My Cousin and I decided to take my 3 Gkids to get Pizza. The Customer Service was Horrible. We were going to order the Special 2 large Specialty Pizzas but when we asked if one could be half cheese half Pepperoni we were told no. That wasn't the problem. The problem was the person didn't offer us any help to accommodate our order. Mind you I was also going to buy wings and pasta and Soda. Price wasn't the issue, it was the lack of help or concern the person didn't offer. So after my cousin and I stood there for almost 10 minutes going back and forth we just decided to leave. I've been a longtime customer of this Dominos. But not anymore. I ordered a pizza this evening on their website. The total was $26.44. When the pizza delivery person came to the door, I gave her $40.44. I told her I needed $10 back. I take the Access bus and I need the money. She tells me that she doesn't have change, but she'll look in her purse. When she came back all she had was $7. I was not happy. I know I should have given her the pizza and soda back and asked for my money back. I could have simply made myself a hamburger. Unfortunately, I was an idiot and accepted the $7. I didn't want to give a bigger tip than I usually do, because once again, I take Access and need the money. Then, I call the store to discuss this with someone. All the lady would say was, "You should have had exact change." If I had given her exact change, I wouldn't have the ones I needed for the bus. So, because of their lackadaisical attitudes -obviously they don't care about their loyal customers - they've lost a longtime customer. I am really irritated with them. I've never had this problem with them before. Dominos needs to DO BETTER. And carry change like they're supposed to. On the website it states, 'drivers don't carry any change over $20'. I called her back and she refused to give me her name. She said call 1800 dominos. I said I want to reference who I talked to what is your name, she said Katrina or Karina. I filled out an form sent via the customer support number. No one called back because the manager seen it and she's not helpful, after 4 days I called the number. Got a guy who said he is sending my info to the store. Still no one's called back. I called and asked for the owner and I was told to call at 5. I called and was refused to get him. Called the store looking for the owner. Got put on hold by some guy who said he was going to look. He comes back and says sorry the owner isn't in today. Is there something I can do for you? I explained the situation. He said I cant help you there have a good day and hung up. I called back to explain I was not done talking. The manager answered. She said is this Adam I explained yes. She said I talked to you already we don't know when the manager will be in. I told you that we are only offering you 10% off. I told her you said I don't get it no more! I also explained I don't want 10% off. She said the owner will call you when he is ready. I said I've reached out a week and a half now and nothing. She said idk what to tell you. I'll let him know I call back 2/28/22 and get someone named Steve! He proceeded to tell me...... I just spoke to someone named Steve. He said "stop calling or I am calling the cops. You are harassing us. I said "sir I am just trying to get help with an order and I would like to talk to a manager" He said "you harassing him. You are the reason people are quitting their jobs." It's been almost two years since I've ordered Dominos. It was a significant downgrade in quality and quantity from the last time I had it and like most things the prices have increased. The medium pizza is now closer in size of a small, the toppings were very sparse, but the price has of course increased. I also ordered some pasta and there was so little pasta in the tin that it was slightly more than a single serving, and very little chicken. Clearly ownership has recently changed, or something has happened to this once great Dominos location. This was the best Dominos in the area by far. Lots of toppings, all the national deals, standard prices, crazy fast takeout (most my carryout 2-5 pizza orders in less than 15minutes). Even fast takeout on Seahawks game night. Now they charge $10.99 for the $7.99 carryout deal, they rarely offer the national 50% off promotion and they often have zero coupons for this location. The takeout time has gotten slower and the toppings have gotten more sparse. This makes me sad, I used to order here at least once a month, including dozens of pizzas for football/parties. Now I will order at the Issaquah location, another 10 minutes to the drive - but significantly cheaper pizza. They offer the $7.99 price for carryout, and honor a bunch of national coupons. read more

My 8 year old daughter loves the cheesy bread at dominos and she will devour the whole thing by herself. This location is quite convenient and larger than most others. They have some seats and a little nook with bar stools to eat your pizza. They also sell individual slices for $1.99. The employees were nice and didn't ignore me when I came in, like other dominos I have been to. We typically order on the dominos app for great deals. We also usually get the hand tossed philly cheesesteak pizza which is pretty good. The stuffed spinach and feta bread is tasty as well as the jalapeno and bacon. These pizza pros deserve some recognition. 20 years in the Renton highlands and I've never been disappointed in their pizza. A few times on our hottest days they've been toiling through the oven-centered business when I've gone. The A/C was broken and they were still working when it was 100* outside. I don't want to say anything bad about Domino's Pizza because I love their food. Normally. This is the ONE time I have a complaint. First off, I ordered an Italian sandwich that was supposed to have NO banana peppers or green peppers and extra Pepperoni. When I received my order, there were both on my sandwich. Plus, the bread was hard, and it looked like it was overcooked. So basically, I just ate the meat inside and threw everything else away. There was no way I could eat it. Secondly, I ordered a Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and what was supposed to be garlic parmesan crust. There was no sauce on it, at all! It was dry and not very good. I've never had any particular problems with Domino's until recently: their pizzas started coming partially un-cooked, with soggy, thin middles. And this location no longer offers the $5.99 coupon they have for the past couple of years. It shows up on the Domino's web site, but as soon as you log in and try to order, or use the app, the coupon is missing. This makes Domino's pizza quite expensive for the quality it is. Domino's in Tacoma (3840 Pacific Ave, Tacoma). Ordered at 6:09 pm tonight, at 7:35ish was told extra busy was going to be about 25 more minutes. We decided to continue our wait. An hour later, called again (we were at 2 1/2 hours now)...the manager on duty this time was not sympathetic and actually rude. It was going to be another 25 minutes. I completely understand being under staffed, my biggest issue was tell me the "truth" about time so I could make a choice to go somewhere else. I had 3 kids under 6 wanting dinner, it was now past their bedtime. I canceled the order...we drove to Little Ceaser's ordered and only waited 13 minutes. I would stay clear from this Domino's! Soggy pizza crust, mushy chicken in the pasta dish, and more than an hour wait for delivery, after the Tracker notified us our meal was on it's way. Our local Dominos is only 2 miles from us. Months ago, soggy pizza crust, and part of our order got left behind at the store, and it took the driver nearly another hour to deliver it. All I got from the store was an "I'm sorry". No offer of compensation at all. Poor customer service. Back to Papa Murphy's I go. Much more quantity, and quality for your buck. read more

We have ordered from this location many times in the last couple of years and they are usually very nice. Besides a couple sloppily made pizzas and bad slice jobs the pizza is very good! Well last night we got pizza and my entire family had diarrhea that night and half of today. My mother called to complain and the the manager who would not give her her name was very very rude.....instead of saying sorry that that happend or even carring, she had the nerve to ask if we went to the doctor to get checked out to make sure it was the pizza Then she said do you have pizza slices left....we will send somebody when it's not busy to come get the rest of the pizza! Domino's has really turned things around. Their pizza used to be terrible, but now it's actually my favorite. I decided to try the pan crust this time. It's basically just thicker. It doesn't have any of that golden crispiness that Pizza Hut's pan does, and you also miss out on the great buttery crust that you get with Domino's hand-tossed. The toppings and cheese were still generous and delicious, though. I love their stuffed cheesebread. I expected the bacon jalapeño version (which you can also get without jalapeños) to just have some bacon on top, but it also has sizeable chunks of Canadian bacon inside, which was a pleasant surprise.
