Decided to order a carry out pizza last week and figured why not do Domino's? It's hard to beat a large 3 topping pizza for $10 after all. With that I mind though, I'd have to say that's really where the good times ended. When I was told my pizza was finally ready (55 minutes after ordering) by the website and app, my pizza tasted like it had been done for 30 minutes and they simply forgot to update it. "Becky" had trouble taking my order so I got a real person. I was able to place my 2 specialty chickens without out incident. When I got to the store I was charged $7.99 for each specialty chicken. When I told them I was overcharged they said a call center takes all their calls and that I was suppose to ASK for the special price! ASK?? That's a first. (The website does say that in the small print of a great big colorful ad of any 2 for $5.99 to ASK!) I called the call center to complain and they told me I had to speak to the store which I already did so I just got the run around and they got my $4.00. Great special. I recently lost my job, but was craving pizza. Since Dominos had a great deal going on, I caved and ordered a medium pizza. Full disclosure? I felt absolutely sick and could hardly leave the bathroom for two days straight afterwards. Not only that, the sauce had zero flavor, and my driver bumped her music so loud it shook my apartment building. I was embarrassed that my neighbors might be bothered and realize it was my fault. If no one is up front, the people making the pizzas either stop and help the customers or ask for someone to come help. They are very polite. There have been a few times when they had an attitude, but everyone has bad days right? I would definitely recommend this location over the Yuba City location. read more
