Horrible customer service. Josh is the Gm. And was extremely rude to my wife and then to me. Never eat here. Horrible crew here.

The food has been good since I've started eating there, but the customer service and wait times are horrible. As bad as I have ever seen.

I have never in all my life seen a more unorganized pizzazz place for delivery . I ordered a pizza last weekend to never receive it. Against my better judgement ordered ken again tonight. Sir the pizza will be there in 45 minutes after over an hour I call to find out the pizza was to be delivered to the wrong room. Gee sir we can get that to you in another 25 minutes. Guess what? Stick the pizza and your franchise where the sun doesn't shine! Your staff stinks!! read more

My family and I order Domino's at least once a month. We order online and carryout from this location (Sylacauga). The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Service is fast, the order is always correct, and the pizza is awesome! read more

Staff is so nice. Always know me when I come in the door. They double check my order and make sure I'm taken care of. Delivery driver usually brings extras in case I need something. They may forget a sauce once in a blue moon. When your there they work and work hard and you can tell but they don't neglect customers. I'm exited for their remodel and I absolutely love this location. read more

Tonight, after an 805 mile drive moving from Austin tx. i ordered pizza, breadticks and cinnasticks from dominoes pizza in sylacauga al. the cinnastix and breadstix both were not cooked completly, and my pizza that was suppose to have extra cheese was burned and had no extra cheese. called to talk to a manager and was put on hold, she then called her area manager and was told to tell me that if more than two peices of the pizza were gone that they could not do anything to help me. i have 4 people in my family and we have been driving all day. there are more than two peices gone. i then told the manager angie to have the gm call me whos name i was told is anna dates.she said she would let her know and i then set a timer on my phone for 15 minutes, and then called back. angie then told me that she tryed to call anna dates 3 times with no answer. this was the absolute worst pizza i have ever had. i tink they could do better. hope they can make this right. randy read more

Ordered 2 $5.99 Pizzas last week and we LOVED them!!! The Guy at the window was very professional, kind to us, and thanked us for eating with them. Got home, everyone enjoyed and wanted more.
