Bad, just really bad. Orders constantly delivered extremely late or to the wrong location entirely - never get so much as a "sorry" or anything either. Save your money and order food from anywhere on earth but here. By their own admission delivery drivers do not read addresses - think about that for a second. Would you want a surgeon who doesn't wash their hands, or a painter who doesn't use brushes? Laughable and symptomatic of poor ownership and management. The 2.7 star rating should have already told you what you need to know, but I had to contribute here anyway. This location consistently only has 2-3 people working, including drivers. We ordered online and didn't see any change in status for over 45 minutes. Apparently they had dozens of orders and no one to deliver or make them, but can't stop accepting more orders, leading to a 2 hr wait time for a pizza. If you're unable to deliver pizzas because there are already 40 waiting for drivers, stop allowing pizza for delivery! Not the employees' fault, but the management here is ridiculously incompetent. As an FYI the address here is not correct as in it is now on the 900 block of Wabash. I attempted to correct on Yelp to no avail. The new buildout is great. The store is very nice inside and has the service to match. The pizza has been very solid as well. Make sure to get take out at least once so you can check out the new build out. read more

I was admitted to Union and wasn't able to get a room before being able to order dinner so I contact domino's online and ordered something to eat and drink. Approximately 25 minutes later I was called by the driver and told to come down and get my order. I explained I was a patient and couldn't. She said she would bring it up. Another 20 minutes went by and no food. I asked my nurse if was left at her work station, she said no but she would check downstairs. She came back with my sandwiches of which I gave her one and cookie brownies which I took 1 and asked her to share the rest with her coworkers. But said there was no water or soda. I called domino's and told them my 2 liter bottle of diet coke didn't come nor my water. He wanted to offer a credit but I said I would rather have the drinks. He stated it would take 20 minutes. They never delivered them! I finally ate my cold and hard sandwich the bread a bit crunchy. The cheese scraped my gums as it was totally hard! Being I was admitted for my heart I decided to wait until I was home before calling them back. So Friday night I was and called them. They denied it was their store and gave me the number of the store who did. Yet that wasn't the truth as they had no record of my order. After checking my bank account on line it turns out the store number and phone number appear on my statement (Thank you THSB.). Which was the first store I called. Yet they were still in denial of the truth and said they couldn't help me that a zone manager would have to. So here we are I paid for service ( hand delivered to me and product not delivered at all. As well a hard sandwich that I gave up on as it hurt my gums to chew. Here it is Saturday and still no resolution to this problem I just want a refund for my drinks and sandwich as I gave the cookie brownies to the nurses as well the other sandwich. Yet I'm still playing phone take with children working at a store where they just don't get customer service or how to run a business. I guess I am truly lucky none work as Aides, Nurses or Doctors at Union as once dead you usually don't get to come back. So hopefully these children can become adults and take on some responsibility for their mistakes and learn but chances are they have to far to go to get there. I want to start with I order pizza all the time in Georgia and I used to manage a fast food establishment. When we went to the Domino's on Wabash Avenue in Terre Haute, Indiana over the weekend, I was floored by the management. Please note that this is NOT about the staff/crew but the manager on duty only. We didn't know exactly where the Domino's location was, so as we used maps to find it, we almost drove past as there were NO LIGHTS on the outside of the building. It was 6:30pm! When we brought this to the young man's attention in the drive through and told him we almost passed the store, he told his manager on duty. The manager's response was "that is ok". Why would it be okay if we have ordered a pizza from your store and we drive by because YOU didn't turn the lights on outside. I don't understand that at all. read more

Dominos has stepped up their game and delivery. I dropped one of our sandwiches on the floor while signing the delivery receipt and Brandon (the delivery guy) offered to replace it for free. I just ordered a pizza and had it delivered while the police were raiding a neighborhood house using dogs. They still delivered using the alley. That's dedication. Also it was one of the best pizzas I have ever gotten from Domino's I don't get the garlic oil I'm allergic. I ordered mushroom and green peppers with a hand tossed crust it was cooked to perfection. I love the online ordering system for Dominos. The change in ingredients has made a huge impact as well. The pan pizzas are amazing, and the bread bites are addictive.
