This would be my vote for the worst pizza in town by flavour, toppings, value and selection. They are located in a good area in the downtown core, with late hours and few immediate competitors. The service at this location is average and with so many other amazing pizza stores in town I would never recommend this store to a visitor. Further to this as I check out their reviews there appears to be a lot of spam 5 star reviews from people who do not review locally. That type of deceitful strategy is an indication of desperation of a pizza brand being poorly managed. read more

I haven't had a pizza from pizza pizza lately. Today I ordered a couple pizzas for lunch. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised. I am told, this location is now under new ownership. I placed the order for delivery using the iPhone app. My favorite way to order pizza. Much easier to customize the order. Thin crust, toppings, even special cooking instructions is an available option. On checkout, I had the option to use ApplePay, yes please. Done! The order was placed. It even offered a 40 min guarantee. The order arrived quickly, about 30min - the driver was friendly and confirmed our order was complete before leaving. Amazing! The food was hot, toppings were fresh. And it was all delicious. When it comes to pizza delivery, this is definitely the best experience I can remember. I may not have the best memory, but it still counts. I will definitely be ordering from this location again soon. read more

The inside of the restaurant is absolutely filthy!!! There is dirt and gravel everywhere, tables are messy and there are used napkins and crumbs everywhere! I placed my order by phone in advance, was told 10 to 15 minutes. I got there 10 minutes after I ordered and they were just putting my order in. The whole time I was waiting there was a guy in the back yelling about employees from India and that he is Indian and a Canadian and can send them back to India if they don't work out. He should have been out front cleaning up the place!!! Once my order was ready they got it wrong, gave me one pizza instead of three and apologized. Took another 15 minutes for the pizza's. I went their after midnight one day and owner of store started cursing me in bad language as soon as I stepped in to store ( luckily, I caught that because I knew language he was talking in with his wife ). we just had little talk and owner was very angry and rude. They did not even have single slice and refused to make pizza. Never going back their. Worst pizza service ever seen in life. Not recommended. If you are worried about quality and quantity never go there. The small Indian guy who works there never even wash hands and never put recommended toppings and cheese on pizza. I am not giving this place the high rating because I am a fan of their pizza. I am giving this location such a high rating because it is like the epitome of perfection in pizza franchises. We've been lucky in North Bay to have been stuck with absolutely terrible franchise locations for many many years and then watching as those franchises realized how terrible their northern locations were and coming in for a hostile take-over. Now through our previous suffering we are left with some of the best pizza franchise locations around. This place being one of them. Walking through the doors of this place is like walking into a concept location model. Its perfect! Nothing else can be said about the location. I've never been in here when it was dirty, out of order, or ugly in any way. The staff are always polite and obviously well trained. And the pizza is always carefully prepared and properly presented. So ordered delivery to my house this evening and called in a complaint due to lack of extra cheese on the pie. When the replacement pizza came to my door so did the owner of the franchise. After giving him the only 2 slices remaining of the original order (which we ate due to hunger) he accused me of being a lier and a scam artist and then proceed to show me the replacement pie which once again had no extra cheese on it. After that he lied to head office about the way he was treated here and asked me not to buy from his store. Obviously he only wants customers that he can rip off and won't say anything about it. People of North Bay I emplore you not to buy products from this location until the owner of this franchise has changed hands, unless you like being treated less than human. read more

Gross. Gross. Gross. Ordered there once for super bowl (timed order) and was home for that time. Called the establishment to inform them that since they were a half an hour late, we were going to run out quickly to get something from just down the store from our house. "No problem! Sorry for the delay!" They said. Cool! Came back to a note on our door saying "came by, nobody home, must pick up at restaurant." Uhhhhh pardon?? Your owner just said it was no problem.. So we called and were yelled at by the owner, told us that we shouldn't be disrespectful, be where we should be (as if we didn't talk 15 minutes prior lol), and not make people wait! So they came back, managed to somehow miss us again even though we were home! After an hour of games(literally), we drove down to the restaurant, and were handed a cold pizza and told to "microwave it, we're busy" The disrespect from this place... only eat there if you want cold food and crap service read more

Went for a few slices last night. Staff friendly but they didn't have two servings (the double slices) of pepperoni pizza, which is odd to me. The pizza was cold to boot. I'm hoping this was an off night because I've never had such an experience there before. read more

Long time customer of Pizza Pizza. Ordered two pizzas, both were wrong on delivery. I called to get the correct pizzas redelivered. Only one showed up, once again it was incorrect. Once again I called to find out why I couldn't get what I originally requested as I was charged for it. Was rudely told I was mistaken and my pizza was correct. I then offered to send pictures to show that they were in fact the wrong pizza. No response since emailing pictures to supervisor. Now eating the incorrect pizza as 4 hours have passed since placing the original order. Recommend you avoid this place or check the box before you pay as they will not fix their mistakes. read more

This business is under new ownership. They have fired good employees for no reason. One of the ladies they fired made her give back her pizza pizza coat and leave the store to go home with no coat in -25 celsius weather. I witnessed the male owner tell his employees not to laugh when they were being friendly to a customer. Overall a very unpleasant atmosphere under this new ownership, something should be done and someone should look into the way they do things. They should not be able to fire good employees for no reason or make their employees look bad in front of customers. Is it possible to get someone like the Health/Labor Board to look into the way they do things because i have no doubt there would be major infractions. read more

Disgusting Service!!! I attended a child's birthday party and they picked up the pizza from there. They ordered 3 peperoni and 1 ham and bacon and 1 cheese and mushroom. Once the party is underway and pizza is being served we discovered that there was an extra pepperoni pizza and not the cheese and mushroom. There was an adult who was vegetarian and a child who can't have pork for RELIGIOUS reasons. Pizza Pizza was called and the situation was explained to them and that 2 guests could not eat and we asked for them to deliver the proper pizza. We were informed that because the pizza was picked up that we can't get the replacement delivered. It was expected one of us leave the party to fix the problem they created.
