I absolutely love these guys! I cannot praise them enough. At risk of overloading them, I will tell every one as much as I can how outstanding they are. For a year I worked in Renton on the other side of the train tracks. There were some things that I really enjoyed about Renton, but one of my favorite things was hitting a slice at Pizza Dudes. I like a New York style, and they nail it as far as I'm concerned. I would even say they set a different standard. PNW/New York. They also serve some good salads, and their spaghetti with meat sauce at $20 and 10lb is to be reckoned with. I lost count of the times that I had lived off that for an entire week. Now - here's what really did me in... one day I walked in for a pepperoni slice, and in their warm case they had Deep Dish Chicken Alfredo slices. Now, I'm sure you've been around the block. Maybe up-and-down the tracks. Lived a full and perhaps wonderful life. I can tell you with 100% assurance that if you have not had this, your life has an empty seat at the table. I also got an order of garlic bread. The pizza was okay, not too oily or greasy, not a ton of sausage (chopped small like bacon) though. Everyone liked the pizza. The garlic bread was SO good, so greasy. I'm pretty sure I ate half the tray of bread by myself, I didn't see the marinara until I had already eaten most of it. We've been ordering from PizzaDudes for almost 3 years. For the past two years they have been outstanding but something has happened over the past eight months or so that has significantly lowered the quality of the food and the staff. After multiple order mishaps with PizzaDudes, we gave them a break for a couple months to see if they could fix whatever was wrong with their staff and their processes. Tonight, I placed an order for a pepperoni pizza and some cheddar poppers, I can of Diet Pepsi and a couple sauces. I included very clear instructions on how to get into my apartment building, how to use the elevator where to turn, and exactly how to get to my apartment. I got an email notification that my order had been successfully placed in about 15 minutes later got another email notification that my order was out for delivery. So far all is well. At approximately quarter after seven or about 20 minutes after the delivery notification email I started to wonder where my pizza was as we live about five minutes away from this location I waited another 10 minutes to give them a full half an hour just in case they had other things to deliver or something happened and called. When I called, the young woman who answered the phone and told me that the email notification that says "hey customer your order is out for delivery" does not actually mean that the order is out for delivery, it just means that the delivery driver has picked up the slip. So, if you decide to even after reading this review to order from PizzaDudes; please know that your order will be delivered whenever it's delivered. There really is no timeframe. While I was on the phone with the young lady who told me that Pizza dudes has been lying to me for three years my phone told me I had another incoming call. "It couldn't be...." I thought. Oh but it was. It was the delivery driver calling me to say that he was at the door of my apartment building and could I please tell him how to get in. "But you gave them thorough instructions!" you're thinking. Yes, I did give them through instructions. When I asked the delivery driver Why he didn't have the delivery instructions that I so carefully typed into the online delivery form he said "I don't know, they just didn't give them to me". At this point, I muttered some very unladylike terms and asked my son to go get the pizza. I informed delivery driver that he would be right down. No tip was provided. Please note that had the delivery driver bothered to a) look for instructions on how to enter the building that is literally part of his job or b) apologize that he did not have the instructions to enter the building I would've gladly given him the $10 tip that was waiting. Now after all that, I'm sure you're wondering how the food was. Well, the pizza is fine. The pizza from Pizza Dudes used to be great, now it's fine. The cheddar poppers are just bread and cheese, they have no garlic seasoning so basically I paid double the amount that I would've paid if I had just ordered breadsticks. The Diet Pepsi was very refreshing. If you've made it this far in this ridiculously long review, please don't order from Pizza Dudes. They used to be so good. They used to have delivery folks that were friendly, knew their stuff, and even brought treats for my dog. The food used to be delicious, always correct, and piping hot. Now it's mediocre at best. Save yourself the trouble and the disappointment. Suck up the fact that you'll spend a little bit more and order from Smoking Monkey. If you don't want to spend more money, order from Domino's. You'll get about the same quality and probably better service. read more

Last night I ordered the Jalapeño cheese sticks... The first bread stick I ate was alright although a little soft for my liking. The second bread stick, I had to spit out half of it because the dough was completely raw. My stomach immediately started to turn. You can order online, however they didn't have all the coupons available so I called to order. They had a Yelp coupon for two large two topping pizzas for $8.99 each. Great deal! So I ordered those and wings. The total cost for that and delivery was right around $30, which isn't bad. The pizza arrived early and it was hot and fresh. The pizza was really good! It's taste brought me back to all those pizza parlor birthday parties I went to in elementary school. The wings were surprisingly good. They weren't soggy and they fell right off the bone.
