The pizza did not disappoint! The combination of toppings worked beautifully with regard to the Wise Guy, and the Greek pizza. The crust was cooked to crunchy perfection just the way I like my pizza. I could tell that the ingredients used on the pizza were fresh and of good quality. The Blueberry Lemon custard pizza was a pleasant surprise on the taste buds to top off my meal. We ordered the pizza of the month, El Guapo Pie Thin Crust lightly coated with a zesty Chili-Lime Salt and topped with creamy Chipotle Ranch Sauce, Pepperoni, Chorizo Sausage, sweet Candied Jalapenos, crisp Bacon, whole milk Mozzarella, and Red Onions. Finished with fresh Cilantro and a squeeze of fresh Lime. It was so good, the candied jalapeños were really fun, great flavor, no heat. The pizza was even better the next day, the flavors really came together even more. 5/5 Our standard pepperoni. Tons of cheese and covered pepperoni. It's a heavy pizza but really good . 5:5 Best Ranch dressing ever. We dip our pizza crust in it and the kids fight over it. 5/5 I tried their Caesar Salad, and was a little disappointed. We had a group of approximately 30 to 40 people as we were in town for a soccer tournament. This was the perfect place for all of us to gather and order separately for our families and there were plenty of tables to accommodate all of the kids and adults. The cheese bread was amazing! And the pizzas were outstanding. The salads were generous portioned also, and the bacon was made fresh. There is alcohol for the adults as well so again, the perfect place for us to gather after the game. There was also an outdoor patio area for additional seating, but we opted to stay inside since it was still fairly warm (summer evening in Ogden!) :) there was also ample parking for our entire group. If we were ever go back to Ogden, we would definitely visit again! Definitely highly recommended!!! read more

Checking out the Ogden area and had a 1.5 hour ride home so a meal before the ride was in the plan. Now this place offers a covered outdoor area with some heating and was very nice, only problem no dogs; disappointed. Ordered a 14 inch sausage and pepperoni pizza and was disappointed as well! The problem: although they make their own fresh dough, it's thicker than the Earths crust, reminds me of Pizza Hut. The sauce had a sweetness to it but tasted like canned and not homemade, needed more Basel, Oregano and Marjoram. Lastly the pizza had more cheese than the Alps have snow! The take out was fast and service friendly although the bathroom was out of hand towels but clean. First time getting Pie Pizzeria and we actually bough it on PIE DAY! I read reviews online that this is the original pizza joint in Ogden, so we wanted to try it. We got two large pizzas, one Hawaiian pizza and one Margherita. It was plenty of food for 4 people. The crust was good, and I typically prefer my crust thick/doughy. Honestly.. the pizza however was okay. The wait for it was quick and I was impressed by that, but the taste was just alright. Nothing spectacular about the pizza. Always a fun vibe, but I just don't think it's actually "Utah's best pizza." The crust was undercooked and doughy, and there was way too much cheese for my liking. This has happened several times which is very unfortunate because the food is actually good. Went there tonight and even though the restaurant was close to empty they told us it would take an hour and a half to bake our pizza. There were probably 6 employees just standing in the back talking doing nothing. New to town and tried The Pie for the first time. Restaurant itself is really cool and the patio looked like it would be awesome to try once it gets cooler. Wasn't amazed by the pizza. I love cheese and lots of it but there was so much it almost would choke you. It overpowered every other topping and sauce. With Ogden's plethora of pizza places I'm not sure we will go back here, at least before trying other places first. read more

The pizza is good, but on this Saturday evening they ran out of cups and ice. I hate drinking warm soda. When I asked about it, I was told, "the machine makes its own ice. There's nothing I can do." Not a huge deal, but I ordered a couple to go pizzas. I was quoted 25 min I arrived about 30 minutes after I placed the order then waited almost another 30 minutes till my name was called, there was a lot of people also quoted much shorter wait times then they had to wait. Just be up front and tell the customer how long it is actually going to take. read more

What a mistake. 2hrs and no pizza to find out driver and manager had quit during my delivery. So after 2hrs wasted and starving I called The Pie Pizzaria and 45min later awesome pizza at my door. Thank You!!! The only complaint I have is that they exposed my stupidity in ordering from Dominos in the first place. I will order from these guys again. read more

Definitely a busy restaurant on a marathon weekend but we enjoyed our food throughly. My daughter enjoyed all the pictures and memorabilia on the walls. We enjoyed the outdoor area as well. There were some stray cats that probably lived in the area that my daughter was in love with. It was fun. The staff was helpful and kind. The best pizza in UT. I am a fan of NYC style thin crust pizza. But in UT I found this amazing pizza place that satisfies pizza cravings because of the portions that are huge, the dessert pie that is so much fun to eat, and the nice and inviting atmosphere of friendly and generous staff as well as a fire pit. I loved my vegetarian pizza and dessert and ate the leftovers for a few more days. The vegetarian pizza was the most endowed vege pizza I ever had and savored every bite. Just look at the picture! It was good and I would not want to deter you fro It. The cheese near the center was the best bites. The outer edges just lacked the cheese. I really wish I could provide a better review, but the reality is two stars is already a stretch as it is. Not our first time visiting The Pie, but very likely the last. We stopped by last weekend and as you can expect, they had a decent crowd. We weren't in a big hurry, so a slightly extended wait for the pizza was going to be fine. When we placed our order, they told us our two pizzas (1 small pepperoni and 1 medium cheese) would take 40-minutes to cook. We were good with this. They proceeded to give us our drink cups. They were out of normal drink cups, so they gave us the 8oz water cups for our sodas. No big deal. When we attempted to find a place to sit, 50% of the tables were dirty, awaiting cleanup. (We now understand why they had no regular size cups... they were all dirty and still on tables.) Here's the frustration. After 1 hour, our small pepperoni pizza was ready. The cheese was still not ready. The cheese pizza took 1.5 hours. We just took the pizza to go, as we didn't anticipate a two hour stay for dinner. I can accept delays, due to staffing. It's part of life nowadays. However, there were plenty of people in the kitchen and one person could have cleared 10 of the dirty tables in less than an hour. Only one table was cleaned while we were there. Their pizza has always been okay, but this visit was underwhelming. I really hope they can use this feedback to improve. We celebrated my dad's Birthday here last month. I love that they have the heated patio area outside - esp with covid restrictions in place. It was nice to sit out there and enjoy our pizza & blow out my dad's cake. I think that I may possibly like their vegan options better than their regular pie flavors - although the bbq chicken is pretty good - I think I like the Vegan version better. My dad, who is actually not a big fan of pizza in general, loves the pizza from here. So that says alot :) read more
