Today I had the pleasure of visiting this Subway. I was extremely impressed with how clean this location is kept by the staff. I got an email late saturday evening, 5/16/2026 that an order had been made using a giftcard I had uploaded to the app. They used all but 11 cents of my giftcard for their order. the store is in VA and i live in oklahoma. theres no way i was making a pick up order at a va store much less have been to a store here in ok in a while. i called the stored immediately. the guy was extremely unprofessional, cussing on the phone, telling me it was my responsibility to contact my bank. I don't know how or why i would contact my bank when my giftcard was stolen off the subway app. I contacted the store Saturday when it happened, monday and again on Thursday. I was promised to be contacted by the manager/franchise owner, but still have not heard from him/her. I still have no refund but can show the evidence that the order was placed and is in my history of orders on the app. Not sure if they just see who has giftcard money and order food with it to receive more money or what the issue is here, but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. read more

The best subway I have ever been to! The nicest people and the food was excellent. highly recommend this subway.

They ignore curbside and will not answer their phone. Sat there 30 minutes because I was sick and didn't want to go in. When I go into the store the food is on the pick up with curbside written on the receipt and a small printing paper stating curbside. They just ignored it. Then the food was made wrong. It's correct on the receipt but missing the provolone x2, no lettuce when I asked for more lettuce, and no parm. read more

Worst subway ever. They always mess up my orders and today was the last damn straw. How hard is it to follow an order and build a sandwich? The most terrible service ever. On a previous visit, I ordered my sandwich with double meat. I pick it up, get to the car, and open it to find they didnt even put 1 serving of meat in. The sandwich was empty! Today, I ordered my lunch with avocado on it and they completely left it out. They also forgot one of the sauces I added. I paid $15 for a sandwich with hardly anything in it. Customer Service was rude! The female that was there was nice and soft spoken which is absolutely fine but the male that worked there with her was 100 percent rude. He manages the cash register only, acts as if customers there are an inconvenience to him! While doing the transaction he wouldn't speak if the numbers hadn't of popped up in my face I would not have known my total! Will not be returning!! read more

Why oh why did I allow the SUBWAY ad for that 12" $5.99 Steak Sub draw me in, when all I ever order from there is the 12" Cold Cut???? To save a buck and a few cents off the regular price even though I have NEVER ordered one before, no matter how delicious the ads have looked...?? Why oh why did I, knowing SUBWAY could NEVER make a steak sub better or equal to Padrino's, LB's, or a few other chains in Woodbridge that I have gone to!!! Why oh why did I order it knowing SUBWAY precooks that chopped steak meat that sits alongside other chopped meats in that white paper container and throws it into a microwave with my cheese for warmth??? Why oh why didn't I just CANCEL my order when I saw the employee sprinkle that cut up meat which looked like ground hamburger, onto my roll, an amount that was shamefully small? Why oh why didn't I just burst into tears when I took my first bite and had no idea what kind of sandwich I was eating because the beef amount was so tiny???? I'm just comparing Subway and Quiznos. Both are good. While I do enjoy Subway, I think Quiznos has the edge. Reasons: 1. The oven at Quiznos gives the sandwich a much better "toasted" taste. 2. Quiznos has extra napkins available at the flatware stand. Whoever heard of having to ask the cashier for another napkin!!?? If the place is busy, they are too tied up to pay attention to you. 3. Quiznos has a stand for additional dressing of the sandwich. I love the horseradish sauce! I also love putting on extra peppers and pickles! 4. Quiznos has actual forks and knives, which I often find useful. Subway!? Are you listening? I like you, but be competitive! Quiznos now has a $5 sandwich, too! read more

Ok this subway was fairly clean. The service however was horrible. The young guy who was obviously new tried his best to serve the customers. With one person in front of me. One came out of the back and asked if he could help me. I started moving close to the counter he turned and went back to the back. Waited about 2 minutes when the new guy finished he took my order of 3 6" subs. Then a woman appears out of the back and in Spanish asked the lady behind me her order. She fixed them and told the new guy to ring the person behind me up. She then took and completed the order of yet another person behind me and had the new guy ring them as well. I then started to to complain and she looked at me and had the nerve say "he is working on your order, not me he will be right with you." I told her I was not happy with her attitude and wanted to see the manager. She then started speaking spanish 10 minutes after I ordered I finally got the subs. Had it not been for mothers day and mom wanting a sub I would have cursed them out and waited for some kinda manager. Will never go back to that location. Totally disrespectful and non professional, and the way she acted would almost claim racist! Don't waste time or money here! read more

Good location, they are decent and they listen to your order, they dont skimp on your veggies and pretty quick too!

My family visits this Subway all the time. The people here are friendly and quick. I've never had an issue with this store.
