--UPDATE-- My husband was able to successfully have our order corrected. No hassle. He said the interior waiting area was handicap accessible and comfortable. While he was waiting for our order to come out, an unpleasant customer unleashed on the staff he waited he waited too long at the counter. My husband said he was incredibly rude, and hadn't actually been there very long. An employee acknowledged this other customer and took care of him with professionalism and grace. My husband said to acknowledge Liam and his handling of our issue. He was impressed enough that he said we should always go to this location... I'll keep you posted on how that goes. ---- Definitely check your order before leaving at this location. Especially with takeout orders! In my experience 90% of the time the order is wrong. Either it's the wrong sauce, the wrong toppings, or you're missing an item such as wings or breadsticks. They're always very gracious about correcting the order, but it's a little ridiculous that we expect it to be wrong at this point because it usually is. And it's very inconvenient to realize it after you've already gotten home and are starving. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the food is hot and tasty. This has got to be the absolute worst pizza I've ever had. Thin crust was more comparable to a saltine cracker not crust. The hand tossed pizza was dry as the desert maybe a 1/4 cup cheese on the entire pie. Absolutely disgusting. I don't know how they stay in business total garbage. read more

I order from this location to get my dad a pizza when he wants one. The first time, they were a half an hour early. And I ordered no olives and they put double the normal amount of olives. This time, I selected 12:30 for pick up time, and it was ready at 12:09. So if I hadn't seen the notification on my phone, my dad would have gotten a cold pizza. This is our local delivery spot for pizza and, living in the 'Boonies', there isn't a lot of options. The good news is the food here is really good and the delivery team is usually outstanding. The food always shows up hot. It looks good when you open the box and the delivery times are always within what they tell you right up front. My favorite part about this location is they follow driver instructions. The powers behind Google Maps somehow has my house sitting several blocks away and when I leave a note for the drivers pointing that out, we have no issues getting our pie. This dominos is the slowest pizza place I have ever seen. My kids love dominos pizza when they have it with Grandma in Layton. I have tried to order it twice for them and after 1 and a half hour wait I call and they always say we just put it in the oven. If you have kids after an hour and a half you have found something else for them to eat. The app always say 35-45 minutes. That is a flat out lie for this dominos. I cancelled both times I ordered. I won't even bother with this location again. What a joke!!! Ordered a pizza, Buffalo chicken and a 2 liter for my friend and I to enjoy for lunch. I placed the order at 12:19 and began tracking our order because you know they have that cool tracking feature online. As my lunch break starts at 12:30 I watched my lunch break slip away pizzaless. At 1:00 I called the store because I noticed the status of my pizza had been sitting in the "quality check" status since 12:28. It's like I said now 1pm. The guy that answered the phone let me know that it had been a busy morning and that they only had one driver. That the one driver had been gone for 30 minutes...blah blah blah. There was no eta in sight for my pizza delivery. So then I asked " so my order has just been sitting there all this time?" "Why didn't you call and explain the delay, I could have ran up and picked it up had I known?" He let me know my order is sitting under a heat lamp and is fine but that they did not have an eta. At this point my lunch break is now over. I asked for a refund and was told It takes 2-3 business days. WHAT? They take the money right away but can't give it back right away or even attempt to make this right. I asked to speak to a manager, and asked that they give me a call. He said she was standing right there and put me on hold and then HUNG UP ON ME. Incredible Did they call me back? Nope! They have my number and they certainly have my money. They knocked it out of the park this time! I'm pleasantly surprised at this Domino's that they were so spot on. One of the things I really like is the ability to track my order, and track the delivery driver online. I knew exactly when he was going to be pulling up, and when he did, he was super nice and efficient. I normally wouldn't give 5 stars for a delivery service pizza place, but we were really happy with our food, and the way we were able to track our order. We asked for extra toppings (mushrooms) and they were sure to give us extra. (Pizza Hut has done the opposite on more than one occasion). Anyway, I hope you give these guys a try. Horrible service! We ordered pizza to have it delivered to us. This is how our pizza was given to us. We ordered garlic Parmesan chicken wings it was covered in ranch. When I called to talk to a manager, Natalie was the manager on duty. When I told her what happened, her tone changed and got real defensive. When I offered to send her a screen shot, she got super defensive and upset saying she wasn't giving me her number. I never asked her for it. No apology. She offered to replace our order but who knows what they'll do to it now. I would never order from this location again. read more

We have pre-ordered from this store 3 times this summer and all three times were great experiences. They were accurate, fast, and they carry the order out to your car for you. It's awesome! The pizza is so good, and the deals they have online make it very affordable. And they are so nice! The guy today that brought my order out made sure the order was stable in my back seat so it wouldn't tip over, and he didn't just say have a nice day but he thanked us for coming to his store and that he really appreciated it. We've ordered from this franchise many times, and they've been great. Last night was the complete opposite. I ordered carry-out and ordered online. I arrived and checked in to the counter via the screen at 5:55PM. At 6:05, my Domino's app said my pizza was ready. At 6:15, I finally asked where my pizza was, and the associate at the front counter mentioned to me, "it's in the oven" and then turned around to take care of something else. To be fair, the place was a madhouse, and they were obviously getting slammed. At 6:35, I asked where my pizza was again, and showed the same associate the app stating my phone was ready at 6:05. She said, "I don't know what is going on, but, the app doesn't always associate with what is going on the restaurant, but, I'll go look again." 15 minutes later, she noticed me glaring at her, she asked for my phone number and said, "I can't find your pizza, but, I'm going have them make it again." 5 minutes later, she hands me two pizzas, which were ICE COLD!! I demanded that they remake them, which they did promptly as they already know I'm seething by this point. 12 minutes later, and an entire hour after I walk into the store, I'm finally handed two hot pizzas I order and an hour and a half prior. To say the least, this neighborhood Domino's has lost my business from here on out. My kids prefer Papa John's anyhow. read more

The first time I ever ordered a pizza from this location, they cancelled my order and said they had too many orders to fulfill and just couldn't keep up. I was honestly upset as this was 20 minutes after they had already accepted the order, but I let it pass. The second time we ordered, we did get our pizza, but my daughter got food poisoning. Ordered here multiple times and the food was great. I then ordered pasta one night and they sent the Alfredo instead of carbonara. I called and told them and was passed off to a manager who, without even asking me what happened told me he made them himself and did I know that the carbonara had bacon, mushrooms etc??? I told him, yes, and none of that was in there. He told me he made them again and I offered to send him a pic on his cell so he could show me where the ingredients were, he declined and finally, grudgingly offered store credit, which I took but will never use. Management at this place is some kind of joke. I've been told that it would be two and a half hours for my pizza to be delivered several times, only to have it arrive ~35-40 minutes later. When I asked the delivery person what that was about, he said it was the manager would become overwhelmed and decide that giving customers an absurd delivery wait time would deter them from ordering at all. I've since began ordering my pizza pick-up, and have had service that wasn't any better. My most recent visit, after walking in, and hearing one of the delivery drivers openly talking shit on a customer who had ordered several times recently, I was handed my pizza. Understanding the lack of integrity of the employees, I checked my pizza and it was incorrectly made. After having them remake it TWICE, still didn't get it right and I left. But not before I asked the person who made the pizza what his name was, and had to ask him several times and threaten to call his manager before he gave me his name. The Pizza was great. The chicken bites were great. I wish they had House made marinara like Pizza Hut and Little Caesar's because the bulk packet stuff is meh, and they don't even warm it up. My real problem is that we ordered a salad with it for my mom, and it didn't come. Delivery guy left too fast to catch him, So we called the store, whoever answered the phone (Brandon, I think) apologized profusely and said he'd add an order of brownies for our inconvenience. No problem, stuff happens, I was happy with that resolution. I've been in customer service, I'm never ever mean to service employees. It took about 40 mins for our order to get back to us, and we were handed a box of brownies and two packets of Ranch. Did the driver think we wanted ranch on our brownies, or what? We caught him this time and waited another 15-20 mins or so for the salad. So basically everyone had finished dinner and now we've got a pre-packaged salad sitting in our fridge that will probably wilt overnight. And to be honest, we should have been offered a voucher for a free pizza next time or something. It's not like it was a busy weekend night, I just don't understand. The brownies were amazing though and everything but the salad snafu was great, so three stars. Delivery really needs to get with it though. Ordered 2 pizzas and some parm bites last night. The pizza was barely warm. It just didn't taste all that food to any of us. Oddly the driver parked in my driveway. Your not supposed to park in people's driveway for the fact if your vehicle leaks oil or any other liquid it's not done in someone's driveway. I finally called to ask why a small pizza and pasta was taking so long and whoever I spoke to walked away from the phone for 3 minutes.
