Check out my pictures I uploaded before ordering from here. I've had Domino's before. I have realistic expectations going in in terms of what I'm getting. My delivery order tonight was beyond terrible to the point where I couldn't even eat more than one slice. They did not bring me my dipping sauce they charged me money for, which multiple reviews on here state is a reoccurring problem. It may seem trivial, but if you're charging people for it and not sending it, you're stealing your customers money. The cheese on my pizza was not melted. I uploaded pictures, I suggest you take a look at them. I ordered an onion and mushroom, it had a couple small pieces of ham baked into it. Again photo uploaded, check it out. Luckily I'm not a vegetarian. And lastly and most importantly, the pizza itself barely even resembled a pizza. If you pick your food up, you may be lucky. If you have something delivered, it will take forever, be delivered stone cold, and then when you call to complain you get attitude. By far the worst Domino's pizza I've ever experienced. How incompetent do you have to be to not be able to find a house when other drivers have no issues and when you've left explicit instructions in your online profile? read more

I was jonesing for a thin crust pizza and I ordered at 8:30 on a Saturday night. At 10 I still didn't have a pizza and when I called nobody answered the phone. To be honest, I wasn't fan of Domino's Pizza, until the recent changes they made to their ingredients. They changed the sauce and now they only use real cheese, no more fillers. With these changes in place and their money back guarantee, I decided to give Domino's Pizza another try. I ordered a half cheese half Hawaiian large pizza. And to my surprise the pizza was actually delicious! Yes, I said DELICIOUS. The sauce is rich and has its own texture, which made the pizza palatable. My little cousins, gobbled up the cheese pizza without as much as a complain, even though the sauce had visible herbs. I also tried their oven-baked sandwiches, these weren't exactly amazing but they weren't half bad either. All in all, if you had doubts about Domino's before, I would recommend you give them another try and remember if you still don't like their pizza you can ask for a full refund. read more

Been hit or miss here when it comes to delivery. The pizza often arrives cold. Sometimes missing parts of the order. Other times they are fine. So I tried my luck at carry out. Despite it being 4 pm and the sign says open, the manager says they are closed. Luckily the Papa Gino's up the street is open. Much nicer people there. read more

I didnt have all the items that i wanted on mine, and my friends was burnt. and burnt in a very ugly way. Friend calls to complain does swear a little. Person hangs up. I called to request credit which I didn't 6 weeks before when received cold pizzas. Manager Anthony tried to tell me it was just delivered 10 minutes before despite my having called previously and told it was sent out already. Made it explicitly clear my father was allergic to tomatoes and that he wanted garlic sauce when placing my order, but then a pizza with tomato sauce was sent to my house none the less. Then when I called back and asked to speak to manager. instead of righting his stores wrong, he insisted on bashing me and making me feel like I did something wrong when all I did was simply order a pizza with garlic for my father. Ok so i love domino`s pizza. You can getting pretty much whatever the f. you want in the pizza, order by phone, online or app. Never in any given time or location had domino`s taken more than 25 minutes from me ordering what i want, to me getting it at my front door. (of course if you want to save money just order pick up, they sell a medium pizza with 2 toppings for 5.99 pick up i mean, ITS 5.99). Also tried their wings, almost all their subs and pasta. EVERYTHING THEY SELL tastes great, has about the best price, and fastest delivery. And dominoes it is ALSO the last business closing, at any given time in new england. I had a pizza once delivered at my hotel room in worcester at almost 4 am in a saturday). So for all of that dominos pizza itself deservers a 5 star rating. Do not use their online system- Worst system ever. System indicates 40-50 minutes for delivery. "Tracker" shows my order was done after 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes of no pizza, I call, and she says it isn't even gone into oven yet? Then tells me the system doesn't really work? Will not waste my time again! read more

Worst experience I have every had at this store. I've been going here for years and never had service so horrible. Ordered online get there and there's only one guy working. 3 other people ahead of me looking frustrated. The phones ringing off the hook the one guy working is just ignoring the calls. I asked if my order was even in the oven and he looks through about 30 order tickets and tells me no. I cancelled my order as did the 2 people ahead of me . The service in this store has definitely not been good the past few times Ive been. I asked to speak to a manager he tells me he is the manager. I placed a timed order for 7:45pm. The tracker showed the food was put in, taken out, checked the order, put it back in the over, took it out again and then said it was out for delivery at 7:46pm. Food arrived at 8:00pm and we could tell it had been sitting in the warmer. This store pre-punches their orders to meet their times constantly. They forget to send the marinara sauce with your order. Every. Single. Time. I know that you have to pay extra for it, and they have no problem charging your credit card, but never send it!!!!!
