Domino's has always been my favorite pizza place!! But last night I ordered the cheesy bread with jalapeños and bacon for the first time and the bacon was raw. COOK THE BACON NEXT TIME!!! I have the app and this is probably the slowest delivery time I've experienced and I have ordered from many different stores. I put the order at 5:22 and it was delivered at 6:53. Following the tracker my order was being checked at 5:34 but wasn't delivered timely. It is pizza we are talking about. Who sits around and waits over 1 hr for delivery?!?! What happened to 20 minutes delivery? I called to check on the status and was told to be patient cuz their delivery time was over 1.5 hrs. I wish the app had an estimated delivery time before submitting the order. Should I known I wouldn't have ordered. On arrival driver was polite. read more

So tonight I ordered a pizza at 11:52 pm, and I get it, I know can take a minute to get it delivered. I'm generally a laid back guy. But here's the tea my guy, I waited outside for 2 hours in the the 25 degree weather for a pizza and cheesy breadsticks that never came. I called again to check on my order and all I got was that it was "being delivered". Every time I order pizza from here it takes over an hour to get it. It doesn't matter if it's a Monday night at 11:30 or a game day weekend. Every time I call to find out where my order is I wait on hold for 20+ minutes and I'm always told "sorry...we are super busy". At midnight on a Thursday after having been in bed, because I am pregnant and I wanted pizza. :) The order was ready and at our door much sooner than expected, and the delivery driver was super polite. I've had some that won't call if they can't find the place (were in an apartment with a weird address) and I never understand why.) He called no problem and was just generally nice. They used to have the delicious new Domino's crust with the garlic on it consistently, but now they've started to occasionally leave the crust untouched, which is supremely disappointing. That said, even with the dry barely-flavored crust, whatever the new recipe Domino's uses, it's delicious. And this place delivers pretty quick, even at late hours. read more

Their service is their greatest product! We frequently order the pan pizza or their sandwiches. These are our two favorites that do not fail to be good. The stuffed cheesy breads (dont forget the garlic dip) and their hand tossed pizzas are a real close second. We've recently had their pasta and if they'd back off the poultry seasoning on their alfredo it would rank higher with us. The only thing we have been disappointed with is the thin crust pizza. The two time we ordered it was overcooked both times. Like pizza on a saltine cracker. We were disappointed to be disappointed as thin crust is a healthier choice. I still gave them a 5 because of their service. Their delivery staff is #1 over ALL of our experiences with Starkville, MS's pizza companies and I will say that loudly and daily!! Never been on yelp before in my life but I went out of my way because a piece of my pizza was missing when I got it and I'm pissed about it

It said online that my pizza would be ready in 40-50 minutes. Nearly 2 hours later I still didn't have my pizza. I called dominos and Latasha told me that the delivery driver hadn't picked it up yet. My pizza had been prepped baked and quality checked by 1:59 yet by 3:22 no had even taken it out to deliver it. By the time I get it I have an old cold pizza. I asked her why after it had been baked nearly an hour and a half ago it wasn't even on its way to my house. She said "we only have 2 people working and it's really busy." It's Sunday afternoon at almost 2 pm. If it's too busy now I can't imagine how long it takes to get a pizza on a Friday or Saturday night. So I said "don't quote me an hour if you can't make it within that time range. It has taken nearly twice that long. Can't you call and let someone know what's going on?" If you are busy then have more than 2 people at work. I don't understand why I have to pay about $25 for pizza and then wait almost 2 hours and still get nothing. So now my order is cancelled because my boyfriend was going to eat pizza before work. Now that we have no pizza he has gone to work an 8 hour shift on an empty stomach. Never ordering dominos again. There's plenty of better pizza places in town. read more
