It was clean and reminded me of the mom and pop shops that use to be all around before the overrun of fast food and chain restaurants. I took a star off because they did not provide any utensils or napkins in the delivery bag which made for a delayed meal since I had to go searching for a fork. The garden salad was very good. So crisp and fresh. The tomatoes were yummy, and I liked the surprise of celery amoungst the greens. The greens were mixed and not just iceberg which elevated the salad quite a bit. I always say I judge an Italian restaurant by their sauce, and this one was ok. Very sweet. Not thick. It wanted for something. I ordered the half portion of angel hair pasta, and it was still a very generous amount. I added a meatball which tasted more like an Italian sausage in a ball with a bit of spice and a chewier consistency. I wasn't mad at it, but it wasn't the seasoned ground beef crumble I expected. All in all, the meal was good, just lacking in some of things I expected from a place everyone seemed to like about it. I would probably go back and maybe try some of the other dishes next time I am in Terre Haute, if only to see if maybe it was just that order.

I don't know if they had ever been in a market before, but they are loud, hectic, and made for the convenience of everyone being able to get what they want quickly and meet up in the same space to enjoy. I am not required to participate in your events, I am here for food. The ramen was good but they made ordering too complicated and the menu is more of a fusion than authentic ramen. I had the shrimp and steak and the steak was burnt. My husband got a calzone and it was okay, it really could have been improved with some seasoning on the crust. You have to order from the vendors individually and then also check out again at a different vendor to get basic soft drinks - which were $3.50 each... I really appreciate what they are doing here, and I hope they continue to improve and work out the kinks.
