Needed a steak 'n cheese STAT on a Friday night COVID era. Ordered a steak n cheese with mushrooms and added pickles and tomatoes. I mistakenly did not select toasted. My friend got the same minus the shroomies and add lettuce/mayo. My sub was great. The meat was quality, shredded, no weird chewy strands, and the bun was lined with perfectly melted CHEZ. Pickles were perfect, McDonald's-like. Honestly sounds wild but I do think I'd consider adding lettuce and mayo to my own, I'm a huge toppings lady. Definitely get it toasted but even with me forgetting it was still solid. We ordered online and picked it up 20 mins later. read more

New clean place with fresh food, the only issue I had was their Cobb Salad. It's not a Cobb Salad, they call it a Cobb because they add only bacon to it to their grilled chicken they sell for $8.75. It's basically a chicken salad with bacon Not a Cobb Salad for $9.75. Missing ingredients that is considered it a Cobb Salad is hard boiled egg, Avocado, Roquefort Cheese and corn, peas. They should go across the street and buy for $10.99 a Cobb Salad at Anastasia Pizza as you actually get a Real Cobb Salad. Apparently, this place doesn't know what makes it a Cobb Salad. Have eaten here three times in the past week. My friends and I tried a bunch of different things, and each and every one of them was amazing! I loved the shrimp scampi pizza so much that I ordered it twice! Collectively, we've had the chef salad, steak tip salad, chicken cutlet club, Italian sub, etc etc etc. Steve had the mina pizza. Then there was a rush, 5 people walked in after me and ordered their food after me. All of them get their food way before me (not online orders). Clearly, they've forgotten my orders bc I was there for 30 mins, but they don't even apologize for the mix up. I could've let it go, because I don't like leaving bad reviews, but acting like they didn't make a mistake and not offering an apology got to me. [2nd review]: Changed it to 5 stars after your response. Thank you for reaching out. If that's what happened, then I believe you. I think perhaps next time, the cashier can take a moment to explain, "we are making it fresh, so it's taking a bit longer" Instead if saying, "oh, it's coming!" That could mean so many things to a customer especially because I saw one of the chefs noticing me (bc I was there awhile) and asking her, "what did he order?" and then see him move quickly to a different spot to attend to it. What a great surprise. I wasn't in the mood for chain pizza like Pizza Hut, Papa Gino's or Domino's and decided to try a place I've never been to. This place was fantastic. The pizza was amazing. The chicken fingers were great. And I think the onion rings were possibly the best I've ever had. I ordered via the phone for pick up. It was easy to order and they told me my total while on the phone which I don't always get. My order was ready in 20 minutes as they told me. The food was decent. The burger was huge. The fries were ok. I added salt which made them better. Not bad but not anything to rave about. The salad was good as well. Pretty average sub/pizza shop with all the basics. We tried the buffalo chicken pizza last night, which again, was average. Good taste, but could have used some more kick and the pizza makers were, shall we say, less than liberal with the blue cheese. The onions rings were nothing special. They could have easily been frozen rings out of a bag bought at the Market Basket freezer section. read more

WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH THIS MEAL!! My boyfriend and I both got grinders...I got an eggplant parm which was amazing- the slices of eggplant were very hearty and not dripping with grease..boyfriend got an Italian and it was equally good..hearty amount of meat and veggies. We were both VERY impressed with how fresh the bread was even at the end of the day (we ordered at 1030pm). Good prices and great food...only reason we gave 4/5 was because I ordered a small and got (and was charged for) a large. Wish we could give 4.5! read more

I was jonesing for the kind of pizza I was used to in NY where I spent most of my life. I have been living in Framingham for the last 11 months and it has eluded me. When I saw the Framingham Pizza & Sub Shop had opened my prayers were answered. The first time I was there I got a small pepperoni pie which is 6 slices. One word: Scrumptious. That with a 20 oz drink was under $10. I have been 3 more times. I had a pastrami sub which isn't as good at Katz's Deli on Houston St in the East Village in Manhattan but honestly who is. It was still good. A mushroom pie was off the charts and on my last trip a fantastic falafel on homemade baked bread. The most difficult part of this place is deciding what to get from the many options. The restaurant is clean the bathrooms are clean. This place is a hidden gem. I urge you to discover it. read more

I dont leave bad reviews at all but my interaction with the manager this particular time left me very angry and upset. I have been a loyal customer for many years and i have just recently moved back to the area. I have ordered from this establishment many times in the recent past and they delivered to my address with no problems. Today the manager informed me that they were no longer delivering to my place because " Framingham is too busy at this hour 11:20 am and it would take too long" This has never been an issue before and what made me more angry was that he still offered to deliver my food but after today he wouldn't be able too. I do not like inconsistent service, If an establishment offers a service they cannot and should not revoke that service. This establishment delivered to me last week and now they cant? it doesnt make sense and unfortunately i will no longer be ordering food from this establishment. Good Job! read more
