I DON'T appreciate your delivery driver deliverimg my pizza, handing it to me, looking at my Catio for my pets and saying, "De Gato" in spanish like I am not supposed to understand. Which means "CAT SOUP" in spanish. Especially, after I waited for over an hour and I know I did not leave an unfair tip. We have a Ring Camera. I've never had a complaint about this Domino's.Their pizza has always been hot, fresh and greasy because of the extra cheese and extra sauce I Love to eat. You know no one can cook real cheese without grease; right? Just like eating jalapeños without burning your mouth, it just can't be done. I prefer the deep dish but that's just me. This was the worst food I have ever got from any Domino's Pizza anywhere in the country in my life. Cheese breadsticks that were only 20% covered in cheese, looking like they were turned over manually and twisted as some sort of hateful act against the customer. The Parmesan twists were dry and disgusting. I recently moved to the area and I have found better pizza at a gas station. This is a place that hates their customers. I have been in there and heard how they talk about their customers. They don't wash their hands. They drop ingredients and still put them on the pizza. They don't wear gloves when handling food. We ordered a pepperronie and cheese pizza, but only received the pepperronie. Staff person (female) who took the order, didn't put in the correct order. What was supposed to be a 20-minute wait turned into a 35+ minutes wait. And then she had an attitude, after letting the pizza sit for about 15+ additional minutes. My mom ordered a pizza and received the incorrect order and didn't realize it till she got home. She called back and mentioned she received the incorrect order. She was asked to return to get her original pizza and that she could keep her incorrect pizza also. However, when she got there the person at the counter kept asking her for her order information. She had used the app to order but didn't know know how to get the order information again. She had given her name to them to have them locate it but they couldn't find it at the time. My mom then left because she was frustrated and then she gets two or three calls after several hours around 10pm (after she went to bed) with the information that they found the order information. Way to serve the customer properly the first time and way to make it the better the second time when the customer came back because of your mistake. read more

Utterly incompetent person taking orders for delivery. By the time they correctly input my address and order I was so frustrated. She kept inputting my pay info wrong. Then I tried the app which was useless. App had my address listed as undeliverable even after confirmation from the actual location that they did in fact deliver to this address. I ended just cooking dinner instead which defeated the entire point of ordering out because I didn't feel like cooking. read more

Ordered from here before...was ok...Noticed that the 3 topping large for $7.99 is lacking toppings. Ordered today 10/8/2022 two of the prior and sections of the pizza were void of any toppings. Walked back into store and showed them...they said that they would remake it...I did not have time to wait. Manager was not in the store according to the young lady. So I left. Disclaimer: The manger on duty handled this issue as appropriately as he could. He offered a credit, even though I refused, and even offered to have another pizza delivered. I'm giving the restaurant one star ONLY because of him. I just can't bring myself to eat from here again. Refer to the photos for a video of the hairs. So, I just left about an hour ago. I ordered the Mon-Thurs special. Service is quick, btw. Anywho, as I was eating the pizza I pulled a hair that was straight and brown off the side of the slice. I chalked it up my home in good faith just bc I didn't want to believe I'd been eating something contaminated with someone else's hair. I removed that end of the slice just to be safe. Began eating again and what do I see staring back at me, ANOTHER long straight hair dark brown/black hair looking back at me. This time, it was baked into the pizza. About four inches was hanging and the other end was hanging through the bakes cheese and visible on the top of my pizza. Called and asked to speak with the manager. The young lady answered the phone and sounded a bit peeved bc I went straight to speak with the manager. He confirmed that they don't wear hair net, I suggested they should. He also offered to deliver or to give me credit towards another pizza but I declined. I don't wanna chance it any further. Simple fix: Hair Nets. If they can't wear hair nets, their hair should be back and at least placed into a bun. Not hanging out through the hat hole, trying to be cute on the clock like the young lady whose hair I probably just removed from my lunch. read more

The food took almost 30 minutes to get here which wasn't THAT bad but they got the order wrong. I called to correct it and they were very kind and offered to replace it but unfortunately it's been an hour and 15 minutes and I still haven't recieved the correction. Maybe they're just busy today? Unfortunately they take a lot longer to deliver than pizza hut or papa johns. read more

The first time I ate at this Domino's it was pretty good. I went there last night, and I really liked their prices. I was going to go to Little Caesars, and I decided to go to Domino's instead. They cook the food pretty quickly, the service was pretty good. Only problem I had was that I wanted deep dish pizza, and the man offered me a pan pizza... There is a big difference. It was like eating a pizza without crust on the bottom. It's only 5.99 for a medium. Not so much a review of the store itself but of their thin crust. Its crap. Dominoes thin crust is like eating toppings on matzah bread, or the card board box it comes in. Yuck. It feels and tastes stale. I will still eat a dominos and at this location but will never have the thin crust again. read more

I have a problem with them. Their pizza is too darn delicious! The delivery guys and gals have always had a nice disposition, and the food is so hot when delivered it burns my mouth! They almost always have a fantastic dinner deal to take advantage of. And lastly, I love that I can order online and watch my food at every stage of completion along with names. If I could give this Domino's location zero stars I would. We've ordered from this location before and had no problems. We waited and hour and a half before calling them to check on our pizza (we knew it was a busy night). When we called they said that they came to our complex but hey didn't have the apartment number so they left (even though they had our apartment number on file and our phone number). So the delivery driver left, they said they would remake it and send it out to again we waited. We are at about 2.5 hours since we ordered before the pizza shows up. When the driver finally gets there he doesn't apologize or anything, we get our pizza, and open it up... and I kid you not... there are TWO PIECES OF PIZZA MISSING! I call the manager and he couldn't care less and he doesn't know how that could happen and offers to send another one out, at this point we're done with this guy and just want our money back. He wasn't apologetic and he didn't try to do anything to fix the situation. Please if you live in Lufkin and want to order pizza GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The price is not worth waiting 2.5 hours and have half a pizza show up. read more

I ordered over $50 of pizza and never received a call notifying me that they would not deliver to me. I only found out after I called them back 90 minutes later. NEVER WILL I ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!NEVER !!!!!! I made an order through the app. As soon as I tap to complete the order I realized that I forgot a pizza. I call ASAP and ask if I can add it to my order and pay once I get there. She says she has to ask her boss if that is ok, the boss says its ok. Says it'll be done in about 10-15 min. I wait about 15 mins before heading to get the pizza. I get there, the doors are locked so I go back to my car and call. I'm told its going to be a wait on the pizza. I say ok, thinking maybe about 5 mins or so. 15 minutes go by and no one has come out. So I call again and the guy brings out my order with a pizza short. I told him there was another pizza he looked at the order and shook his head no. I told him yes there was that I had called it in but he just goes back into the store. I wait hoping he'll come back out but he doesn't so I just wait a few more minutes and leave. I get home and the order is not right i had to call and come back to pick up cold pizza that i had to wait a total of an hr to get! When apparently it had just been sitting there the entire time I was waiting for them to bring it to me. When I was placing my order, the employee was nice but was not knowledgeable when I asked a question about pricing and did not ask a manager (though I was not even sure there was one there). I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich for me and a build your own bread bowl pasta for my wife. My food was perfect. Her's tasted good until she got towards the bottom of the bowl and noticed some of the pasta was not fully cooked and the bread was still raw dough on the inside. read more
