You order, pay and tip all before being seated. I get this for take out but for dine in it's odd. Then you get your own drinks and refills. There were multiple people around the hostess desk just chatting but you do everything yourself. I would Have tipped more if they actually "waited" on the customers. The restaurant was very nice and the food was great, just wish they offered true wait staff for dine in.

Even sharing we were full especially knowing we had cake waiting for us back at the condo. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their choices as well. I can see why Taste is the go to choice for my daughter and her husband when they want to celebrate.

They never give you the sauces you pay for. And this time I didnt get my sauces (4 of them) or my 2 liter coke. And I tried calling for 40 minutes continuously (hung up after 7 minutes each time). No one has answered still. Terrible. I'm never ordering here again read more

I would have brought it up to the girl but her conversation was apparently the most important thing in the world at the time. I got my sandwich shortly after and before I could walk away with it the girl making the sandwich needed it back because she "forgot something". Apparently what she forgot was to drown my sandwich in bbq sauce making it completely inedible. I can only assume this stems from a problem a lot of businesses are having where they hire young workers and then proceed to not hold them accountable for basic rules of business like customer service. I'll just go to one of the many other sandwich places from now on. It's a shame how bad this place has gone.

And in the Starkville location you're definitely not disappointed. We are always greeted properly and have our food within a few minutes of ordering. This location is always kept very clean and in good order.
