I placed my order for pick up in the store. I showed up and the lady told me it was going to be another 10 mins.. but my app said it was ready for pick up. I wait the 10 mins, no big deal. But then I asked if it's ready yet after the 10 mins.. THEN I was told they couldn't find my order.. another 10 mins of them searching for it, then they proceed to tell me that the delivery driver took it by mistake along with other orders. Okay, so can he come back with it? Or deliver it to my house since he grabbed it? The answer was no, they have no way of contacting the driver apparently. Interesting. This isn't making any sense, so I ask again how in the world is it not possible for the driver to deliver my order that he has, OR bring it back? I'm seriously confused. THEN she tells me the delivery driver took my order and DELIVERED IT TO ANOTHER FAMILY. And the only reason they knew this happened was because the family called to complain they got someone else's order, not theirs. So she knew this entire time what really happened and made me do this run around for 20+ mins. They end up telling me they'll just remake my entire order.. so I had to wait additional 20+ mins .. so I've already spent 40+ mins at the store. She said they'd credit my account. Never did. And they didn't even put the dipping sauces I ordered with my order! The dipping sauces I paid for.. unbelievable. I won't be back ever again. read more

I feel like this location is swamped with orders , they really do their best to keep up with the flow here. For the most part I can order from here and it comes usually within 35 minutes to 45 minutes . (Maybe a little more time on Friday and Saturday nights but that's expected.) My food is usually always right, warm when I get it even if it's a delivery or pick up order. Even when they have messed up my order they have made it right. (Just a FYI it's kinda hard to get into contact with the actual store. Just have the call center get into contact with the store). Can't really ask for much more out of a place. Would give ZERO stars if I could. I've been a customer of this location for 4 years since moving to the area and will no longer order from here moving forward. Encountered the worst customer service of any establishment I've ever come across to this point. Was contacted by store and told my order had to be cancelled bc closing mgr was sick and did not make it in, they were closing early at 9:30p. Was advised I should get my money back in 3-5 business days and the staff could not guarantee that the points used for my order would be placed back on my acct. Team member would not provide any sort of customer service to remedy the situation, or provide their name or manager's information for a call back if I had issues with the points system. I ordered two medium two topping pizzas in the first one was supposed to come with cheese. And for the two toppings I wanted ham plus extra cheese plus extra sauce. So that should've been double cheese with ham and extra sauce.. The second medium two topping pizza came with cheese. For the two toppings, we added ham and bacon and extra sauce. So from here on out, I'm going to start giving credit where credit is due not just here on yelp but in many other places. We as customers need to put a stop kind of poor service by letting everyone know, but more importantly remind the companies who's there boss. read more

We ordered a pizza for lunch. First of all, it was a mess when it arrived. There was cheese and sauce all over the inside of the box. But it was okay, I didn't mind too much. I did order it with extra cheese afterall. But when we bit into the slice, the texture was off. Sure enough when I peeled the cheese off the crust, it was raw underneath. I had to take the pizza away from my year one year. I did the whole online claim, but no one ever reached out to me. After shying away from this place, due to not so great reviews, I must say, I really enjoyed it. I ordered on the App for Delivery. It was quite fast for a Friday. The pizza was exactly as I ordered and the ingredients tasted very fresh. Tim, the Delivery Dude was very personable and polite, when I told him this was the first time I had ordered from them, he told me if I had any issues, call the store and they would make it right. I ordered on line for the Royse City Domino's Pizza store. The order was not what I ordered. I had ordered three toppings and when we got the order delivered, there was just a cheese pizza I had ordered two salads and got only one. The only thing that was right is the chicken nuggets. My Bill was almost $30.00 with delivery charge and tip. I called and had to wait almost ten minutes for the supervisor while I had to listen to their advertisement of how great Domino Pizza is before I talk to someone. I am very heated over an incident that happened 9/17/23. I placed an order around 6:00 pm last night, never received my order. I have cameras to prove it. I called back to see what was going on, at around 7:00 pm because I received a notification stating that I had received my order, instead the gentleman that answered the phone his name is Dom blamed me, was being very rude and pretty much said I was lying because his driver named Harrison said he handed it to us. Then proceeded with saying "we will make you a new order but just know it is going to be longer to deliver to you" took an hour to get here and even then I was not pleased , left a review to that store. This Dom guy calls me back and leaves a voicemail to never order from them again and that he will have my number blocked. My husband calls him back and not even a min into him speaking he hangs up. We called back this morning to speak to management and this "Harrison" guy that was involved in last nights incident (he was the delivery guy that supposedly delivered the pizza to us in hand, which he lied about) is now proceeding to tell us that he is a manager . He will not give us the GM's name or contact . They have both lied and I am very frustrated with how they are manipulating this situation. How childish and unprofessional. read more

Possibly the most unprofessional establishment. Two weeks ago I waited at a 'hot spot' for over 30 minutes for a delivery. The delivery driver (who showed up 42 minutes late!) stated that he 'didn't know what a Tahoe looked like' so he made the decision to drive back to the store with my order. In the end, I was forced to serve lukewarm pizza at my son's birthday party. Today I called the store to place a delivery order to my home. After I place the order the cashier informs me that I can not use the coupon that I had told her I was using at the beginning of the call. She stated it was an online-only coupon, but I tried explaining to her that there was no find print or restrictions on it. After going back and forth a few moments I agreed to pay full price and placed the order. 3 minutes after I hang up I receive a phone call from the manager telling me that my home is outside of the delivery area. The WORST service! We placed an online order and was given an hour wait time. Fine. I arrived when we were told it would be ready and was told it would still be ANOTHER hour. They were behind. Apparently the website wasn't working right on the order times. Since it was already paid for, I told them to deliver it because I was not going out again. But they we're going to charge me a delivery fee and there wasn't anything they could do about it. Dominos has had problems for several months so don't waste your time and money here. Been going to Pizza Hut because it's right down street from home, but thought I'd try Domino's since they're fairly new and I could order and pay online. (Good thing too, because they don't answer their phone.) Ordered 3 toppings, 2 meat and jalapenos. The meat was okay but I had to search for the peppers. Some pieces had no peppers, some had 1 or 2 pieces of pepper and that's it. They must have been low on peppers or maybe she's throwing the peppers at it from across the room. Their countertop looked like their topping bins exploded. There was pizza debris everywhere. Other than the missing peppers, the pizza was good. But I think I'll go back to Pizza Hut or Milanos. Service is very quick, came into a very clean miniaturized restaurant style place in case you wanted to eat there. They were able to save us more money by letting us use the in-store special instead of the coupons we got in the mail. Highly recommend! Will be back! read more

This is my go to when I really don't have enough energy to cook or even think about what I want for dinner. We use the app, which makes it super easy. We are fairly new to RC and have placed orders with this Dominos several times. We have been extremely pleased with the delivery service we have received as well as the taste of our pizzas. Every delivery person has been so extremely nice and beyond pleasant to us - even welcoming us to Royse City when we moved here and telling us a bit of the history of RC. I am so pleased to know we have found a Dominos that tastes good, delivers hot pizzas and has very friendly staff. read more

Customer service sucks. Even though I'm only about 10 minutes away they won't deliver to my house. No big deal, I'll just go pick it up. So I place my online order, and drive to the store. When I get there, at 10:40PM on a Saturday night the door is locked (website says carry out is open until 1AM). So I call the store from outside the front door, and the guy that answers tells me that carry out is closed. According to their website, it should not be, and I pointed this out to him. I also told him I had placed an online order. He asked my name and then said he hadn't received the order, and there is nothing he could do to help me. So I wasted my time and didn't even get the slightest bit of help from the staff who obviously didn't care. I've had both good and bad experiences so far! I guess it really depends on who's working the particular day you order! Sometimes the food is great, couldn't be better! Other times I've ordered it seemed they rushed through it and although the taste is still fine, presentation should always be taken into consideration as well...I live about 6 mins driving distance (maybe less) yet it still takes 30 mins or so to get my food on any given day! read more
