Foods were ok, garage parking was nice but the service was not anywhere close to ok. The waitress was not friendly and at times seems annoyed that she has to provide service. I am not sure why, maybe we got her on a wrong day?? Our party was the first table and no one else came in until we were almost done, so it wasn't like she was so busy. A little disappointed. A family favorite, zeeks dairy free cheese pizzas. We got 3 Large Pizzas: Hawaiian & 2 Build Your Own. We ordered 2 large dairy free cheese pizzas both with an embarrassing minimal cheese. In my photo of the vegan cheese, it did not spread over the entire pizza. As you can see the photo there is red tomato sauce just bear with no toppings or cheese on top of it. I'm on the cusp of a two star review, but I'll push it to three stars. Zeek's pizza crust is very good. Service was sparse. Friendly but not attentive & you mobile phone order. Very hands off. I hope to have a much better experience in the future. We moved away from the area, but frequented this location a lot back in the day. We've come back with friends at least 3 times in the past 3 years to fabulous pizza, but absolutely ZERO customer service, ZERO dine-in ambiance or and ZERO energy each time. It's like take-out is their only business akin to Covid times, and even with nobody else dining in the place, we were expected to order with the QR code! Wine selection was abysmal, and we four adults won't return onsite again. Just no place to invest quality time and $ out. They're not staffed for dine-in at all. SAD. We received a Door Dash gift card for Christmas. I like the Puget Pounder but my son likes a Hawaiian pizza. Door Dash did not have a way to order a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza like you can in the restaurant. I think it is because the Puget Pounder costs $1 more than the Hawaiian pizza. I think that is how the restaurant remedies the situation. Door Dash did not seem to understand how to remedy that situation due to this situation. I hope that can fix that in the future because we might use Door Dash more frequent because that. My son called the restaurant and spoke to Alek who was excellent. He explained the situation. Haven't been to a Zeeks for awhile and were excited to go back. Went on an early Monday afternoon and the place was completely empty. Were told we could sit anywhere, water came out quickly. We didn't know the QR code on the table was to order, this is new since we've been. The waitress didn't mention it just came by and said "did you order through the QR code". We mentioned we didn't know but could, she said she could also take the order and so we gave it to her. It took 30 mins just for the breadsticks to come out. Pizza followed shortly after but the order was wrong. We ordered one mini and one medium but received two minis. Didn't mention it as we just wanted to get out. If we hadn't asked to refill our drinks, it wouldn't have happened. $56 for two minis, one bread stick, and one soda. Outrageous. Upside, food was pretty good but if we go back it'll only be take out. May as well have been take out or switch to a fast food model and let us do our own drinks. read more

Very casual Thursday late afternoon, great happy hour prices on food and drinks. Always many choices of beers, ciders, wines, and well drinks. The Bale Breaker hazy on draft was top rate hazy, good n hazy n flavorful. Well we tried this huge chain and were disappointed to say the least! So instead of slices of vegetables on our vegetarian pizza we got small chopped up pieces that really don't resemble vegetables. This Issaquah Highlands location, however, did not measure up to even minimal expectations. We did place an order and nobody delivered drinks or food for over 20 minutes- or even came to check on us! So, I went to the cashier and said maybe my order didn't go through and they checked- "Oh, here you are..." Food came after another 20 minutes, still no drinks. Drinks came at the end of our meal. Zeek's has sadly changed since Thanksgiving, and not for the better. The positive community vibe is gone. The service isn't what it used to be and there is a lack of professionalism demonstrated by new management. We gave them another chance after management turnover and new ownership. That was a big mistake. We went there last night with our son over the holidays. The new manager talks politics and said some customers "shot their wad" to the female employees half his age. It was uncomfortable for customers and for the staff who saw that my family heard him. The manager obviously lacks the professionalism or EQ to know better. His behavior is offensive. The other manager (the GM) stood there and talked to people at the bar while we sat there without water refills. The staff was understaffed and the two new managers did nothing. we had to get up and go to the bar to ask for service after 30 minutes. There are some sketchy management practices happening there that need to be addressed. Menu prices are up, less options available and staff morale down. This is sad because it was a nice place to go in the Highlands. Do not bring your family or children there. This is not the same experience as other locations. Very disappointing. read more

Frozen pizza would have been better than this. No joke. First, if your employees are so bored that they're all lounging in the dining area on their phones, that may be an indicator of a problem. The pizza though... Less than 10 minutes after picking it up (at the ready time quoted), we tucked in to already cold slices that left a hell of a lot to be desired. Crust was cardboard thin in some spots and an inch thick in others. Flavorless and spongy, neither crunchy nor chewy. We got the Dragon with hopes for high flavor and spiciness. So disappointed. Cheese was already solidified when we opened it. Chopped garlic was actually Costco minced garlic that we all know is super sour. Completely flavorless jalapeños. Soggy, greasy pepperoni. Sausage was flavorful, but very greasy...we squeezed a pellet into a napkin and it soaked it through. Yuck. Also ordered the chèvre, but only had a bite before abandoning it. At first glance all you could really see was the ridiculously large mound of wilted basil in the middle, and everything was slick and glistening with oil. Unfortunately, bitter garlic was all I could taste on the first bite so I passed. Friend said after once slice that he couldn't taste the cheese at all, and it was so greasy that he just wasn't interested. $58 for two cold, nasty 10" pizzas that ended up in the trash. The pizza was edible. Ordered a large Thai veggie and Quentin Florentino. The crust on both was flavorless and dense. It served the job or carrying the toppings but honestly may as well have come out of a freezer. The Thai Veggie had a bit of spice (ordered three stars) but otherwise lacked much flavor. There was an overwhelming amount of shredded carrots which made up most of the toppings and I could almost taste the peanut sauce under it. At 3 stars spicy that was the the only flavor that I could identify in what I'd expect for Thai and there wasn't really even that much heat. The Quentin florentino kinda had a similar theme. I expected a bit of a flavor punch at least with toppings such as goat cheese and sun dried tomato but the low quality of the mozzarella kinda muted everything. I promise I had no stuffy nose or sinus issues when trying these! Food has been full flavor before and after and my husband was in agreement with my verdict. I think three stars was a generous rating as the place was clean and the service was friendly. Unfortunately the $68 price tag for two large subpar pizzas will certainly deter me from giving this place a second chance. read more

This is a tale of heartache, redemption, and humanity - perfect for the holidays! We are just outside of the delivery area, so if we don't pick it up, we have to go through Grubhub. We have done this many times and they always get it right. This time they didn't. The part they missed was the kid's half of the pizza. Now for some background and for those without kids, when the pizza arrives it is THE solution. When I say "the solution" I mean, you're wife is on the verge of a breakdown and you would happily lock the kids in the garage for the night and then the doorbell rings. Ding dong. Ahh...salvation. But wait, the kids have no pizza?! Oh ish. If you thought your family was on the verge of going nuclear, tell your kids and wife that the pizza is wrong. Distraught parents. Whaling kids. The whole show. You've seen it, or I'm sure you can imagine. It was ugly. Dad to the rescue. I tell mom I got it. Time to flex. Grubhub first. Very little help and a long process. Still don't have any kid pizza coming. I call Zeek's. The only solution was to order a pizza to pick-up. 18 minutes later I arrive. The super nice guy at the front totally isn't ready for the "passionate" recounting of what has just happened. I way over shared that my life was melting over a pizza and he asked for help. Sam came out. I began to tell him the story. I don't think I made it half way through and he handed me the pizza and told me to ask for him the next time I am in. *huge sigh of relief* Sam - I don't know if you have kids. I wasn't in the correct mindset to ask those questions. But you saw me and treated me like a human. It was awesome! Thank you! I really needed someone to be decent and help me out. You did just that. I was so happy with the gesture I threw down $20 and ran out to race home with the pizza. I pulled into the garage. Cue the dope music with a sick baseline. Doves flew out of nowhere. This place used to be amazing under the previous management. The ambiance was great, the drinks were even better, and everyone was treated with respect. Even the teenagers they hired acted with much more professionalism than you'd expect. Now, though, not so much. They were crazy busy tonight due to the holidays and Wednesday Trivia. It looked like every chair was used tonight. Yet they still maintained quality and awesome customer service. We called in a large with white sauce on the whole thing half Buffalo Soldier half White Album. We also got an order of breadsticks and two extra marinara dipping sauce. With tip it was $32. Normally that I'd expensive for a large pizza and breadsticks but the amount of toppings and cheese you get is crazy. We have at least 2 dinners or at least a snack left over the next day. If you have kids with you I would suggest asking for a "Dough Ball" for them to play with and no Oregano or other Italian like herbs on top of the pizza. We really appreciate the new manager and everything she is doing to revitalize this brand and location. We love trivia night. The Zeek's backface interface to order pizza, talk to anyone, order properly is abysmal. I believe they were absorbed by a broader brand/owner and all the joy of this great neighborhood location has been stripped from it. Ordered a cheese pizza, buffalo breadsticks and growlers here a couple weeks ago and while the price is a bit higher than most pizza places, I feel like the quality reflects what you get. The buffalo breadsticks are definitely a must for us now. Even our 5 year old gobbled them up. Will definitely order them again. Pizza was good as well.
