I get it. Fast Food places don't typically get the best reviews and people don't often review them when things go well but this location does an above average job in my opinion. I typically order a pan pizza with the Carryout option that allows me to get it for around $10 and I try and get extra sauce. They don't always get the extra sauce part right but I almost never have any other issues. They do sometimes have younger ones working here, but that's fine as it gives them the sense of responsibility that they need as they continue to get older. All in all don't not order from a place because someone had a bad experience. You never know until you give it a try and I think this Dominos is worth that. read more

If a customer orders delivery they don't want to leave their home. Giving a refund when your driver does not deliver said food does nothing for the family that ordered the pizza. Poor service does nothing breed return business. read more

I placed an online order at 5:57pm and the order hadn't been delivered by 7:10pm. I started calling the store and after 8 attempts, the store still hadn't answered the call. The order was finally delivered at 9:10pm and it was damaged. The box was smashed and the pizza & cheese were stuck to the top of the box. If I could give this place a negative two million, I would. This is the most inconsiderate restaurant that I have ever ordered from. I placed an order at 6:09 and never received an update from the tracker. The wait/delivery time was supposed to be 70 to 80 minutes, but it was over it. I had to call multiple times to try to cancel the order, but I finally got through. I was told they were preparing my order, despite me wanting to cancel. I was told the order was being prepared and had to explain that the wait was longer than what the website stated. They told me that my money would be refunded in three business days. We frequent this location for our carry out needs. We had an issue with the online ordering system and somehow ended up ordering a large pizza...with just sauce on it. The staff were very courteous and polite about the error on our end, and immediately baked us the pizza we meant to order to begin with (no additional charge). Shoutout to Gabby Jessica and Elijah for making a completely new pizza for us and having it ready within 10 minutes. This is not a dine-in location, they only offer carry out orders and delivery. Paid for a pizza with delivery using Paypal. I tipped the driver in cash. Signed a single receipt crossing off any tip and writing the total on the receipt. Got an email that another $8 was authorized to PayPal after that. Did the driver decide he needed an extra tip??! Filed a PayPal claim and charges were reversed. I called the manager as soon as they opened. He found my address and said he would check the receipts and call me right back. That never happened. Would not recommend as the management does not seem to care about the extra charges and dishonestly. read more

Only if I could give -5 stars. The service sucks the pizza had marinara sauce on it the cheese was all over the pizza they gave me cinnamon rolls without frosting. I haven't had Dominos in years!!!! Today we decided to grab some pizza and wings for dinner... My oh my!!!! The pizza was scrumptious!!!! It was fresh, hot, cheesy and super tasty! The wings were good too. Next time I will ask for the wings to be ran through the oven twice. We like crispy wings. We ordered over the phone and picked up. Customer service was great and timely. Online offers many deal options. The prices are pretty good and many of the deals are great for families of 4 or 5. I will be adding this has my go to pizza spot. Oh and the pizza crust... dominos offers one similar to a NY style pizza. It's really good. Not too thick and not too thin. Grab a pizza this week. read more

Customer service is half the battle and they have it here. Usually if an order is messed up, they remain accountable for it and don't hesitate to accommodate the customer. Never been treated with a rude attitude here and the pizza...well it's pizza. Everything is cooked accordingly, can't really mess up pizza. Locally owned. I ordered from here today (4/23/18) around 640pm and everything went fine up until my delivery where I had ordered pizza as well as breadsticks but the delivery man forgot my marinara sauce. I called back once I discovered it was missing and the lady who answered the phone was SO rude. Basically making it seem like it was silly that I was calling for that. Um, if that's what I ordered then I expect to get just that. I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady who I spoke to on the phone. Then they said it would take 25 minutes for the delivery then followed by saying 35 minutes so they clearly don't know. Now I literally just left this place. The kids working there seem to have more customer service skills then the lady that was working there. My order was finish and yet she was standing there. That's it. I told the kid my order was ready and he went and got it. I told him I needed 2 garlic sauces since the person who took my order said it was ok. The lady there never spoke to me. Ordered pizza and wings last night. The food took over 2 hours to be delivered. The tracker said the driver left the store (which is less than 5 minutes from my house) an hour before the food arrived. When the food arrived, it was cold. The order also wasn't complete, they forgot all of the additional sauces that WE PAID EXTRA FOR! We ordered two pizzas, chicken bites and the BBQ Bacon chicken bites. Online the BBQ bites look good so we gave them a try. What was delivered was an atrocity. It was regular chicken bites cut up into small pieces then slathered with BBQ sauce and some bacon thrown on top and then burnt to a charbroiled crispy blob of disgustingness. I called the store and whoever answered mumbled something about making it again and then hung up on me. I didn't want another disgusting mess I just wanted them to credit us back our money. I would have gladly given this mess back to them without a delivery charge! It has been almost two hours so I am not holding out hope, not that I wanted it anyway.
