Been here once and I have to say, we will probably be back! Not a sit down and eat establishment, but good for delivery/take out. Staff was friendly and greeted us upon entering. Satisfaction guaranteed -- staff will show you everything in your order to make sure you're happy before leaving. Facility seems fairly clean and well kept! We tried their specialty pepperoni pizza, but there are so many other options to choose from! Do the survey for the free cheesy bread. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We used to order about every 3 weeks, and I would give the most glowing reviews of this location, the quality of food & service, etc., but never again. I think new management took over sometime last summer, and it seems like the one person, Amber, who held things together has moved on. The last FOUR orders have been total dogfood (well, the neighbor's dog didn't even want it). We ordered large, handtossed and got pizza dough stretched so thin it was torn in half, with no crust at all under the middle of the pizza, just topping sitting on the cardboard, and it was still RAW dough! It's like they try to use small dough for large pizza. The second-to-last time we ordered in person (mid-Dec. 2023). A DoorDash guy was waiting for over 30 min for 1 last pizza to finish his order - it had been forgotten, and he had 8 other pizzas on the shelf waiting on one. There were 5 people behind the counter, and only 2 were working - 1 standing waiting to box his pizza & 1 taking calls. There were a lot of orders waiting to be made, and the other 3 guys were, NO JOKE, leaning their behinds against their workstations with their arms & ankles crossed, concentrating on their cell phones. NONE of them were working on the orders. We went back the next day to complain, as obviously there was no one in charge that day. The Manager basically told us we were lying, because "My son was working that day, and there's no way he'd let that happen!" (She actually said "I don't believe you. You're just trying to get free pizza.") Well, now we know why things were so bad! The inmates were running the asylum. The Manager declined to make a note to give us a free pizza 'next time' and wouldn't give a refund. Her whole attitude was "There are lots of other customers, we don't need you!" Well, they don't 'have us' anymore, and I make a point to tell whoever I hear getting ready to order pizza "Don't go there!" We decided to give it one last try in early Feb. 2024 (Pepperoni Magnifico). It was at least not ripped in half, but it did have 3 inches of almost burnt, empty crust all the way around the edge, (Yes, I measured it!) with the amount of toppings appropriate for a small pizza, and what seemed like 'extra' sauce instead of the 'less' sauce I ordered. (Truth be told, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a bad notation attached to our ordering profile/phone number.) read more

My food order from Marco's order was delivered to the wrong address. Rather then replacing the order with a fresh order. The driver went to the other house and retrieved the mis-delivered order and then brought it to my home at 730. *It had the original crumpled receipt attached with the 515 time attached to the now ice cold congealed pizza. I spoke to the restaurant and advised them of the mix up, specified I wanted a fresh order made and they said of course. This did not happen. A fresh order was not delivered and I can not feed my family food that went to another home, was opened and perhaps touched, coughed on whatever. Disgusting. **This is a huge health violation and certainly not COVID certified. I will never order from this business again. These dirty practices put all their customers and community at risk. I have reached out several time to the business. I have let them know what happened and requested a refund for the order that was disposed of. I have had no response. Store manager provided despicable customer service, when presented with an issue about how they dealt with an order. Replaced an allergen item with a regular item because they did not have, even though it allowed that choice for the order. When called he was rude and condescending, had not interest in being helpful, and hung up on me because he was too busy. I will not recommend any place that allows this kind of Manager. This establishment had horrible customer service from the head manager Ricky. We ordered our pizza at 4:23pm. My husband asked me to call and check the status of the order around 5:45pm. The young lady put me on hold and the manager picked up. He informed us the driver had knocked as requested and called although we had our door open and no phone calls. Long story short he refused to remake our order because he said it was only 1hr 40mins old. Smh He proceeded to raise his voice at me because I was no longer worried about my order due to his attitude. Ordered delivery from McPherson location. Order arrived extremely fast. This the best pizza I have ever had and having lived in several states, I have had a wide range of pizzas. When we went to pick up they said they could not do anything to fix it we would have to pay full price, basically just a bait and switch tactic.We ended up going to New York Deli which was good. This one (Good Middling Dr) is the best Marcos in Fayetteville. I've been a customer for years! I went back to ordering from them when I moved across town, other Marcos were a big disappointment. They are generous with the toppings, and great staff too. Love their Uno Supreme, and I add on the brushed garlic crust option. So worth it, Yum! Be sure to let them know if you like your pizza baked regular or very browned. I find pick-up is best for a hot-out-of-the-oven experience. read more

Most disturbing for me tonight was when I arrived not ANY of the staff were wearing masks, including the person at the counter directly interacting with the public. I didn't notice any signage about precautions for COVID19. North Carolina is currently experiencing high numbers of positive cases. I left perplexed and disappointed. This pizza is awesome! Everything from the crust and ingredients are top notch. The Greek salad and cheesy bread are a must! Wings are pretty good they actually have meat on them. This company is always giving you coupons from the moment you make your first purchase. The price is totally worth it especially when you use your coups. If you like spicy/hot the spicy double pepperoni fresco is to die for! They make the best meatballs here too. Do not...I repeat do not order from this location. You don't know me, but trust me! Your order will be late, and incomplete or incorrect. Don't try to call to reason or get an apology or a discount because according to the manager, Rickey, you will be stopping him from working. Management (Rickey) and staff think the customer is a bother. I've witnessed staff sharing a great laugh after the 5th time IN A ROW having issues with orders. I'be had to drive there for something as simple as a garlic cup and now they are duplicating charges. My cars was charged 4 times for ONE order which zeroed my bank account out. I was then asked rudely would I like to pay in cash or remove items so that I can afford them. Please please please. Corporate is not open on weekends and even in person NOTHING will be done in your favor. Management and corporate don't deal with customers they have wronged multiple times. It's the customers fault. We waited over 30 minutes for our pick up pizza order, because they passed over our order. I'm assuming he's the manager, an older gentleman, was blatantly rude. Literally refusing to even apologize. I very disappointed with my food tonight, they got the order completely wrong the Chicken dippers we're spicy & I ordered a BBQ sauce cup and a Ranch Cup for my dipping sauces, but what I got was two ranch cups & NO BBQ SAUCE!!!!!! My $30 pizza order was wrong, so I called and when I did the main manager said "well just pick it off" I was like excuse me? He replied "what? You want me to make you a new one?!" Yes that's EXACTLY what I want and how I ordered it! So I decided to hang up because I was very frustrated at this moment, so I called back and asked to speak to a manager..... He was the manager so I knew at that moment I was getting no where so I said never mind have a nice night. So this night manager got my phone number off my order and starts calling me and arguing with me that I'm wrong I told him do not call me again and hung up so I called the corporate office and got a call back 3 days later from Sean the Fayetteville area owner of Marcos and he let me know exactly what I ordered and it was correct and they would take care of it and send me a coupon for a free pizza.... Picked up a pizza and cheesy bread. After eating two slices of pizza and then about to try the cheesy bread, I open up the marinara sauce and it's completely covered in mold. I call this place asking nicely to speak to the manager on duty, NOT to get reimbursed.... Just to tell them so someone can fix the problem before some kid eats this stuff and gets sick! ... I get put on hold and then hung up on. I call back a second time and talk to two different people before they put someone on the phone who sounded like they were posing as a manager. I tell the guy the situation, but barely sound like he's gonna do anything about it. He tells me how they fill them new everyday. Honestly,... Come on guy. I drop the situation in hopes that I told someone who will do something about it... Next morning, my stomach is messed up for hours. Obviously the marinara wasn't the only old food they are serving.
