They delivered & re-delivered 2 wrong pizzas. Ordered dinner at 5:30pm. Both pizzas delivered at 6:25. One was burned and the other was not what we ordered. I called the store and spoke to "Chris". He said that they'd be remade and delivered asap. I asked that they call me when the driver is enroute and "Chris" assured me that they'd would. FFW to 7:35pm. No call from the driver, but he shows up at my door. One pizza was correct, one was completely wrong. I took the correct one and returned the wrong one, giving it back to the driver. I called the store again and spoke with "Sara", the general manager. She stated that they were extremely busy and short staffed and it would be over an hour before they could get the correct pizza delivered. An absolute cluster-f#*£. I canceled the order and told "Sara" to refund my money. Their mismanagement and inept employees are not my problem. NEVER AGAIN. Principal and managing member is Steven Thomas Palmer. read more

We had 4 different orders for my work. A total of 73 pizzas. This was one of the good ones. Most slices had only 1-2 pepperoni or sausage. My evening order was delivered late and was taken to the wrong department. Now I have to chase down a receipt for that 4th order so I can get reimbursed. If I could offer up zero stars, I would. Dang this was an awful experience. I ordered two pizzas with the Philly steak on it. The "steak" was shaved so thin, thinner than ham. It was overcooked and crunchy and disgusting. We wound up pulling it off, all of 10 tiny pieces per medium pizza... we needed to add cheese ourselves - it was so sparse. I left an honest review through the app, and the manager did call to leave a voicemail, but there was nothing we wanted from them at that point. The day after - my husband, my child and I were horribly ill. We couldn't even make it into school and work due to the food poisoning taking us out. It took all day for us to just feel human again. Our dinner was the only thing we'd both had in common to eat all day. We will never order from there again. It's very, very disappointing. Definitely want to avoid this entire chain. We have lived in Sanger a little over 2 year. We are in a rural area and were pleased to find out that Sanger Domino's delivered. The first few orders were great, and then it went downhill fast- pizzas not made correctly and were not hot. We gave up for a while and went elsewhere. Last night we decided to try again. I was tracking the order on my phone and could clearly see that the driver was lost. He called and I gave him directions and said I would meet him at gate. After 10 minutes, I knew he must have missed his turn so I called him. He was very agitated, couldn't/wouldn't tell me where he was and said I could call and cancel if I liked. I said "buddy I'm trying to help you" and he cut me off and said "Don't call me buddy". Wow. I quickly told him what he could do and I called the Sanger store. Chanda was the manager and I told her my story. She apologized and told me she would remake the pizza and deliver it herself. When she arrived she was pleasant and told me it would be at no charge. I gave her a $20 tip and told her that I didn't want the guy to get in trouble, rather he needed some serious coaching. I hope she took my advice. We love shopping local so we will try again. Hopefully next time I can give them 5 stars. read more

From the time the tracker advised the driver left with our order the driver did not arrive for 25+ minutes. When food got to us you could guess it. It was Luke warm/room temperature. Fyi, its a 6 minute drive to our house. Would not recommended. Pizza Hut here we come. read more

ive been ordering from this dominos for several years now and i hate to say it... but this dominos sucks. sometime in the last 14 months or so their quality of food has become unsafe to eat. i ordered a pizza last night, i woke up at 4am puking my guts out. i wish i could say this was the first time this has happened, but if were being honest this has happened every time i have ordered pizza from this dominos location this year. if you want to get sick, eat from this dominos. if you try to tell anyone who works there about it they just laugh and say its not their fault. they have a pretty nasty habit of rewarding loyal customers with insults that i then hear from the delivery drivers. read more

I remind them that they've delivered several times (5+ times!!!) to my place and the website accepted my order. An hour and a half later I never received my pizza finally the pizza shows up the pizzas completely wrong even though I was on the phone with the manager after I order the pizza to make sure that it was right. I called him several times he wouldn't talk to me I can hear him saying he doesn't want to talk to me. Then when I finally get him on the phone because the pizzas wrong he's rude and not sympathetic at all just rude because he's busy at work and he can't handle the stress. This is not the first time this is happened, this has happened twice before now. But I moved on, never wrote a bad review, didn't think about it twice. At least the first time this happened he was nice. He is very unprofessional and customer service is not his strong point. I will never order dominoes pizza from here ever again and I want to talk to his manager. Worst pizza shop I have ever been to. This the third problem we have had with this location since the beginning of 2016. Their manager, Kayli, is awful and does not take any responsibility, but rather makes excuses for the many mistakes. The first issue we had was when our delivery order took over an hour, when we called to complain, Kayli told us that they were busy and she couldn't help that our driver was taking two deliveries out at the same time. The second issue was when we were overcharged for a pizza that was delivered. The third and biggest issue is when we called in a carryout order and the lady who took my order was not only rude over the phone, but in person also. I then took my pizza home, just to see that it was incorrect. I called Kayli again and she told me that the salami we ordered was out of stock, so they just put sausage on instead. She then said that I could come back and get a new pizza, but I think after this many attempts that I shouldn't have to waste my gas and risk them spitting in my pizza or messing it up again.
