I ordered a Large New York Style Meatzza extra cheese add mushrooms, green peppers, onion, and black olives. When my husband picked it up it was just a vegetable pizza no meat so they said they'd remake it. He called to let me know what happened and he literally had to step outside because the workers were inside playing, using profanity, and being loud to where I could barely hear him on the phone. They even say when another customer walks in, "we better settle down before they set how we really act in here but oh well" and laughed. My husband gets the pizza and brings it home and what do you know, NO extra cheese. I called to make them aware because after 2 opportunities, clearly all the playing and not paying attention is leading to wrong orders having to made over again. Being that I paid for extra cheese I either want it or the money back for the extra cheese. I called and I explain to the employee what happened and he remembers, I tell him they still forgot the extra cheese part and he recognizes that they did forget the extra cheese. He put his manager on the phone, Logan, and immediately Logan said I know the second pizza was made right I watched it. I told him it didn't have the extra cheese on top that I paid for and he got an attitude and started being rude. This Dominos is so disorganized. They literally let a car sit at the drive-up window for 25 to 30 minutes. I had to wait that long to pick up one pizza. There were no places to park so that I could go in and pick up my order. Why didn't they ask the lady to come back for her order (or just pull up so others could at least pick up their pizza on time instead of holding up an entire line of cars? That's ridiculous. I was not the only customer held up in that line that went in to complain. My order was ready a 30 minutes before they handed it to me at the window. Who wants to eat a pizza that's been sitting for 30 minutes? I wish I could say this is the first time that's ever happened, but it isn't. Ordered at 4:29. It was supposed to be ready at 4:53 (14-24 min) 24 minutes... My pizza was handed to me at 5:23 PM. read more

Service was not great. Staff some were great other not so great. Food was done at 636pm I didn't receive it until around 8pm. It took a half hour just to get some one to the register so I can cancel my order and get a refund. At the time I walked in food was falling out of the oven and straight to the floor. There was only 4 people at the time. One employee stated that the food was going onto the floor. The lead man stated he didn't care. As he kept making food and putting it in the oven. Don't understand the low star rating..I've been ordering pizzas here for months and have gotten really great pizza and the service has been top notched. Sometimes you have to ask if they have any specials. I've been taking advantage of the three toppings large pizza for $7.99. Give them a try. After an hour no pizza, their pizza tracker says it's delivered hope I'm enjoying said pizza. Yet I have no pizza so I'm pissed, I call the store calmly and ask what the status is. I'm then told that the order hasn't yet left the store and that it will be right out. So another hour goes by, I'm still with out the shit ass dominos pizza I had ordered. I call the store yet again, get the manager who claims it was delivered to the wrong address which is possible (but a complete dick ass move). I chose this location for the delivery convenience. Wow, did they deliver. I ordered the Pepperoni thin crust pizza. It was delivered hot, flavorful and the crust had just the right crunch. Delivery service was very acceptable. Less than 40 minutes. Bailey, the delivery person,was friendly and very courteous.
