Sounds great, Well, I call and place the order for 1 Large 1 topping pizza and I show up to the store and the gentleman at the register informs me that the price of the food is 12.99 and explained that I never requested the "Special". This is terrible business! If you're going to advertise a price it needs to be honored. Used to come get all the time without any issues but the last time we came here, I was sick for a few days with food poisoning and I won't return because I know for a fact that they have roaches and I never saw anyone washing their hands and I'm terrified now. Let me just say I wish I could give 0 stars!!! We called and ordered our food at 12:57 pm and told 45-60 minutes for delivery, which is fine but not what happened! We received our food after 2 hours and even called and the girl said well he had other orders to deliver before yours. So guess what our wings were soggy, salad hot, chili cheese fries soggy, and stomboli was soggy and cold!! Needless to say when you spend $32 on a meal for two ppl you expect it to be edible! Recently moved down the highway from these guys and was setting my hopes on finding some solid pizza so close to home. Gotta say the service hands down was fabulous. We ordered to go, but the lady taking the order was so patient and provided good feedback. Pizza is the only thing I've ordered yet from them. I say yet because although I wasn't overjoyed with the quality of my pizza, I'm willing to give them another chance. The pizza was a tad expensive at $18, and I felt the ingredients were somewhat skimpy. Again, I haven't tried anything but the pizza....so the other food might be mindblowing good. read more

I have been a customer since probably 1996 and followed them to their new location in Spring Lake. I've had delivery service as well as in house and it's always been excellent. Stopped in for lunch on 2/15/2019 and was absolutely horrified. There were half smoked cigarettes on the counter next to the register. The cook looked like they hadn't showered for days and the food was so overdone it was a total disappointment and I was a little hesitant to even try it after seeing the workers enter the kitchen from the back door from smoking and not even washing their hands. After placing an order for a salad, a cheese burger and a pita and calling 3 times in an hour and 45 we were told we couldn't cancel our order because the driver had left with it already but they couldn't tell us when. Over the last 6 months the service has gotten to be terrible, we live less then 10 minutes from Tigers and if you are quoting us 45-60 minutes for a delivery why at more then 90 minutes do we still no have our food? Instead of ordering in we will just be driving to Fayetteville it takes us the same about of time and it costs us exactly the same with better options and much better service. read more

So I'll start off by saying I did not give them a 5 star because of the pizza. I have had a lot of pizza in my life and I am definitely a bit of a pizza snob. I will say though this pizza is pretty damn good and my girlfriend who isnt a big eater, especially of pizza agrees. I got a pepperoni and she got a greek and mine was quite good. The pepperoni, sauce, crust and cheese were quite delicious. She loved the presentation of her pizza and said it was quite refreshing. So I see these other reviews and cant speak for the deliveries but I did go into the shop. Looking around you can see the shop is quite clean and taken care of. The pizza and the shop are definitely worth it if you're in the area looking for a close by bite to eat. read more

I got the pepperoni Stromboli. Wow, the small is the size of a standard size Stromboli HUGE. Took half home. The small white pizza was delicious as was my Stromboli. Very fairly priced and all made fresh. Even only having 2 people working, they were on top of everything and very nice. We went here for my son's baseball banquet and it was really good. I was shocked because I am extremely picky. I usually don't like lots of sauce but all the flavors blended well. Never again. We took a long break from this place for some reason. I couldnt remember why so I figured we should give it another shot and they are 2 minutes down the road. Had a coupon for 2 1-topping pizzas, garlic cheese bread and a 2 liter for $24.99. Asked for two toppings on one and none on the other. No problem right? I get there and the total didnt add up for me so I asked why it was $29.15. The poor girl had to explain that they charge for the extra toppings even though they ultimately put two topping total on the pizza. If I had know I was going to pay for it anyway I would have gotten a topping on the cheese pizza. They also could have given me a heads up that that is the policy and not jilt me out of the topping. Im pissed, but what can I do? Its 7pm and my family is hungry now. I get home and we got soggy pizza, with what little toppings there are stacked in the center of the pizza. Asked for 5 cheese blend on the cheese pizza instead of just mozzarella. Tastes like just mozzarella to me comparing one pizza to another. I also asked for thin crust and got a loaf of bread. If that wasnt enough, my son put a quarter into one of their machines and it ate the quarter. They wouldnt even give a kid a freaking quarter. Manager has some bad business practices and apparently a lot of people complain about it per the girl I talked to. Theyve talked to him about it many times, but hes set in his ways. Tigers Pizza and Subs in Spring Lake on Lillington Hwy is delicious. I order from there often enough that when my husband goes in to pick up our orders when we decide on take out rather than dine in and I am not with him they ask how I am doing. I have ordered delivery from them quiet a few times before and they have been quick and kind as well. However, this last time that I ordered delivery, my order totaled $26 and some change and I was told that it would take 45 mins to a hour. A hour and 20 mins had past and my order had not arrived so I called to check on it. The young lady who answered the phone became defensive almost immediately and told me that he should be here any min. She stated that he was probably dropping other orders off at the same time as mine. I told her that was understandable but I was told 45 mins to an hour and it has been well over an hour, her response was, we only have 1 delivery person until 5. I told her again that I spent close to $30 on my food and was told 45 mins to a hour, the entire time that I am talking to her I am being very polite and not giving any attitude although I was receiving attitude. She said ma'am I don't know what else to tell except it should be there any minute, she asked what I wanted to do, did I still want my order or would I like to cancel it and be refunded. So I asked to speak with a manager, she says that she is the manager. I asked her for a discount for it taking so long to get our food, she put me on hold then came back and told me that I could have a free onion ring upon my next order. In response I asked to just cancel my order and refund my money (like SHE offered). In return she told me that because I was cancelling my order and requesting a refund that I could no longer order from there. I then told her to allow me to get this straight: I place a $26 delivery and I am given a wait time of 45 mins to an hour and call back well over an hour later to check on my order and ask for a discount and decide to take the offered refund and cancellation all while being polite, I am banned from the restaurant? Her response was: Yes you inconvenienced us and wasted our time and food to prepare your food and deliver it (it was never delivered). I told her that what about my inconvenience and time wasted waiting over an hour for my order to be delivered? I asked to just refund my money, then I was upset, because I was being treated like I had done something wrong, like I had called up there and cursed her up one side and down the other and like I was disrespectful or something. After she voided my order I asked when I should expect the payment to be back in my account, a day, 3-10 business days, she said that she did not know and could not tell me, I then told her that she means to tell me that she is a manager and can't answer that question? I told her that I was calling bull shit and would be going above her head to resolve the matter. Moral of all of this is the customer service for the 1st time in the 2 years that my family and I have ate at Tigers was quiet disgusting! I did nothing wrong and was banned from the restaurant because of their fault. My husband went to the restaurant in person and asked to speak with someone in charge, the man insisted that I was wrong and the girl that took my call was right. My husband told him that it was shitty the treatment I had gotten and for me to be banned and the guy then told my husband that neither of us were allowed back at the restaurant! Where is customer value in all of this. Not one time was an apology given from beginning to end, not one time was there any customer satisfaction offered from beginning to the end when they were wrong. In all honesty although I did ask for a discount, I really could care less, what really really bothers me is the lack of customer service, disrespect from the staff and being banned from a restaurant that I enjoyed so much.
