Two seperate experiences with them. First was a few weeks ago. Over two hours for delivery. Horrible. second. Tonight they shut down. Claiming technical difficulties. But the online portal still let you place a order and took your money. It wasn't until I called them that I found out that I wasn't getting my food because they had been shut down for two hours. claiming they are in the process of making the calls to people to refund them. this used to be a good establishment. I want to preface this review by saying I've previously worked for Pizza Hut's 3rd St Winter Haven location for 6 years. Call the general manager and ask what she thinks of me, I was a model employee. I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up. No immediate issue but when I arrived back at my residence to eat I discovered that the "Stuffed Cheesy Bread with Bacon & Jalapeno" that I ordered did not contain jalapeno nor bacon. So I called in knowing the usual spiel of credit or remake, and I planned on asking for the credit. I explained that the bread had "no jalapeno" (as I wouldn't have called if it was just the bacon) and I insisted that I did not want to drive back to the store to correct their error. Yet in response I was informed "Well our manager is actually the one who made the order so you can come in and we can remake it for you." This instantly pissed me off. Now not only am I annoyed that my food is wrong but I have the store who messed up my food implying that I'm a liar. Whoever the woman on the phone was realized that she had badly agitated me and tried switching to offering me a credit, which she should have done from the start. I was having none of it because I refuse to be called a liar. I showed up just before 1:30pm 5/22/20, which I did not want to have to do, so I could give them the incorrect food and have it remade. If i could give 0 stars I would. Has to be worst experience in my 53 years. I ordered a pasta bowl and a sandwich and was told it was 14.86 well on line it says 5.99 a piece if you order 2 so I knew it was a mistake. When getting to the window, I told him 5.99 a piece dont add up to that and he says 5.99 is a coupon price although it doesn't say that on there web site. He then honored that price and ran my card and says there machine is down do I have cash? I informed him that due to covid-19 I dont carry cash. They then informed me that I couldn't get my food. I asked for manager who told me to bad if I dont have cash. I then said well you should give me my food for free since I drove here and wasn't informed that you couldn't take a card. They always come to the rescue in nights that I am tired or not feeling like cooking or going out to pick up takeout. Online ordering makes it so easy, especially when you have the type of family that will continue changing their minds while you are trying to place the order. We always have special requests to our pizzas or other foods we order and we always call them right after ordering and they always answer the phone fast, friendly and please our request every single time. I do have a local pizzeria that I love going to but Dominos is our go to place when we are in the lazy, tired mode and don't want to drive anywhere and want our food the way we want it and at a reasonable time and price. read more

This location provides excellent service and food! We were pleasantly surprised! They are so fast and truly care to see that every order is made correctly. On our first visit, they forgot to give us our twists. My husband went back in but had no idea what kind I had ordered, lol. Domino's to the rescue, an employee came out to the car with him to ask me which we had ordered and took care of it immediately! The food was hot and delicious! Tonight was my first time eating at this particular dominos. I was amazed at how clean it was! Everything was very tidy and spotless. Delivered within 30 minutes, Nice. So the pan crust is not quite as good as Pizza Hut, but it is still okay. The sauce was good and the toppings were more generous than Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. Cooked perfectly. But, oh my God was it salty (and I like salt). Would not reorder for that reason. read more
