tremendous difference between fresh and shelf. We finally made it back to Sarrica's last Saturday, and I don't know how one could be more impressed, but they did it again! We got there early and immediately got a table. A half hour later the place was getting packed. We went straight to the Primo skipping the antipasto this time. Our food arrived quickly, and at first the portion looked smaller than before. But I was deceived! The dish was full! And delicious! And gone! I'm usually not known for cleaning my plate, but had we been in a darker corner I probably would be licking what's left! No, seriously, it's that good! This place would be popular in Sicily or Rome or Tuscany! You can tell someone in the kitchen is proud of what they're serving to be so consistent. There's no question we'll be returning - if we find a parking space!

The only disappointment was finding out our favorite appetizer, the pork cheeks, is no longer on the menu. We decided to try the crabmeat cheesecake instead, and it was pretty good. For our entrées, my wife ordered the Fish Katie, which was as good as always, and I had the lamb chop special. The lamb chops were cooked well and had great flavor. To top off the evening, the staff brought out cotton candy and a slice of olive oil cake for my wife's birthday, which was a nice touch and made the celebration feel special. Overall, we had a very enjoyable dinner with good food and attentive service. We definitely plan on coming back and hope the pork cheeks make a return to the menu someday!

Peyton and the remaining staff took great care of us - attentive / knowledgeable / friendly. The food (brunch options as well) was thoroughly enjoyed by all - from seafood to Italian to breakfast omelets - plus. Two surprises that we all took special note of however - the breakfast/brunch offered biscuit - & - the Pecan Seduction dessert - outrageously delicious. Cotton Candy kids treat to close out was a hit too. Remainder of restaurant and outdoor seating option (when open for use) all = very appealing. I am deeply disappointed by how my employment ended. Before I was fired, my manager made it clear…read morethat she didn't like my boyfriend because he had worked there years ago. After that, it felt like I was being judged because of my association with him instead of my own work and how I treated customers. I have never been fired from a job before, which made this experience even more heartbreaking. I was never given an opportunity to address any concerns or improve before my employment was terminated. Rather than discussing any meaningful performance issues, I was given a vague excuse, that I let a customer in five minutes before opening. We are in the hospitality business. I wasn't going to leave someone standing outside in the Louisiana heat when I could simply welcome them inside and have them wait a few minutes. To me, that's what hospitality is. After I was fired, my boyfriend was also banned from the business. That only reinforced the impression I had from the beginning: that personal feelings about him played a role in how I was viewed and how the situation was handled. I left feeling blindsided and confused. Based on my experience, it seemed like personal feelings mattered more than fairness, and that was incredibly disappointing. It left me with the impression that this is simply how this manager chooses to make decisions, and that doesn't reflect the kind of leadership I believe employees deserve.
