I went with a small group and it was good. We ate inside and it was nice and clean. They had some good music going and they have squeeze bottle ranch dispensers which I like haha. We ordered the tikka masala pizza & a regular pepperoni. The pepperoni was good. Lots of cheese & a sweet sauce. The tikka masala had a ton of toppings and good flavor (we went with mild for reference). The two guys who were working there were very nice and checked in on us to make sure we liked everything. We walked in around 8pm on a Thursday. The order taker came out from the back and helped us quickly. Ordered two medium pizzas. The three idiots and the spicy Hawaiian. We were told it would be 20 minutes. Received as promised. The three idiots was loaded with chicken and the white sauce was yummy. The spicy Hawaiian also had lots of toppings and was just the right amount of spicy. Both crusts were great and the cheese on top was slightly scorched perfect! We ordered a large half and a half, and it was about a 40 min wait. Since we live close we left and came back. They have specials on the door which we should have done because that is a way better deal. We did half butter chicken and half tandoori. Both were very tasty, and the med spice was perfect. I wish the crust had been cooked slightly more, and they are pretty generous with the toppings, so I think next time, I will ask for light onions. The guy working was super friendly and talked to us as we dined in. There are about four tables inside, so most of the business is to go. They have lots of options, including salads, wings, pizza, and pasta. Compared to Dhillons, we liked the crust better there, but this place had way more toppings for a similar price point. I'm really not sure how this place is close to 5 stars on here... It starts with the online experience where you can only view their over-encumbered menu if you "Start an Order". They have pictures of categories of what they offer about half way down the homepage but anything you click on just takes you to their store locations. Click on a store location and it takes you.... back to store locations... okay. I start an order to view what my options are and most of the menu has 0 descriptions of what you're ordering. It'll say the toppings of the pizza, but they have salads, pasta, etc and nothing is described whatsoever. They have a pizza called "Three Idiots" that literally has no descriptions of what it is. It's listed 4 different times on all of the different options. I'd say I'd be one of the 3 idiots if I ordered it.. Instead of listing the same pizza 4 times, list it ONCE and say you can get this with the cauliflower crust, or gluten free etc. Why list the same pizzas multiple times with the only difference being the crust? Horribly inefficient. Even just to get to the 18 offered "Traditional Pizzas" it's the very last section of the pizzas on the menu. You have to get past the 30+ cauliflower crust options, keep scrolling past the 20+ deep dish options, keep scrolling past the same amount of Gluten free options, then the Indian options, and NOW you're at the 18 Traditional options that I would imagine most of their customers would actually order. It's literally hard to find in a sea of text. I ended up having to call. And the fact they offer this many crust options, but don't have a thin crust is absolutely beyond me. I got pasta and Pizza. The pasta was drenched in oil and there was a large pool on the bottom of the container. Not appetizing. I ordered the specialty "Velly Pizza" and it's completely undercooked. There's a tiny crispy layer on the bottom, then above that is just slimy uncooked dough about 3x thicker than the crispy layer. It's absolutely disgusting. I put 2 slices back in the oven at 400F for 13 minutes and because I don't have a pizza oven, it still didn't even cook through. They don't offer any substitutions on the pizza, so if you swap a veggie for a veggie it'll cost you more. For instance, I hate mushrooms and literally they have 92 PIZZAS THAT HAVE MUSHROOM ON IT. It's over half the menu. So unless I want to feel like I'm getting stiffed ingredients I pay for, most of the menu is off limits to me. I'm not sure why Yuba City pizza joints are canonically so terrible, but they have multiple locations so I figured this would be safe. Won't be coming back. read more
