Buffalo chicken wings. Glad the sauce was on the side.

Great atmosphere. Very friendly and efficient staff. I wanted to love the pizza but the crust wasn't cooked through in the middle. It was impossible to pull a slice to your plate without everything taking a nose dive! I saw it happen at the table next to is. My friend had the chicken wings, she liked them but they were almost too done. The Italian sub was excellent. Very fresh ingredients including a beautiful tomato. French fries were meh!

Delicious pizza and incredible service. We had the white pizza and it was top notch. We also enjoyed a Greek salad that had amazing dressing. Overall great.

Fried Calamari with marinara, small Greek salad, two bottles of San Pelligrino, a 16-inch NY style pizza with three toppings, and cannoli totaled $60. We took home most of the pizza! To us, this seemed a good deal. For a small-town Italian place, this restaurant was top-notch. The menu has a surprisingly large range of options. Calamari was hot and crisp with a generous portion served with lemon wedges. and a side of Marinara. Greek salad was loaded with cheese, lettuce was crisp and included all the expected ingredients. Dressing on the side so you can control portions. Pizza was as hoped for: thin crust with generous toppings (sausage, mushrooms, onions) fully integrated and melted into the crust. It was served so hot we had to be careful handling it! Cannoli was overstuffed which was shared. We declined the chocolate drizzle option. The red checked tablecloth atmosphere was cozy. Lots of Italian decorations including a wall mural, wine bottles, photos and even a life-size chef mannequin were on display. Background music was contemporary - not Italian - and soft enough to have a normal conversation. Service was prompt and flawless. At lunch, the dining area was about 1/3 full (seating for about 100?) with a busy takeout order business. We had time to kill and never felt rushed. Restroom was accessible, clean and sell supplied. Parking was convenient and ample. I'd be delighted to have Mama Angela's in my neighborhood and think most would. Enjoy

Amazing good food each time I go. Service is amazing. Clean atmosphere. The crab pizza is my favorite. I highly recommend this place it is my favorite go to

Can I tell you a secret love of mine? It's finding that ultimate thick crust pizza of my dreams in every area that I live. It's not out in the open as a massive deep dish pizza but it's hidden as the Sicilian pizza. One and a half slices was all it took to fill me up but I really wanted to finish that second piece. The wife and I finished that pizza over the next day and I couldn't have been happier making the trip to Mt Airy. If you live in the area and want a deep dish pizza but don't want to make the trip up to Uno's, check this place out. While you're at it, get a cannoli or some gelato. P.s. authentic Italian behind the counter

Wow! If you are in the area and looking for some awesome Italian food, stop here! My wife and I stopped about 6pm on a Saturday while driving North after arriving at BWI. She was searching for something with convenient freeway access while I was driving and this place was less than a half-mile off I-70. It also had great reviews and we love italian food. It is located in a small strip mall with adequate parking. They have a counter in the middle as you walk in where it looks like they make the pizzas. There is table seating on either side of the entrance. We were greeted and told to have a seat at any of the smaller tables. We looked to the right since it was closer and only saw 5 small tables and four were occupied, so we took the last one. The four large tables on this side were empty but quickly filled up as we were there. The interior is cozy and simple and feels very authentic. We decided to order the mozzarella sticks appetizer as we looked through the extensive menu. They arrived a short while later and we placed our orders. My wife decided to try the lasagna and I ordered the meat lovers calzone. The mozzarella sticks hit the spot but we debated if they were just from bulk frozen. Our orders arrived in a timely fashion and looked amazing. My wife thought it was the biggest piece of lasagna she has ever had in a restaurant. She also said it tasted delicious. My calzone was also huge and came with a side of sauce for dipping. The calzone had oozing mozzarella when I cut into it and tasted amazing. We both had about half our meals leftover and took them to go. The prices were fair, my calzone was $9. We now have this on our list of go-to places when in the area. After asking, they even gave us two sides of marinara to go with our leftovers at no additional cost. We highly recommend!

I really appreciated how far apart the tables are to allow for conversations you can hear and more space in the cold/flu season. I had a Chocolate Martini and my husband ordered a Lemondrop Martini (not on the menu) but was definitely good. The basket of the fluffy, soft, warm rolls were incredible and something I will come back for. I got the Mediterranean bruschetta special which came with feta, crabmeat, tomatoes, balsamic glaze and lots of other yummy things on four pieces of bruschetta. It was delicious. The shrimp scampi over the thin fresh noodles was a pleasure - really loved how big the shrimp were and the large helping of pasta. My husband got the lasagna which was good although they used some different cheeses which made it taste a little different but still good. Amanda our waitress was quick, pleasant, and took good care of us. Fratelli's is a Resy restaurant. Make reservations ahead of time, since on Saturdays even at 4:00 pm, all the reservations are already booked for the night. I have returned to Fratelli's for a work group lunch. Kendra was excellent, taking care of our large group with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm smile and manner. I got the !4" pizza which is a deep dish pizza - just perfect - not too buttery. I got sausage which had the long slices of sausage on it, not spicy. You can only eat one or two pieces out of the thick eight slices, the pizza is thick so expect to share or take it home for several more lunches.

While we have routinely enjoyed ourselves here before, our last visit was seriously soured with a very rude, entitled host. So much so that the manner in which he spoke to us actually made my wife extremely nervous. The manager knows who he is. We had a conversation with her about his rude comments & unacceptable behavior after which we ended up leaving. I don't see us ever returning unless the host has been released from his assignment there. It's unfortunate for the restaurant because we are not afraid to enjoy anything on the menu and we tip very well (I was a waiter once, too). What an unfortunate loss for the person who would have benefited from what would have been our time there. We ended up going to Manalu and had a really terrific experience there.

You get all the attention and can enjoy your food for a while without feeling guilty I taking too much time to savor every single delicious bite. We've tried almost all of the entrees in their menu and the hubbies favorite is the slowly braised short ribs. It's so flavorful. As for me and my friend, we love them all and can't just pick one dish. I do need to do shoutout to all of the different pizzas because, it is always cooked to perfection m, just enough char and the ingredients always stand out. The waiters and the greeters are mostly family and always never fail to welcome you. The bruschetta given at the start of the meal starts you out really good to the excellent food that is to come. And it's great that you're always assured of having at least two pieces per person because just one is definitely not enough. So we drove a good 30mins to get here, with anticipation from seeing this restaurant on a travel channel, but the original location is in NY. We get there, and its plenty of free parking. We ask for seating for 3 and we are told they are only seating individuals who booked a reservation. Totally understandable considering its Valentine's day. I dropped the ball folks. I didn't make a reservation. So I noticed a bar lounge which we were told we could wait for a seat to open up. As we were waiting a coupled jumped in front us and took a seat. The manager Claudia came to the rescue like the dark knight but with more grace. She mentioned she was willing to put us on the list for a table in the main dining area. I accepted her kind gesture and continued to wait for bar lounge seating to open up. A couple was kind enough to come over to us and ask if we were waiting for bar lounge seating. They offered their table to us as they were ending their night. There was a 2 man band playing in the lounge area that was very soothing to the ear. As I tried to help my mother get comfortable at the hightop table, I noticed she was having a difficult time getting seated in such a high chair. Guess who came to the rescue, you guessed, Claudia! She's the best, 100 grand, made me a real fan. So she came over and said our table was ready if we wanted a booth seating and we all know that's the best seats in the house. All I could think is look at God. The wait wasn't even long either. 10 out of 10 for saving the day. In addition our waitress was such a sweetheart. I mentioned a white malbec I saw on the menu that I was astonish to see b/c I never knew of such a thing. She bought me a small glass to taste and my God, I am a true believer Jesus turned water into wine. Its so clear like water but the taste is amazing. The food is so delicious. The restaurant is very clean. The staff is very personalable. Everyone cartered to us. You would have thought we were the Obamas or something. As we were stuffing our faces, Claudia comes around handing out roses to the men/boys to give to their dates. Complimenting my son and his daper outfit she hands him a rose and tells him to give it your mommy. At the moment he lights up with a big smile as if he paid for the rose himself. I can tell he felt like a gentleman and good that he could give his mother a red rose on Valentine's day. That small gesture was very thoughtful and appreciated. I apologize for my essay, but they desired it. I love the service, the ambiance, the food, and service. I haven't seen my mother smile so much in a while. So it bought me great joy to give my mother this experience on Valentine's day. I thank Nonna Angela's staff for such a wonderful experience.
