We ordered daily for four days during of a tournament our team was here. Wish that catering included all menu items because our team likes items not provided on catering and I know that can be difficult to manage for inventory. So we also had a rapid order as well to pick up. Hoping that this time was just an oversight but if not done already would hope that this location has OSU home competition schedules in mind for inventory so that things don't run out, like smoothies on our last day. We had ordered it without issue on rapid but the last day we were here on Sunday we were able to order smoothies online and they were out of yogurt which was a bummer. One day all the baguettes that come with the soup were missing. Missed a sandwich or soup here and there every day. Overall did well considering we had a large order daily, just a few things that made it less ideal. read more

Ordered a Bowl of chicken noodle soup on 6-25-25 at drive thru. When I got home there was very little Chicken or Vegetables in the soup as it was mostly broth. When restaurants cheat customers they will end of losing in the long run as repeat business will disappear. I will never patronize Panera again. I love going here for breakfast! The four cheese souffle is really good, and the new cookie cinnamon rolls are delicious! The only problem is that they always seem to be out of the cheese souffle. Also, whenever I dine in, they aren't very friendly... some might even be considered slightly rude. In the winter, I love sitting by the fireplace, and the coffee station is very accommodating! I worked at this location for three years so it has a soft spot in my heart, but lately the service has gotten so bad I'm unwilling to eat here again unless I'm eating in person. I work from home and have ordered Panera Bread delivery several times, always from their app. Every single time, there has been something wrong with the order. Either I'm missing side items, they refuse to fulfill special requests, or they forget to include default ingredients. Each time this has happened, I have called to let them know they messed up and said it wasn't a big deal, but I can't leave the store to correct their mistake because I work from home. They were always less than apologetic and seemed unwilling to correct the mistake until I asked for a specific solution: a postcard for a replacement item that usually comes standard to customers who have received incorrect orders. Even then, the replacement card was only for half of the order that I received. I generally don't mind if small things are forgotten, because I understand that places get busy and details are overlooked; however, when I worked at this Panera, we had so many safeguards in place to catch mistakes like the ones made with my orders that it's really odd to me that they're still happening at such a high frequency. I'm not sure if they've changed management or if it's just careless employees, but something needs to change for this location to improve. read more

It took over 10 mins just to order my food, 10 minutes to receive 1 non toasted bagel with cream cheese. At this point I am in a rush to get to my meeting and there is no cream cheese in the bag. On 12/15/21 I ordered a roasted turkey & avocado blt, a pumpkin muffin and cinnamon rolls to be delivered. Everything except the sandwich was delivered. When I called the restaurant, I had to call 3 times because no one would answer the phone. Finally, after getting into my car to drive to talk to the manager in person, he finally picked up the phone. When I told him why I was calling, he laughed and said he was trying to get DoorDash to send another driver. He gave no explanation, no excuse, and no apology. Been here second time with my friends for lunch. Turkey chili soup is good but not really taste like a soup but instead like a typical Indian curb gravy. You can try to test it. Flat bread with southwest chicken was not at all impressive and it tastes like a tooth paste for me and the color also not impressive. Been here lots of times, I can't believe I never reviewed before. This is a pretty typical Panera. Food is always good but a bit pricy. Baked goods are hit or miss. I've had undercooked muffins with raw dough in the middle or burned bread on 5 separate visits. Main food is always fine though. Lots of fresh pastry items, fewer of the packaged items one can typically find at a Panera. There are tables and booths inside and limited out for seating. It's very conveniently located near hotel, campus, book store, and ticket office, however, this means it gets crowded very quickly. Parking and seating are hard to come by at high noon. read more

This is my go-to for quick food. This is one of the most healthy options in Stillwater for quality ingredients. I order here once a week at least. My order doesn't always come out proper, but the majority of the time it does. When the order is wrong they fix it or they will send you a postcard to replace the item next time. My favorite manager is the gentleman that is a vegetarian (or maybe has a family member that is vegetarian) because he understands quality, the importance of personal values, and compassion for a customer and employee when an employee might be having a rough day. Using a restaurant drive-thru is an exercise in trust, you must trust that the restaurant has provided you with an edible meal when you arrive home. Panera bread has violated that trust. Yesterday I arrived home with my 'whole Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken' to find I had received barely half a salad with sad and less than fresh greens, a rotting radicchio core, and rotten avocado. It was upsetting. Any single one of these problems (cheated on food, food not fresh, food rotten) might be excused as a one-time not likely to happen again event but when you get them all together in one salad something is wrong at Panera Bread. Stillwater Panera is literally the BUSIEST Panera Bread I've ever been too. If long lines, no parking, and a drive-thru queue that wraps around the build stress you out, best to avoid it ... OR: Online Rapid Pick-up. It seriously changed my life. I made a large order (for four people) online at my desk in OKC and scheduled it for 6:30 PM pick-up. I walked in the door at 6:32 PM, and it was sitting on a large bookshelf in the lobby area with my name on it. The food was hot, fresh and exactly what I ordered. On top of all that, I left with a (smug) grin as I walked to my car and saw all the other folks stuck in line at the drive-thru. According to their website, Rapid Orders for individuals can be ready in ten minutes. For groups, best to do it in advance. Online ordering for the win! read more

This Panera has pretty good food and for the most part a super helpful staff! I usually order curbside because my roommate is immunocompromised and I do my best to avoid public settings. The last 2 times I've ordered curbside, the lady bringing out my food hasn't even asked my name to confirm it's my food, she just tosses it in the window without a word and leaves. I think it's unfortunate because, especially in a college town, I know 12 other people with the same name as me (so my orders at other places get mixed up pretty easily). I love Panera. The food is just plain good. The breakfast quiches and the soup especially are my favorites. The staff is friendly and attentive. I don't like their soft drinks because they seem to use unfiltered city water and I can taste it often so I am not a fan. Coffee is usually great but now and again they can have coffee grounds in the canisters so they lose their luster if that happens. Disability review: Wheelchair accessible. The doors do not have thresholds and there is a limited amount of parking near the store-be careful with the parking lot because lowered vans may drag if they drive around the drive through area the wrong way, it's really bad for lowered vans. Staff is super friendly and the menus and counters are easy to use. Seating can be adjusted for wheelchairs almost anywhere in the store. read more

One of the best managed Panera Bread's I have ever visited. Manager is up front, friendly, and attentive, so the service is very impressive. I am a huge Panera fan and I am very happy with the progressive changes they have made. Not only have they started to use more whole and natural products but they moved away from the intercom system and now have food runners. This is such a nice touch and doesn't make it feel so casual. When you want some hot soup and a sandwich Panera seems like the place to go. Until you wait too long in the drive-thru only to have them tell you they are out of chipotle aoli and baguettes. Yes. Typically this Panera is run very efficiently. Going through the drive today was an awful experience. Whoever was taking orders needs to be relocated...she could not get my order right, but after 3 tries it looked correct on the screen. It was busy, which I understand. I have no problem waiting, and waited for probably 10 minutes after placing my order. When I got to the window my receipt was correct, but the food I was handed was not. It wasn't just one thing wrong, the majority of the order was wrong. My mom loves eating at Panera Bread. she loves getting the pick 2 with broccoli cheese soup and a half tuna fish sandwich.She has a throat condition that stops here from eating alot of different foods. But seems to do okay with Panera Bread. About 8 months ago - guy in drive thru told me they were out of tuna. I said okay is the chicken salad sandwich good and does it have very big chicken chunks- he chuckles over the intercom and says lady you do realize that chicken doesn't taste like tuna?? (Really I didn't know that lol ) he then tells me that no one has ever asked him what the food tastes like in the drive thru. (Never), I said really, you must be new because someone else will ask you different things about food item, so i order the chicken salad sandiwch and leave. Next time in drive thru he immediately picks up my voice because even though I ordered tuna and soup he charges me extra for the chicken and hands me a chicken salad sandwich. I have to go in to have them re fix sandwich as he left the drive thru window as soon as he handed me the sandwich. I told manager what happened and what had happened the last time and she said she would have to talk to her supervisor but would get back to me, she did - she emailed me that evening telling me she would be mailing me coupons for 2 free meals for my mother. This is a general Panera review, but I hate that they don't list everything that comes on their sandwiches and in their salads. I'm often surprised by items in my lunch. Outlets are hard to find here if you are looking to stay and work. It's pretty loud in here anyways, so maybe working is not the best idea. The food and drinks are standard for a Panera. I admit I might not have specified clearly that I did not need chicken on my salad. So,when they brought in my salad, the waiter was kind enough to bring it back with no chicken.However,later on there were still chicken pieces on it. Well, if you are choosing to replace the salad,please make sure there is no sort of meat in it!Else,do not replace!!! Second,I found a piece of glass in my sandwich.
