Arrived and this place as several cars & trucks parked outside - and a good number of customers inside. The Hostess, which is also a Server, showed us to our table. Our Server came over and we forgot his name - placed our drink order while we looked over the menu. They also provide you with their Fresh Chips and Very Hot Red Sauce - but it also is very flavorful. After decided we ordered. My Wife is going with their "Senior Hamburger Steak"; Ground Steak topped with Brown Gravy & Mushrooms, served with a side Salad and Texas Toast. Joe is having their "Pork Chop"; Grilled Seasoned Pork Chop with chosen sides; Loaded Baked Potato & Cole Slaw. Also comes with a Roll. I am having the "Double Cheeseburger"; Two All Beef 1/2 Pound Patties topped with Melted Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions & Pickles. Also request a Fried Egg on top - chose French Fries for a side. Orders are complete and we are enjoying those Chips & Red Sauce - and they filled up our basket of Chips and replaced the two bowls of Red Sauce - nicely done. Looking around we noticed that they must be operating on a short staff because we only see two Servers working and we do believe that is only one Cook on duty - they usually have Two - and this place is Very Busy.
