I don't typically leave bad reviews. This one felt necessary. I ordered last night. I literally live on the same street as this place. The tracker showed the driver going the opposite way and then saying the order was completed. I called the store and told them I didn't get my order. They tried to say it was delivered and to go outside and check. Despite being in severe pain I got up and checked the whole building. No order. The driver goes to pick up my order from the wrong spot and I dont hear from them for awhile. Then the store calls back to say the driver tried to find me but couldn't and went to complete other orders. Why didn't the driver contact ME??? Still I try to be patient and give as much detail as I can about my place and how to find it. I hang up with them and wait awhile, as the manager said the driver would contact me this time. This time the driver calls me and I walk him through directions step by step. I told him, my building is this number as seen from the street side. I am on the second floor. There are wooden steps to get to my floor that connect two buildings. Go to the left when you get to the top of the steps, go through the door, go down the hallway. When the driver gets here? He argues that I don't live where I said on the order. Sir, my lease says otherwise and other drivers have been able to complete my order just fine in the past. I check my order that has finally come and it is cold. When I call to talk to the manager about it? She is completely condescending. Says the driver took pictures of the building at the top of the steps and it was the wrong address. When I made it clear over the phone over and over that the steps connect TWO BUILDINGS. The pic the driver took was of the WRONG building and I have proof. There is even a sign on the CORRECT building where I live (two actually) that shows the correct number. The kicker is after I fully checked my order, I realized the driver forgot a part of it. Acting manager of this dominos on July 11th, if you see this. You should be absolutely ashamed of how you conducted that conversation. I have placed other orders here just fine and have never had to deal with this level of incompetence and rude behavior. read more

Cancels orders randomly. Ordered 8 pizzas for a little league team a day beforehand. They decided to cancel the whole order 20min before it was supposed to be delivered. Manager should be embarrassed. read more

I got my order about 2 hours after placing it for delivery, I saw that the driver was delivering to other houses before mine which is not much of a problem but then she put on the app that it was delivered then showed up 5 mins after that. Ordered a medium handmade pan pizza and chicken alfredo pasta at 7:07, quality check began at 7:17, pizza left the store with the driver at 7:44, ETA said 8:03. I received the order at 8:14. Hubby ordered pizza with grandkids to be ready when I got home from work. He chose contactless, the kids watched the computer for the pizza being baked.....it was on "quality" for quite a long time when he walked to door to look out and saw the pizza on the GROUND. NO ONE knocked, rang the door bell or bothered to let us know they left the boxes on the COLD ground for who knows HOW long! He called to also ask where part of our missing order was. Manager kept going on about it being "contactless" but nothing about NEVER informing us the pizza was sitting on COLD GROUND or adressing the missing order! I called on my way home 3 times and asked for a manager and was hung up on 3 times. I'm contacting the regional manager to report the unprofessional, theft of this store. I love Domino's; however, not this one!! I was staying at the hotel on base and ordered for delivery. I was tracking my order through the app and it showed it was delivered. I kept checking outside my door but nothing was there. I called the front desk and they said they thought they had seen a delivery guy but nothing was left at the front desk. I called their store multiple times but no one answered. I drove to the store, and noone could tell me what happened to my order!! They remade it while I sat in the dining area. 20 minutes later, they still hadn't told me it was ready so I went up to the front. It had been sitting on the already made shelf but they didn't tell me it was done! It was also very unprofessional that a few of the workers were eating food around the area while working. They should definitely do that where the customers can't see you doing that while working! read more

I'm a truck driver and I needed some food delivered. I am grateful for the people who helped me out by bringing it directly to my truck. The down fall is that I wasn't happy about the cost, at all. I ordered a small pineapple, pepperoni, hand tossed pizza and a 20oz sprite and paid a bit over $17 not including a tip. The menu states a small pizza is $8.99 but doesn't say "only cheese" so I was charged per topping $1+ but wasn't aware. It's frustrating and I definitely won't allow that to happen again. Being tired and ordering take out can be dangerous haha. I will say the service was friendly and fast and again I do appreciate the special delivery. I would recommend this place but would pay close attention to the price given and see what deals may be better for you. read more

Went to Domino's to pick up an order for contactless delivery. Stood outside in the rain while a team member ignored me knocking on the door to pick up my food. Had to call and go through the automated message system to get someone out of the back to let me in. Then, they had to remake some of my order that they messed up. Ordered with the app, checked online and it said it was complete, checked again because we hadn't gotten it and it now said the order was canceled, called and they didn't know what happened, drove down to the store and still didn't get any resolution. I wish I could give less then a star. I've lived in the area for 2 years now and love dominos but this store is hands down the most disrespectful. I am now a full papa johns supporter. We ordered pizza on the 30th of September. Took 2.5 hours to deliver our pizza. Finally when they did show up and we opened the box all the cheese was stuck to the roof of the box. We called again for the third time and a nice manager said they'd give us credit to our account of $30 the price of our (2) medium pizzas. Which we're on sale for 5.99 a piece. Anyway. We decided tonight to order pizza and give them another shot using our credit. What do you know. No record of our credit. I'm not sure what's the matter with this location. I want to like them considering it's the only place that I can order delivery pasta in this area without paying $15 a plate but over the last two years, all three times (with significant time between orders to see if they'd improved) things have been screwed up beyond repair. It's now three days later and I'm waiting for a refund. Not for the refund to go through, which can take a minute with some banks and businesses, but for it to be issued in the first place. I was told that the manager would contact me........nothing. It should not take this long for a person to get a refund issued. The items on the most recent order were chicken pieces (breaded) and a bowl of pasta (foil not bread) and both the items were burnt on arrival. Not sure how the store missed this before it was sent out, but they certainly did. To top it off, the pasta had no lid so not only b/c the product was burnt, also hygiene reasons, I obviously was not going to eat it. Before this, my last order was in March of 2014. Simple pizza. Wrong pizza delivered, told that a new pizza would be made for me and sent and THAT pizza was still not accurate and freezing cold. Literally cold to the touch. Before that was when I first moved to the area and the order was a sandwich (buffalo chicken) which basically was two pieces of bread and some sauce. There were five of the tiny chicken pieces for the entire sandwich and the drink and chips I ordered to go with it were left at the store. I'm not going to attempt another order here. I'll stick with Papa Johns and deal with the more limited menu. A large menu means nothing if the product is constantly wrong. read more

Exceptional fast food pizza! Domino's really stepped up their game. This store exemplifies their new business model and is clean, fast, friendly, and accurate. When our office orders pizza delivery, it is Domino's. Another thing in their favor is they take directions well and never seem to have trouble finding us on base unlike everyone else! They seem to really enjoy their jobs (which is an amazing feeling at any restaurant). It's probably one of the better Domino's I've ordered from. Once or twice in my dozen pizzas I've gotten the box has been soaked in grease which is something you know could happen ordering Domino's pizza, but more times than not it comes out great! read more

I placed a delivery order online the other night and after 45 minutes I called to check on my order and was told it's on the way. After ANOTHER 45 minutes I called back and said I know it's not your fault but please cancel my order and refund me if I've been charged because it's been an hour and a half and it's almost 1am now. I was being polite. The guy tried to argue and say it's on its way even though he said that on the last call. I insisted I wanted my money back but he started talking over me and arguing clearly being obnoxious and refusing to just accept what I was saying. It was extremely frustrating and I asked if I needed to talk to someone else and asked what his name was he said "Don't worry about it" then hung up. If these calls are actually recorded for quality assurance PLEASE review it and see if I'm lying or exaggerating. This guy was an unprofessional punk with a bad attitude and it's surprising he can hold any kind of job. He should be punished for this incident. read more
