These clowns need to be retrained on customer service. I ordered a pizza around 9:30pm last night and arrived a few minutes after 10pm. The door was locked which was weird so I knocked on the door and when nobody came I went around to the drive thru window. There were two employees hanging around talking so I pushed the bell button on the window to get their attention. They both saw me at the window but went back to talking to each other. "Are you fucking kidding me" came to mind so I banged on the window and finally one of them came over to see what I wanted. I said I had an order for pick up and when I mentioned that the door was locked they told me they closed at 10pm. I'm pretty sure I've been here before past 10pm but I didn't want to waste the energy to call them out on the fact that they willfully ignored a paying customer who came to retrieve their order. Whatever they were thinking, its clear that the thought didn't occur to them that maybe they guy waiting outside was the guy who placed a pickup order a little while ago. I looked up this location's info from Domino's website and it said they were supposed to be open until 1am for carryout. I'm not coming back here again. read more

Raw dough is gross. Past orders have been okay but not great. Breadsticks were undercooked and chicken wings had pieces I wouldn't consider a wing as I'm not sure what it was but if a small morsel counts as a wing, I can take my business elsewhere. No offer of a refund for the undercooked breadsticks? Just beware that you might get food you can't eat and you just threw your money away. read more

Dominoes on roadrunner always has some of the greatest pizza. I tried the Philly cheesesteak pizza on thin crust this time around and it is now my favorite item on the menu. We also got a sausage and pepperoni,the chicken habanero sandwich,chicken pasta with onion and mushroom. All of our food was hot and the delivery guy was so nice. The swirl cookie/brownie is good. I prefer the brownie flavor more then the cookie part. read more

Waited for 30 minutes for a pizza they said would be done in 15 minutes. Got them home and even though they were thin crust I didn't expect them to be dry as crackers. Pretty gross. Going to go to NY pizza which is actually closer and infinitely better. read more

We love pizza that being said thank you Dominos. We order using online or phone ordering and haven't had an issues with it at all. The online is easy to navigate and simple to use. The phone is simple most people are awesome and helpful. We can get medium pizza with two toppings, chicken bites, or breadsticks, salad and dessert for under 30.00 it's a great deal. If you don't want that you can get any items you prefer. I love the sales and specials that the store offers constantly. The sales change but they keep bringing new options that are just as great or better than the last ones. The delivery service is over and beyond. The system will quote you about 30 minutes for order and bam the doorbell rings. The delivery people are always happy and the guy remembers us each time. Great job pizza people. The pizza is decent but when I went to get my pizza and asked for Parmesan cheese they said it's an extra charge. I then asked for marinara sauce for the garlic bread bites I got and they said that's also an extra charge. That's poor business to charge for Parmesan cheese and Mariana sauce which cost them virtually nothing. I will not return because this place nickel and dimes you for basic pizza condiments every other place gives for free. read more

Very disappointed! Ordered a Pepperoni Pizza for delivery around 6:30 P.M. Once the pizza arrived I opened it at the table to find 2 SLICES substantially larger the rest. As if they were from a different pizza. I didn't know Pizza was supposed to look like this. read more

This review is a 1 Star purely because of the manager that was working on May 22nd, at 7ish. I ordered a few pizzas to be delivered at 8 earlier in the day, but something came up so I needed to push the delivery back like 30 minutes. I called the store around 7:35 to see if that was possible and they said no because the driver was already at my hotel to deliver it. I asked why the pizza was getting delivered 20 minutes early and I was put on with a manger who lied and said my driver wasn't actually there and that she was on her way and would get there right around 8. While he was telling me this the driver knocked on my door at around 7:42. I asked why he lied to me and he started yelling at me and getting defensive and asked why he was getting so rude and he hung up on me. I feel bad for the rest of the staff because the driver and pizza makers did a fine job. But their manager was beyond unprofessional and I was shocked to have that interaction as someone who used to be a delivery manager myself. read more

First, they have awesome specials. I can order 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and Parmesan bites with marinara sauce for under 20 bucks! I live wayyyy out of town yet they still make sure my order is delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Second, whether you call, go in, or have it delivered, the employees are genuinely nice, courteous people. Great service!! Last, on the rare occasion that they've made an error with my order, they correct it promptly and politely. I've used this Domino's probably 50 times and I can always count on them to bake a hot, delicious meal when I don't want to! Thank you Domino's! read more

SO, we have always tried to use the "specials" to our advantage. Today 3/1/2018 we called in to make a "carry out order". A young lady answered the phone, I forget if she identified herself as Andrea or Angela but we told he that we wanted the TAKE OUT SPECIAL..and asked if it was still $5.99. We were told that this particular special had ended a couple of weeks ago and it would be and 7.99 plus tax for the pizza. We ordered it anyway and specifically stated that we wanted DOUBLE CHEESE, DOUBLE Pepperoni and Double Mushrooms EXPECTING that it would be a little more the $7.99. When we came through the drive thru to pick it up I double checked to make sure it was what we had ordered: We have had many mishandled orders from this location: I specifically handed the box, with the pizza inside, back to the person standing in the drive thru window and SPECIFICALLY asked it this was TRULY DOUBLE CHEESE. HE had to look up the order and then came back to tell me that they had only put on EXTRA CHEESE cuz there was no charge for the Extra Cheese, but there would have been for DOUBLE CHEESE. Damn it, If I order double cheese, double pepperoni and double mushrooms I expect to pay for it and I have no problem with that. Dont 't modify my order at your will and then try to tell that THIS, that I am getting, is what I ordered. IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED....AND WHEN I DO ORDER SOMETHING DOUBLE......I DO EXPECT TO PAY FOR IT ACCORDINGLY. JUST Do your job and don't ASSUME that the customer meant something other then what they ordered. If you like pan pizza and you like it thoroughly cooked, look elsewhere. Given that this appears to be an endemic issue, I will no longer get pizza from this location. However, they seem to do ok with the thin crust, so they have that going for them. :) read more
