We haven't been able to order online for some reason so we have had to call and the mistakes made are the people who are taking the order missing to add an item or taking the order down incorrectly... and this is even after confirming what we wanted to order. I'm not crazy about big chain pizza, but I will say that the pizza I've had from Dominos in New Market has been very good quality. In addition, their delivery is super quick. It's great for evenings when you're in a bind or don't feel like cooking. I placed an order at 4:45pm and got it at 5:05pm. Even on a slow night, that's pretty awesome. just wanted to say that call outs are not the customers issue. when you order online and use the trackers there must be some way to let the customer know that the wait time could be 1.5 hours. this happens often in frederick and new market. maybe pay more and train better - get staff who like their jobs. your business depends on customers and when I called to find out where my pizza is nothing was offered to make up for staffing issues and long wait times. at least take care of your customers. peace read more

Usually the pizzas I order from his Dominos are wonderful. Today is the exception. I ordered 2 large pizzas and picked them up before the snowstorm got bad. I ate two pieces when I got home. They had no taste. I looked to see if any sauce had been used. There were some red stains on some of the dough. There was also very little cheese used. I can add sauce and cheese to make these pizzas eatable, but I should not need to. If I receive a pizza like these in the future, it will be the last time I order from Dominos. read more

It's like angels who fell from the sky and made bellls ring - each scrumptious bite's made with such tender loving care. Thursday night crew is terrible... I ordered two medium pizzas for carry out. One medium cheese half pepperoni the other was medium extra bacon and half pineapple. Both pizzas had hardly any cheese or toppings... we ate both because I didn't look at them until we got home... but pizza was terrible and the kids working in there were sitting on the counters just talking didn't even say hello to me until I had been standing there for a minute. Also our pizza tracker said our pizza was still in the oven but it was sitting on the warmer glad I went in instead of waiting until the tracker updated. read more

If there was any competition, they would be OUT OF BUSINESS. We ordered one pan pizza. The first got here promptly but was very under cooked. We called Domino's back and asked for a new one, the representative said he would take care of it right away. We called back after no activity for 45 minutes, my wife and I called 10 times from 9:20 - 9:30 (they close at 11pm, per their website) until they finally answered. No way to prove it but they were definitely screening our calls. When asking about our follow up pizza the representative stated he knew nothing about it because he was just a driver. When I asked if he could get me someone who would know something about it he said that person was busy, then asked me to put the pizza in my oven to finish cooking. To summarize, I paid money for a service which was inadequate and their response (at least the driver's response) was for me to complete their service by cooking the pizza I paid for. It goes without saying but they never worked on our follow up order. The conversation with the driver started to fade as I heard the cook yelling from the background that he "never under cooks pizzas", this only prompted the driver who I was initially speaking with to laugh at me. The last minute or so of the conversation consisted of the cook screaming, the driver laughing and them not responding to any of my prompts to restart the conversation. They eventually hung up. My wife and I simply wanted a quick dinner and go to bed. Not only was our dinner being disregarded but we were mocked and screamed at by the staff. The manager (at least I think he is the manager) called me from another phone number prior to the delivery of the first pizza to confirm our address. I called this phone number back after the driver hung up on me and he was very apologetic and promised to send us our pizza. He offered some free food. In regards to the staff, he did mention he would have a staff meeting but never mentioned any consequences for the two staff members involved and actually provided an excuse for the cook stating "well you know cooks are like artists, they take it personal". I doubt this is usually how they treat customers but I've never been treated like this. Needless to say I will never be ordering from this branch ever again. read more

Ordered online. Got delivery. Two minutes later another delivery comes. Turns out the delivery we already got was 1/2 ours and 1/2 our neighbors. My husband unknowingly signed for the neighbor's charge because that was what was presented to him. The driver proceeds to ARGUE with us telling us it is our fault that we got the wrong order. (UM, WHAT?) We go to the neighbor's house, bring the food delivered to us to sort out the mistake. He again says it is our fault because we have the same house number. UM, NO. We do not. And we both ordered online so it wasn't human error on our parts. He that gets angry and says "can I go now!?!" What began as a weird screw up went downhill very quickly due to incredibly poor customer service and a delivery guy that clearly didn't care and blamed everything on us. We didn't pack the orders, we didn't give people the wrong credit card information and we didn't deliver it to the wrong house. But we DID solve the problem for you. You're welcome. read more

The pizza arrived quickly, and was par for a fast food chain. The driver told my child he didn't have change and took a huge tip instead of giving her what I instructed her to ask for. I called the manager Katelyn, twice. The first time she said she would send him out, the second she yelled into the store, "This B**th wants to know when her money is going to be there" The delivery guy was polite until he said, "It's just pizza lady, get over it".
