He chose contactless, the kids watched the computer for the pizza being baked.....it was on "quality" for quite a long time when he walked to door to look out and saw the pizza on the GROUND. NO ONE knocked, rang the door bell or bothered to let us know they left the boxes on the COLD ground for who knows HOW long! He called to also ask where part of our missing order was. Manager kept going on about it being "contactless" but nothing about NEVER informing us the pizza was sitting on COLD GROUND or adressing the missing order! I called on my way home 3 times and asked for a manager and was hung up on 3 times. I'm contacting the regional manager to report the unprofessional, theft of this store. I love Domino's; however, not this one!! I was staying at the hotel on base and ordered for delivery. I was tracking my order through the app and it showed it was delivered. I kept checking outside my door but nothing was there. I called the front desk and they said they thought they had seen a delivery guy but nothing was left at the front desk. I called their store multiple times but no one answered. I drove to the store, and noone could tell me what happened to my order!! They remade it while I sat in the dining area. 20 minutes later, they still hadn't told me it was ready so I went up to the front. It had been sitting on the already made shelf but they didn't tell me it was done! It was also very unprofessional that a few of the workers were eating food around the area while working. I'm a truck driver and I needed some food delivered. I am grateful for the people who helped me out by bringing it directly to my truck. The down fall is that I wasn't happy about the cost, at all. I ordered a small pineapple, pepperoni, hand tossed pizza and a 20oz sprite and paid a bit over $17 not including a tip. The menu states a small pizza is $8.99 but doesn't say "only cheese" so I was charged per topping $1+ but wasn't aware. It's frustrating and I definitely won't allow that to happen again. Being tired and ordering take out can be dangerous haha. I will say the service was friendly and fast and again I do appreciate the special delivery. Went to Domino's to pick up an order for contactless delivery. Stood outside in the rain while a team member ignored me knocking on the door to pick up my food. Had to call and go through the automated message system to get someone out of the back to let me in. Then, they had to remake some of my order that they messed up. I'm not sure what's the matter with this location. I want to like them considering it's the only place that I can order delivery pasta in this area without paying $15 a plate but over the last two years, all three times (with significant time between orders to see if they'd improved) things have been screwed up beyond repair. It's now three days later and I'm waiting for a refund. Not for the refund to go through, which can take a minute with some banks and businesses, but for it to be issued in the first place. I was told that the manager would contact me........nothing. It should not take this long for a person to get a refund issued. The items on the most recent order were chicken pieces (breaded) and a bowl of pasta (foil not bread) and both the items were burnt on arrival. Not sure how the store missed this before it was sent out, but they certainly did. To top it off, the pasta had no lid so not only b/c the product was burnt, also hygiene reasons, I obviously was not going to eat it. Before this, my last order was in March of 2014. Simple pizza. Wrong pizza delivered, told that a new pizza would be made for me and sent and THAT pizza was still not accurate and freezing cold. Literally cold to the touch. Before that was when I first moved to the area and the order was a sandwich (buffalo chicken) which basically was two pieces of bread and some sauce. There were five of the tiny chicken pieces for the entire sandwich and the drink and chips I ordered to go with it were left at the store. I'm not going to attempt another order here. I'll stick with Papa Johns and deal with the more limited menu. A large menu means nothing if the product is constantly wrong. read more

They seem to really enjoy their jobs (which is an amazing feeling at any restaurant). It's probably one of the better Domino's I've ordered from. I placed a delivery order online the other night and after 45 minutes I called to check on my order and was told it's on the way. After ANOTHER 45 minutes I called back and said I know it's not your fault but please cancel my order and refund me if I've been charged because it's been an hour and a half and it's almost 1am now. I was being polite. The guy tried to argue and say it's on its way even though he said that on the last call. I insisted I wanted my money back but he started talking over me and arguing clearly being obnoxious and refusing to just accept what I was saying. It was extremely frustrating and I asked if I needed to talk to someone else and asked what his name was he said "Don't worry about it" then hung up. If these calls are actually recorded for quality assurance PLEASE review it and see if I'm lying or exaggerating. This guy was an unprofessional punk with a bad attitude and it's surprising he can hold any kind of job. He should be punished for this incident. read more
