I honestly don't know who's responsible--The Super Duper Spot or The Joinery--but passing the blame back and forth doesn't help the customer. If birthday rewards are being discontinued, any rewards that have already been sent out should still be honored through their expiration date. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and a pretty crappy way to treat someone on their birthday.

My husband ordered the Chicken Parmesan, which was also delicious, and we had steamed broccoli on the side. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. We also learned that Palace is a family-owned restaurant and that the owner is Italian, which made the experience feel even more authentic and personal.
