This place has the best calzones in Spokane. They use awesome cheese, not that powdery crap. The dough is wonderful every so often I do get a little bit too much sauce, but I have not found a pizza place as good as this. Granted, there are some fancier places in town, but this place is super great for being your standard flavor pizza house type of location. I'm shocked that the rating here is in the threes the people who work here are super super nice. The manager does a great job, and there are a lot of kids who work here who work very hard. It has been over a week since our visit but I still feel as strongly now as I did then. We came in as a group of nine + 4 children under 4. When I expressed this to the young gentleman at the counter I just kind of got a bland stare. I noticed there was a big room (door was open) with tables and asked if we could go in there. He said yes. After ordering I went into the room and the tables were dirty, left over food and drinks (visible from the counter). I proceeded to clear the tables and cleaned them myself. Not gonna lie, the kids were rambunctious, that's why we thought the room with no other patrons was perfect. My pizza came out first... in a box... I reminded them we are all eating in, so he took my pizza back and put it on a tray. I had to go back up to the counter for a pizza spatula (which the kid handed to me from the serving end so I had to demonstrate to the manager how he handed it to me to get a clean one) Pizza was mostly cold By the time we got it back and to be honest, after one piece I couldn't force myself to eat anymore. It was not good. All the chair backs were sticky and the high chairs were rickety and sticky so we couldn't use them for the kids. I'll not go into the bathrooms (no soap in either and a laundry list of unclean issues) I get it, employees are hard to find and this was a group of young kids from the looks of it. The manager (I am assuming it wasn't the owners due to the condition of the facilities and the service) was Doing all he could to handle the situation, but if the franchise owners don't do more to help, pay better wages to draw better employees, work there themselves... etc. I would recommend avoiding this place. I have eaten at other Pizza Factory facilities and while it is not the top of the line pizza, I have never experienced what I considered it to be "gross" before. read more

Used to love driving out here to take the family to dinner. Pricing is insane! Their Special is 29$ for zero topping pizza and breadstick but to add 2 toppings to half it was another $7. I can see why they have no one in lobby on a Sunday at 5pm. Looking at their reviews their management doesn't care to even reply. read more

I just moved to Nine Mile Falls and needed help unloading my Penske truck. My son and 11 of his friends helped me get it done after I promised to get them all pizza. Being new to the area I didn't know where to go but found the Pizza Factory was very close. I gave them a call and spoke with an employee named Sara/Sarah. Since I didn't have a menu and had a brand new address the conversation was a bit confusing for her but she was patient and continued to listen and make suggestions. Well the pizzas arrived and the boys ate like champs. The pizza was hot and tasty. I will order from here again and want to thank Sarah/Sara for helping out a Nine Mile Falls newbie! read more

One star is all this place is under the current management. I would give it a zero, if that was an option. Tried to order 2 pizza's over the phone. 1-hour wait time, the person taking the order said it would be $40 plus tax and delivery, which came to $48, which I agreed to pay, but was put on hold for a minute and the person taking the order returned and said that she checked with her manager and that they have a "new system" and the charge was now $72 plus tax and delivery (Bait and Switch on the price quote). The total price doubled.... $75+ for 2 pizza's, which are really only average in Quality.... Will never attend or order from this place again... BTW, went to Rosauers, the local supermarket, and purchased 2 large take-n-bake pizza's for under $30, which were much better that the Pizza Factory! read more

Ordered 3 pep pizza breads ($4.50 a piece), a fountain drink and 3 side of BBQ sauce (in the little cup). Total was $26.50. How in the world do you expect people to come around with this pricing? Pizza and bread sticks are delicious. My stars are for food quality only. It's very expensive! We usually get 2 pizza's and one bread sticks and that usually comes to $49-55. If we add chicken or a soda it's usually $60. read more

Called during the middle of the day and asked when they closed. Lady on the phone told me they close at 8. So I waited until 7 to call and place an order and then I'm told by someone else on the phone that they decided to turn off their oven AN HOUR EARLY because apparently "it costs money to run when no ones making an order". I have ordered pizza on a pretty regular basis. But the quality of service and food has been deteriorating lately. The last delivery was bad. My order was simple: 4 ingredient large pizza with an 8oz ranch dressing. I was told my delivery would take an hour, perhaps 20 minutes more. 2 hours later it finally shows up, after a phone call. The pizza is lukewarm(I live 8 minutes away) and missing the 8oz ranch dressing. There were 4 of those little ones which equaled about 1/4 cup. When I called to complain they said they would give me a free 8oz cup of dressing. That's not free! I already PAID FOR IT! Just flat out poor customer service. Wasn't overly impressed with this pizza joint. I stopped for lunch on the way to my parents new house and got the AYCE pizza and salad buffet. The price was pretty affordable compared to the rest of the menu. The quality of the pizza was actually better than I expected for the buffet but they selections were very limited. I love a good salad bar and this had a great selection of ingredients even though it didn't have spinach or romain lettuce. I noticed that when I walked in, certain items were empty and needed to be refilled. About 20 minutes later when I walked through again I noticed that they haven't been refilled yet. The service I received here was exceptional. I ordered a pick up for 6 pizzas before they were technically even open and they were able to accommodate for my special time requirements. We stopped in on a late Friday afternoon. Cute, homey place...but we waited a LONG time for our food. Several other patrons (dine in and carry out) we also waiting for awhile. Poorly staffed for a Friday. Food was so-so...not authentic or special by any means. We ordered a small pizza for the kids and a large calzone. Both were hot and fresh, but lacked on flavor. For the small town, it's the place that works for the locals. Won't be stopping in again though, if we're in that neck of the woods. read more

For starters we were not allowed to sit in the back section because they just had a "big party" and they didn't have time to clean it...which was clearly a lie because even the floors were swept. The tables back there were cleaner than the one we sat at before my sister cleared it and found a towel to wipe it. We waited a good hour for food. Horrible customer service. Breadstick were bomb though I'll give them that. Definitely won't be going back to this location. read more

I received a pleasant greeting immediately upon entering for lunch. There was only one other customer when I arrived, but a few more came through after me. It amazes me that a lunch buffet is offered, but I may have picked a low volume day of the week to step in. A real effort is made to offer variety, so they are definitely trying to consider the customer. It seems like the biggest lesson learned for me is that when heat lamps are used for buffet food, they are sometimes not effective at all. Some Pizza Factorys have a round (enclosed) display case that may be cost prohibitive for lower volume stores..... that would help significantly to keep food hot. read more

Just went to this location 02/18/19. Ordered a sub sandwich. Both employees were making food with gloves on. One of them who I have been told is the owner came over and took my credit card and used the cash register still with those same gloves on which left me a bit uneasy. I then monitored her actions to see if she was going to change her gloves prior to going back and touching food again. She did not. She then received a phone call and proceeded to answer with those same gloves on. After the call she went right back to touching food and cutting sandwiches. At this point I was grossed out and asked for my money back due to the fact she did not change her gloves. She did give my a refund and that time she took her gloves off. This location will never get any money from me again. If the owner is ok with doing things in a very unsanitary manner I'm sure the employees follow her lead. It's just sad we can't get anything decent out here in Suncrest. Will be making the drive to town next time. read more

It would be helpful if this business was consistant regarding their "specials" and business. Sometimes I've been charged extra for cheese, other times, no. It depends on who is checking you out. They have accepted, and I have used, competitors coupons in the past. Today, they only accept coupons from the local pizza hut. Two weeks ago we went with a local basketball team and the staff was less than thrilled to offer a "special" and that reflected in their attitude. Poor customer service. I won't order here again, which is unfortunate because the pizza is good and most times it is a hassle to drive in to Spokane and get a pizza.
