Ordered a pizza from dominos in spring creek at 7:00 pm. Checked the tracker about 7:42 and saw it was still in prep. Called the store and was informed that my pizza was not even started and it would still be another hour. I told them forget it and cancel my order and I wanted my money back. I would give this location a half star if I could..The app tells you a 45 to 55 minute delivery and it takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours. This location doesn't seem to care about service, cannot keep employees and is absolutely horrible! Dominos needs to fix their online ordering to reflect true wait times!! waited 20 minutes for someone to come and ask why i was there while 3 workers literally stared at me and there were two people in line. honestly it'll be a long time before i come back because of how poor customer service is. props to the guy who finally came up. not even a "someone will be right with you or i'll be with you in just a minute" not one employee should put customer service on their resume. read more

Domino's pizza is gross it tastes like oil and uncooked food. I will never bring my family here to eat pizza.

I've always had good experiences with this dominoes, only a few times has a topping been left off a pizza. Our pizzas have always been done and ready for pickup when they say, if not sooner! Love the crust on their pizzas! read more

Good sitting on the rack from what i was told for 30 minutes then tell me it's going to be another 15-20 minutes before we get it and we literally live 3 minutes away. Damn ridiculous but they'll definitely take the delivery charge. What a joke read more

I've always done carry out and my pizza has always been ready when quoted online or over the phone. I know delivery times can be crazy. But Spring Creek has 15k+ people and not a lot of options. It's expected that one of the only delivery places is going to be booked out. So. Carry out works well for us. read more

I placed my order around 7pm, at 7:30pm noticed that the order was ready. Around 8:15pm noticed the order hadn't left the store. Called the store, wasn't greeted with the best customer service. I asked the man on the phone when my order was going to leave the store, and he told me "uh I have a couple of orders that way. I guess I'll head that way". Our food arrived sometime around 8:45pm... and it was room temp and over cooked. In over a year of ordering from this Dominos, I've NEVER been more disappointed. read more

Update: I raised the star level to 2.5 I forgot to mention that I had asked for a store credit because I did not want to return to town. That wasn't happening. After hanging up I made a salad for dinner instead, we were all done kicking back relaxing, when the Dominos delivery driver arrived with a slightly burnt replacement that I previously declined. Kudos to the delivery driver (stars raised for effort) But honestly would have preferred the store credit for next time instead of the now cold pizza in my fridge. I have experienced better and from this franchise. Unfortunately not today, so time to say good bye. After ordering the same thing several times (Pacific Veggie Pizza) because it didn't have red sauce, my order got here with red sauce. I called the store, the manager informed me it always comes with red sauce unless you specify otherwise. So what was the sauce on the other 4 previously ordered because it wasn't red which is why I order it. Waste of breath and money. read more

Alway always always make sure you get your sauces! Ordered five extra sauces and didnt recieve any, called as soon as we opened the boxes, the person who answered said they would be right there and apologized, 25 minutes went by and nothing. Called again and they said that the next delivery driver available will bring them. Still have yet to arrive...outlook bleak.. I gave it a two because the pizza is good but im grouchy because we have no sauce for anything else. read more

Food is tolerable, nice that you can order it online. However, double whatever the time expectancy is. (45 minutes=1 1/2 hours). The drivers are nice but the pizza arrives cold if you order delivery. Lots of times it's under cooked. I've gotten good pizzas from here but only with carryout when it's fresh and not hours old. I've heard horror stories about this chain in Spring Creek being rude, but haven't experienced that. Just slow. The app will say the it is ready, but won't arrive for an hour or so afterward. read more

We were overcharged for our pizza and they said that they would just give us a few extra items to make up for it and then went to pick up the pizza they refused. We paid 21.00 for two medium one topping pizzas. I love Dominos but seriously just got ripped off. read more

Placed my first order since they reopened and I would advise others to think twice. The pizza, despite being ordered well in advance, arrived barely lukewarm. I ordered bread sticks and received some sort of stuffed cheesy bread with spinach. The manager did contact me and offered to send out the breadsticks but what is the point when the pizza would have been cold beyond eating at that point. We ordered 2 pizzas and a cheese bread by delivery, they came in good time and all. Service was good until we noticed The Chicken Bacon pizza with parmesan garlic sauce. Had an odd taste to it, one of my family members pulled off an ANCHOVY! We did not order it with anchovies, the next thing we noticed was underneath pieces of bacon there was grey steak! We called customer service for our local restaurant. They told us there was no way there were anchovies, as they store them in the back for special orders. The representative also told us we must have messed up our order for steak. We had checked and double-checked this order! They made it right by sending us a second pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The other pizza was fine, not excellent but it was good pizza none the less. We will probably not be ordering this pizza again. read more
