i used to be a 2x/wk delivery customer. I wish there was a different store I could order from. This one is awful!! Last delivery was over an hour from leaving the store to my apartment. I live 1/2 mile from store. Driver took my food on a one hour scenic tour of Liberty Lake and the Spokane Valley. Food was inedible. Driver didn't care. i thought the manager did but she never followed through. We need a Pagliacci or a Zeke's or something out here! read more

I haven't had Domino's in years. Ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza..I like that they had a screen that told me that my order was in and how long I had to wait and it updated as we went. The pizza was okay. It was not a big fan of the crust. Slightly burnt and dry. I'm sure some people like it that way but I also don't like wood fire pizza.. My kids thought it was tasty. A little over 20 bucks for an extra large. I saw on the wall they had a manager special which had I seen I would have probably got instead.. I'll include it in the pictures of what it entailed for 20 bucks. Their hours run pretty late so I guess if your hankering for some pizza this will be your place to go at 11:00 at night. read more

I called a week ahead on a Sunday spoke to Cory. He took my order for a Sunday and I went in to get my pizzas and they would not make them. I had 21 pizzas ordered and I ordered all of them. I called to make sure they said everything was good. I had 60 people children and adults were waiting. This was very wrong I had 60 people waiting. I feel that they need to give me the pizzas I ordered. I feel we deserve free pizza due to what has happened. I did call alot to make sure that our pizzas will be ready. I would of paid no one asked me to pay. I want the restaurant to make it right. Andrew said I called 100 tines. I guess I was serious about my order and to be able to deliver it to the 60 people waiting. read more

Rude female supervisor on duty. She had a "I could care less attitude" attitude when I called to complain about a driver. That driver, with the company sign on top of the car, almost caused me to hit them when he pulled out in front on me. Plus, he was smoking in the car. Oh, but he was off duty & allowed to smoke in their car. To bad the supervisor didn't know the words: "Gee, I'm sorry that happened." Second, does Domino's really want their drivers smoking in a company car whether or not they are on break? read more

0 stars, I called because the pizza tracker said my driver left over an hour ago.. the manager tells me "oh we press it early otherwise corporate gets on us" .. I ask if I can have the driver not deliver my pizza and I come pick up fresh ones? He says "no just wait for the pizza and let us know how it is." Are you joking? Squealing tires and burnt rubber are the sign of a committed driver who Tokyo Drifted his way to my office to deliver this delicacy. The deliciousness was delivered in an Usain Bolt like hand off and, with a tip of the cap, he vanished. Perhaps it was the Noid who should have avoided me... The delivery drivers words echoed through my head as I pondered life's mysteries over fresh onions, banana peppers, Ham, & Salami in my Italian sandwich. "Adam West!" I shouted to the office as I devoured the remains of the freshly toasted artisan bread. With an uncanny Scooby Doo like insight, yet another mystery was solved. I like dominos and today they were offering a great deal, 5.99 for a large 2 topping pizza. Ordered two to take home and I got home, opened the box and I was so mad I didn't check them before I left the store! Suppose to be jalapeño and mushrooms... there are 12 mushrooms total on this pathetic, ill presented, and cold pizza. Very disappointed. I'll stick with papa johns. read more

Usually the pizzas are fine. Tonight I ordered pepperoni with olives and mushrooms. What I received was sparse sauce. 6 slices of mushroom and fourteen slices of olives and very few pepperoni. I have ordered many pizzas from Dominos and they have always been fine. This was truly a poor example of a pizza. If I had ordered it to be delivered, I would have thought the driver had licked it clean. Since it was picked up by my husband, there is no excuse. I think I will wait awhile before ordering another one. read more

I'm dying of a cold that I have been fighting for a week and I'm stranded at home with a toddler and no help. We have no family or friends within hours of here and my toddler needed some food delivered. I'm too weak to make anything. My parents generously offered to order a pizza for her and have it delivered. They said NO and they need to come into the store (5 hours away!!) to pay for it. It's the only place in town that will deliver and now they will never have our money. Screw you liberty lake dominos and your awful customer service. read more

The man at the counter was incredibly rude and unpleasent. The young man who brought us our pizza from the back, spit in the sink on the way, with the pizza in his hands. Little Ceasers in the valley is much faster and more pleasent. read more

When we decide to have a pizza night my (4 year old) son usually picks Dominos! He loves their pizza! They always get our request correct and their delivery drivers are awesome! The best pizza we have had in a long time. The crust and the ingredients were very good. Bread sticks were a tad to much salt.

This place keeps getting worse and I will bever be ordering a Pizza from them again....As they are always chronically late with delivery, I placed an order at 5:37pm. Was told, after placing the order, it would be an hour or so. After an hour and 15 minutes went by I called to find out where my order was. "Ashley" said "we are really backed up with deliveries" and it would be another ten minutes. To me this was unacceptable and her tone was rude and dismissive so I asked to speak to her manager. Turns out she is the "general manager". She asked if I wanted to cancel my order. Normally I would have but at this point chose to wait. My Pizza was delivered at 7:10pm. The driver was very polite and apologetic. Said they were very busy. I told him it is the general manager's job to make sure that they are staffed correctly. I will NEVER order from them again. Pizza was barely warm. read more
