I made an error of ordering from a competitor previously, because Dominos no longer had anchovies - that was a big mistake as the competitor's pizza was HORRIBLE. Lesson learned. I'm particular about my pizza and Andrea does such a precise job in making sure my pizza is made right. I get an all veggie pizza (california pacific). She makes it the right combination of crispy well-done crust to saucy (marinara). They don't skimp on the toppings unlike a competitor. read more

This place is gross. I order wings, pasta and a pepperoni pizza. The wings weren't cooked long enough, the pasta was mediocre and the pan pepperoni pizza crust was gross. I would choose another nearby option. Don't waste your money. read more

Why oh why did I come here!!!???!!?? Trying to celebrate with my kiddos after a week long wisdom study and save some money by taking advantage of their $5.99 large two topping special, I preordered two pies for 5:30 pickup. Upon arriving, they couldn't find my order, which means the hadn't cooked it. At approximately 5:48, they bring out two pies. One is right, one is not. The server pretends as if he has picked up the wrong order and after a couple of minutes, sneaks off to the side to make me a pie while the correct one sits under a heat lamp. I explained to the gentleman at the counter that I placed the order before they opened that morning and had 4 little ones waiting in the car ( with their older sister) . He assures me that the piping hot pizza that they took out of the oven 5 minutes prior would stay warm until they made the other. What??????? I declined. I ordered from Marcos from my cell and by the time I drove the 10 minutes to get there, it was ready for me. Sorry Dominos. I have 4 small BOYS with big appetites who depend on Mommy to feed them. We have ordered from this domino's many times in the past and never had a problem. However, today we ordered from this location and was incredibly disappointed. The chicken wings I ordered were burnt beyond edible, they forgot the 3 sauces I paid extra for, the Parmesan bread bites had no flavor and were overcooked, they were over an hour and a half late, and I called to check in on the order and they told me they were backed up and working on it then hung up. Also the husband is not picky but he said the pepperoni pizza was just okay. Don't order delivery from here unless you are not hungry, don't want condiments, and don't want to order anything but pizza. read more

I ordered a large pie for my family which includes two girls, a toddler and a seven year old. The original order was pepperoni and bacon with the pizza covered with onions. The store called and told me they ran out of onions which was fine. We got our pie an hour later and two minutes later. The driver was nice and apologized for the tardiness. We dug into our pie. My oldest daughter was barely eating her pizza while my toddler started crying. I asked her what was wrong and they complained it was spicy. It was spicy. It was almost 8pm so my wife and I decided to eat the pizza anyways and gave the kids tuna. I called the store and asked to talk to the manager named "Ryan." I told him I didn't want any refund or reimbursement but told him about how spicy our order was and that our kids couldn't even eat any of it. He immediately got defensive, said he prepared our pizza himself, and blamed the new sauce Dominos has been using for the past year and a half. I just warned him to give other families a heads up cause this experience sucked. My toddler eats everything and she missed out on pizza cause of this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. read more

We order every Friday night, and this Domino's is consistently on time, delivering our pizzas hot, fresh, and as they were ordered. We know our drivers by name, and they are courteous and friendly across the board for us every time. We will move this summer, and we wish we could take this place with us. read more

Order 3 medium size pizzas and had them delivered, was not happy that not one but all of the pizzas had very little cheese on them. It's bad when a 3 year old asks "where's the cheese" that's how little cheese was on it. The amount of topping were fine but the amount of cheese sucks so it was like eating dough. This place is horrible all around. I used to order quite frequently on Fridays but after this Friday done. Order came quick but they screwed it up. Not the first time they have screwed it up but I'm pretty forgiving. But this time I asked for no bacon in the cheesy bread guess what had bacon. So I called was on hold the first time for over 20 min. Hung called back they asked if I would hold I said no I want to talk to the manager. Manager wouldn't get on the phone. I said my order was screwed up they said I could have a credit. I said I wanted my correct order. They said it would be 2 hours. I said I wanted to talk to the manager again the manager wouldn't get on the phone. They said it would be 5 min. Well. Guess what I drove to the store the whole time I was on hold. Over 30 min placed on hold. Walked in the store I said haha jokes on me I am still on hold. By the way no one was calling when I was there. So I was clearly placed on hold so I would just go away. I was ignored when I asked to speak to the manager she I think kept her back to me the whole time. I said I wanted my money back. I was ignored then finally someone came to the counter. Not the manager though. So I said I wanted her supervisors name and number. I was told I can't have his personal number. I stated who wants his personal number. So this store is full of laughs and comedians. Screws up people's ordes, keeps people on hold for no reason other than to avoid confrontation, and makes random jokes. So jokes on me. Here is a tip for the employees there tonight especially the one in charge. When in charge be in charge. Meaning if you can't deal with customers after you treat them like crap and screw up there order and don't expect the customer to say something and you can't deal with it when confronted then go find another job. Or clearly you don't need to hold that position. I have tolerated this Spring Lake Dominos messing up my order more than once but this right here takes it all. The online order tracker doesn't work; the store doesn't update it. I've twice ordered online to pick up and it didn't work, resulting in cold pizza. I was using the tracker to time when to pick up my order, but both times my pizza had been completed 15 or more minutes earlier. I asked the cashier and he stated that often they're too busy to updated the tracker, but wasn't offered any means to resolve their error. read more

I have ordered from this Dominos since 2011 and it is by far the best pizza that is close to Fort Bragg. I order from this Dominos before I will order from Papa Johns on base. People are over exaggerating about the service here, because I have never had any problem with quality or timeliness of service. I went on base Papa Johns and I have watched them drop pans and other items on the floor, pick it up and still use it to make people's pizza. I will return to Dominos every time before I eat Papa John's extra preservatives courtesy of the floor. read more
