This is the worst Fuzzy's I've ever been to, bar none. I ordered an order of basic steak nachos. The plate was absolutely covered with cold, colorless queso that you could not even see the chips or steak. I'm consistently disappointed every time I try to eat here. I love Fuzzy's, but this one, in Sanger, is a real disappointment. I'm staying at the hotel in the same parking lot. I placed an online order on Thursday night half an hour before they closed. Walked over to pick it up, and they had closed early, locked the doors, and wouldn't look at me. Yesterday I ordered a fajita chicken salad for lunch. They left off the onion, feta, cilantro, and tortilla strips. When I brought it back they didn't know what was missing...so I'm guessing all the salads go out that way. To be fair, they seemed understaffed--one guy out front who didn't know the difference between seasoned ground beef and fajita beef, and two people in the kitchen. Maybe the franchise owner could invest in some menu training and a salsa bar. read more

Went in for lunch 2/1/24 and walked up to the bar to order. Guy behind the bar never said "Hello", just, "You can order on the app." Then he started to count money in the cash register, took a few calls on his cell phone, greeted someone he knew with "Bro", and never looked at us again. Some dude next to him with glasses never acknowledged us at all, and we kept waiting for the guy behind the bar to ask what we'd like. After 5-10 minutes trying to get something straightened out on the phone about the cash in the register, he went back into the kitchen. After 5 more minutes, my wife and I decided to go somewhere where people might be interested in our business. To whomever owns this franchise, you need to read the reviews. The people working there couldn't be bothered to take our order, and you need to look into some new employees. The place was also quite dirty. Trash on the floor, chairs askew. We will never go back, and I would suggest to others to look elsewhere. 1 star is too high. read more

Arrived on a slow weekday night. 4 people in the place. Went and stood behind a customer who was picking up his order. He made a call to someone and at first talked about his order and then went on catching up on old times. The bartender taking the order never looked at us and didn't seem to care. We waited 7 minutes without any contact of any kind including eye contact, no acknowledgement at all. We decided to go somewhere else and while we were walking out the customer goes hey don't leave. That was the first time the bartender even looked at us. We left. I had talked my fiancée into going there as she had a bad experience before. So I've been to this location 3 times. The first time, it was a pretty decent experience. The only complaint Is the tacos were very skimpy and not worth the 40 dollars we spent. It was mostly lettuce and tomatoes with hardly any meat. These last two times have been HORRIBLE. Both were online orders that I had to wait over a hour for. Nothing is more infuriating, then placing a online order 20 minutes early, then showing up and watching people who just ordered after me steadily getting their food. Tonight was just bad all the way around. Our order was wrong, meat was skimped and burnt on literally everything. We ordered quesadillas since the tacos have been so bad the last two times. We ordered them without pico. There was literally more pico then meat. My husband literally just didn't eat. We just waited a hour for honestly the worst quality food we've ever had. The quesadillas were mainly pico, and garlic sauce. Little to no cheese, and hardly any meat. We weren't about to wait another hour to have them made correctly. We are officially done with this location and will not be back. read more

I'll keep it short and simple. If I was asked which restaurant in Sanger is the absolute worst. I'll hands down say FUZZYS. I don't really like writing negative reviews because I feel it doesn't do anyone good. However in this case...I feel like I may help some people save the stress of getting pissed off. DO NOT EAT HERE. I feel like I'm at a cafeteria in high school with the type of product I'm receiving from them. I've held off on writing this review, but I feel like they don't care so why should I. Oh and on top of that the order I got wasn't even mine, so this was definitely meant for someone else to go home to. Oh and then the "Manager" tells me to bring the receipt back so they can remake all of it. She remade 1 taco, and gave my fiancé beans that they missed. 5 star place guys. the cilantro lime rice had almost no cilantro and it tasted like watery white rice. the beans and cheese nachos had barely any cheese and a blob of refried beans in the middle. black beans were beans and sour cream water. the only thing decent is the salsa and chips. this place isn't cheap. 2nd and last chance for to win our business. read more

Had lunch here on 12/14. I won't be back. Tried to order sliced avocados for my daughter and then ordered sour cream and guac for my burrito bowl. I was immediately told that they were out of avocados and I didn't get the sour cream I asked for either. The portion size for my burrito bowl was so small I thought I had ordered the wrong thing. As you walk into the restaurant, there is no air conditioning. Once the food was received, you can tell the kids meal is from frozen chicken. The charro beans had no flavor. I've order from fuzzy a few times and got the family pack that feeds 4-6 people we order from a new location Sanger. This Fuzzy's has gotten a lot better. I went here yesterday and my tacos were pretty good. The veggies were fresh but the fish was on the small side. The chips and queso were good too, the tables were clean, just a normal place. The reason for four stars. The bathroom has paper towels on a stick against the wall which I don't think is sanitary. Simple fix, which doesn't bother me until the roll is handled by everyone including the food preparing staff. My Dad's salad had a tiny amount of fish, he said the pieces were 90% breading but the veggies looked very fresh. Not perfect but a good place. read more

Well, that was strike three! YOU ARE OUT! Fuzzy advertised a Hatch Green Chile pork taco. I love Hatch Green Chilies, so I had to go, despite two disappointing visits to the Fuzzy outlet here in Sanger. The only redeeming feature of this visit was the restroom, which was clean. The grill person seemed determined to only do one order at a time. A remedial course at Jack in the Box or Waffle House might be in order. Orders were called, but not mine. It turned out that my to-go order had been handed off to the person on the cash register who never called me. Once I was thoroughly aggravated I asked the cash register if my order was at the cash register - I didn't want to yell at the kitchen staff for no reason. Oh, yeah, how about that? My order was at the cash register. I took the order out to our car and my wife and I settled in to enjoy our tacos. From the tenor of the rest of this review, you would be correct in assuming that didn't happen. The tacos were pretty well cooled off because they'd been standing a while. The corn tortillas were stale. They had a rubbery texture and were as flavorful as, well, the rest of the taco. There was a mild hint of Hatch Green Chili in one of the tacos, but not the other. The rest of the ingredients were a jumbled up tasteless mass. I never found anything that really resembled pork. Remember the "pork" mentioned above? The grill person evidently didn't. My wife asked for two Baja Mahi Mahi Taco. Still rubbery stale tortillas. Still tasteless glop, only this time with no discernible mahi mahi. The ladies across the street making tacos at Mr. Taco also Known As Taco El Palmar would rather be shot than serve something so bloody awful. They are taco artists, and they will get my lunch money from now on! Are all Fuzzy Taco's this wretched? I really don't want to find out. Used to love eating Fuzzy's. Last 4 times at 3 different locations it's been bad. I ate here yesterday and had a combo plate and the green sauce on the chicken enchilada was inedible.
