This is probably the 4th time I have gotten pizza here on my way through town and I have never had a problem here. My pizza has always been ready when the app said it would be and it has always been good. Really good actually. The kid (probably in his 20s) was friendly and prompt. Maybe this place has listened to these reviews and reevaluated their employees for performance? Idk. read more

Way overpriced!!! $56 for two large pizzas and 16 wings. And that was carry out price!!!! They said they do not offer the $7.99 for 3 topping large even though it is on their brochure. They are price gouging big time in my opinion. Also I tried paying with a card and the machine wouldn't work so I had cash but both their registers had $0 money in them for change. I regret there's no minus stars. This place is pathetic, they lied to us for almost two hours even they offered our order for free , we decided to cancel. What a way to do business. Save your time and frustration go some other place. Even he manager lied about the driver being two blocks from our hotel at the end he told us the driver was not answering his calls. Closed early on a Friday night. After trying fir 30 minutes to order a pizza online and fumbling thru the kinda complicated online order system. The website had issues. Very very slow service. This branch should re evaluate their staffs to make sure they are doing their job properly and efficiently. When I step into this Domino's, it took them 5 minutes to notice that I would like to place an order. We decided to dine in and after 40 minutes someone notice that we are still waiting for our orders. Then, the lady that serve us the food said it's been seating there. She did apologized and gave us a complimentary cheese bread. These are all a waste of resources, which can be avoided if only they are focusing on their job and not just chatting while making pizzas. read more

This place is terrible. I am staying down the street and ordered one medium pizza. The guy says 30-40 minutes for delivery. An hour later I call and ask when I should expect the pizza, he claims it has been delivered. Then he looks it up and he put in the wrong room number. No apology, he says it'll be there soon. I ask how long, he rudely says "soon!" His fault, and no compassion. THE PIZZA NEVER CAME! I would suggest never ordering from these guys. read more

Now I normally do not give reviews for chains and such places at this - however, while in Sweetwater for business and it was freezing cold I stayed in for the night and ordered out. I called to place my order and the young lady that answered the phone was so helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I waited 40 mins for my order. I called and was told they had been trying to call me...nope you didn't call. Said they didn't have enough cookies can they substitute brownies, ok yes, should have my delivery shortly. Called back 20 mins later and they canceled my order!!! Gets better, no one bothered to call AND they didn't even have my pizza and wings that I orders with the 6 cookies they didn't have!!! So six cookies cost 38 dollars?!?!?!? We normally love Dominos but our experience with this one was horrible. We ordered pizza to our hotel room after attending a nearby concert. We ordered around midnight and were told it would be here in 30 minutes. The pizza never arrived. Of course by 12:45 they weren't answering the phone anymore. We have also emailed their corporate office so we'll see if that gets us anywhere. read more

The food was ok......however........went in to order and waited. Cashier was not happy to be there and after we got out order, we left. We found out our order was wrong when we got home, clear across town. When I called, I was told they would correct and deliver, but we would pay the delivery fee....so we drove BACK across town, waited, and got the correct order. I contacted their corporate office and was assured someone from the local store would contact me in 3 days...that was 2 weeks ago.
