It is there where I discover two health code violations. The ice scoop is sitting in the ice bin along next to a cup of lemon slices. I take my unwashed hands, grab the scoop and fill my cup, and put the wet ice scoop back in the ice. Cashier dude is still watching his phone-and I can still hear it. The egg roll was OK, but no hot mustard around- Sriracha sauce had to do. The sesame chicken was way over breaded and the chicken fried rice was actually just brown rice. No smiles, no thank you's.
