I love them because their food is tasty, the workers are super duper nice, and I like the play place it is cool.

Been here lots of times, I can't believe I never reviewed before. This is a pretty typical Panera. Food is always good but a bit pricy. Baked goods are hit or miss. I've had undercooked muffins with raw dough in the middle or burned bread on 5 separate visits. Main food is always fine though. Lots of fresh pastry items, fewer of the packaged items one can typically find at a Panera. There are tables and booths inside and limited out for seating. It's very conveniently located near hotel, campus, book store, and ticket office, however, this means it gets crowded very quickly. Parking and seating are hard to come by at high noon.

Been here second time with my friends for lunch. Turkey chili soup is good but not really taste like a soup but instead like a typical Indian curb gravy. You can try to test it. Flat bread with southwest chicken was not at all impressive and it tastes like a tooth paste for me and the color also not impressive. Over all the quality of the food and service and ambience are very good but it doesn't taste as expected.

Tasty and satisfying lunch! My Friend and I both did the pick 2 option. The French Onion soup was so flavorful, it really hit the spot. I would also recommend the Chicken Salad on croissant. Will be back for lunch.

Terribly overpriced with small portions and snobby customers. Clean and esthetically pleasing.

For half a sandwich and a 12 oz cup of soup and one shortbread cookie it was over $20. It was Okay food but not worth the price.

All the workers were rude even though they messed up the order. I also ordered a smoothie and they handed it to me completely melted.

Panera bread has very good food! I like their tomato soup with a side of a grilled cheese sandwich, and a prickly pear hibiscus tea.

They had a sign up welcoming customers to their soft opening and asking for constructive criticism. The biggest disappointment was the calamari. It tasted like frozen onion rings. The thick batter was identical to the batter of frozen onion rings. When I bit into the first one, the calamari came out, revealing what a tiny sliver of calamari was inside the thick breading. I would definitely recommend choosing a different appetizer. I like that they have lunch specials which include eggroll, choice of rice, and choice of soup. Dan and I both got Pad Thai with shrimp, egg drop soup, and fried rice. Our grandson got lo Mein with beef, won ton soup, and fried rice. He liked his soup and entree. The egg rolls were a little greasy and we didn't get a sauce for them. We did not like the fried rice. It was dry and had an unpleasant flavor. I couldn't tell what spice I was tasting, but it seemed to belong in an Indian restaurant instead of an Asian restaurant. The dry and underdone texture added to the unpleasantness. Dan and I both love Pad Thai, but we didn't enjoy this. We ordered it around 2:00. It might have been fresher earlier. The sauce seemed too thick and a little sweet. As the sign said, this was a soft opening. I will try them again after they've been open awhile.

The adults who own/work at the restaurant do not speak English. The service is a bit lacking and when we were done, we couldn't find anyone. We also had left over food but they didn't have lids that fit their containers. It was a bit frustrating. One male worker was trying to close the lid on my container and his hand slipped a bit and his finger went into my left overs. The food, however, was delicious so I'm torn as to whether or not I'd return there. The portions were generous. We didn't order the cream cheese garlic naan (we ordered regular garlic naan) and didn't realize they had this on their menu until we tasted it. We thought it was their unique naan. When we looked at the menu again we realized the young girl had just written our order wrong. It tasted fine but not something we will likely order again.

A tad pricey but worth it for the cost benefit, for sure. Biryani portions are large. Everything is as flavorful as you want it to be. The spices and aromatics are *on fire*! One of my go to places when I don't feel like cooking at home but still want something warm, comforting, and delicious.
