Called in a pizza and wings to be picked up at 730pm I called them at 6pm a hour and a half to have it ready, was it ready Of course not!! I finally got the attention of staff I'm told there working on it now this was at 740pm now I go to the counter to ask about my order for the 2nd time and I am told it'll be 20 more minutes! Are you fucken kidding me who in the HELL IS RUNNING THIS PLACE! THATS a question the residents of Sweetwater would like to know 4 yes 4 costumer waiting on there food that is now 30min to a hour wait The staff here are disrespectful rude complaints should be looked into an taken seriously or shut that shit down !! read more

We drove 3 1/2 hours to meet my daughter that also drove over 3 hours to meet us at Pizza Hut. when we arrived the store was closed for remodeling and when we looked this up it didn't mention that the restaurants was closed. read more

I ordered my pizza through my app as I usually do picked up 45 mins after when it was finally ready and then I drive to head home (about 25 mins from location) I just smelt something different so I open the box and it's not our pizza, it's hamburger onions and i believe mushrooms, so I turn around and go back in and I said, very nicely that this is not our pizza to the young lady working the register. She said what's wrong with it and I said it's not pepperoni and black olives, I mean look at it and look at the receipt. The receipt literally says pepperoni & black olives and it's clearly not that. She just walks off and says nothing and the manager comes up, this rude lady. She says what's wrong, in the rudest tone possible and hateful expression on her face. I said like I was telling the little girl that just walked off this isn't my pizza and she goes OK "well what's your name?" "What's the order number?" "like I don't know anything I just walked up here." I said well the girl that just walked off took my receipt, so you would know if she gave you my receipt. She then says "well it'll be like 30 minutes and we will remake it"and I said I don't wanna wait 30 more minutes it's already been almost an hour for you to mess this one up. I would like a refund. Her response "yeah well you can't get a refund, you can only get a credit to which I responded with " who is your manager on duty?" Naturally she responded with "I am," which explains a lot as to why they have a 2 star review. I said at this point, you know you don't even seem sympathetic at all, like y'all messed up my order and this isn't the first time this is like the fifth time I've been here and it's been messed up. She says "Yeah I don't think that's accurate." Well you can think what you want or not but you've messed this up this time 100% and you don't seem apologetic whatsoever you're actually being extremely rude. To which she says well I didn't mess it up. I said no but you're the manager aren't you, you oversee all these employees so technically, it's your job to make sure things are running smoothly. The manager never just says "well I didn't do that." Needless to say I hope the owner is aware and we are never I repeat, never going there again. read more

My daughter decided to give them another try because she really wanted their Parmesan Garlic wings. We placed our order over the phone and were told it would be ready in 20min. We usually wait 30 to go pick up just to be safe. Arrived and it was ready to go. We had added some extra to our order and everything was ready to go exactly like we requested. This was absolutely one of the best pizza's I have have in sometime, we had it delivered to a motel , and the delivery driver he was great , hot pizza just as ordered ! Honestly not sure why so many bad reviews, but give it a try ours food was excellent ! Thank you Pizza Hut read more

The pizza used to be good. We used to go weekly to the buffet but now you have to nearly beg for pizza to be on the buffet . The taste and customer service are not what they used to be. We have not been in many many months. read more

The inside of the restaurant is consistently dirty, I have tried to return several times, every time it is the same slow service, and nasty dirty tables. Delivery is not much better. They do not recognize coupons that you receive in the mail from them. The pizza dough is either under cooked or burnt. read more

The pizza is so gross they're in the pepperonis are so out of order they're so out of order it spells you are ugly in braille it's so out of order it makes you just don't want to look at it while cross eyed I would not recommend eating at this place ever read more

Disgusting. I have never been in a more dirty eating establishment in my life. Gunk on the walls around the booth, sticky tables, nasty carpet, and then... the kitchen area and where the food is made!!!! The counter was greasy and unclean. The walls around where the pizza is cooked are caked with nastiness, the whole place just turned my stomach and the Food from the buffet was like cardboard. Nasty. read more

Stupidity is in abundance at this location. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try it. An hour and a half after ordering I called to check the status of my order. Said they never took my order however cancelled an order to the same room number as mine an hour earlier (I was paying with cash). Told them they must be selling dope out of the facility because they damn sure aren't selling pizza! Don't order from them. First the phone will ring to Abilene. You will then be transferred to the Sweetwater smoke shop where they will do nothing except waste your time. read more

Food was good but out of four people up front, none wanted to wait on me for a pick up order. I had my card swiped to pay but then she disappeared in the back for five or so minutes before reappearing. After I signed my receipt, she didn't give me the soda that went with the order. Went to the guy today, gave them another chance. I will not be going back. The pizza was good, but dirty tables. Employees gossiping loudly and not doing their job. The topper was being asked if I was going to eat. My thought, no I'm just here to waist my time. The pizza person was the only thing on point. No do you need a refill or anything. This place always has an issue of some sort. This time we ordered a few pizzas for our families, and wanted to split the bill on two separate cards. Manager was unwilling to do that. There was a simple solution to this problem, and he wasn't willing to do it. Said it came from people pocketing cash. It's Pizza Hut, so you know about the pizza. The only thing at this Pizza Hut is that the service REALLY sucks! So if you are on a time schedule, don't come eat here. Even if it's not busy the service is really slow. It's like once you find your own table ( good luck on finding a clean one) they forget you are there. We ordered cheese sticks and a supreme pizza. Online order accepted and clearly states order ready for pickup, and even gave extra time just in case they were busy and that wasn't even enough so some thirty five minutes post order being placed I'm still waiting for food!! I normally don't complain, but I have now had to wait twice in a row because they made the wrong the pizza, then said "a miscommunication occurred and the cook forgot to put my replacement pizza in the oven" Plus this trip the Dr. Pepper is nearly flat, I believe I'd be better off staying at the house and just making a sandwich next time. read more
