Decided to try their delivery service as I was working on something and unable to leave. Delivery started out pretty quick until I discovered we were missing a pizza. The driver stated they did not provide him the pizza to deliver. Called the store and ended up dealing with a very rude employee. She first wanted me to pick up the second pizza (if I was available for pickup, I would have selected to pickup my entire order). She stated she would call back. 45 mins later she had not called back, so I called again and she was very curt about not finding another driver yet. An additional 45 mins later someone delivered the rest of our order. They not only didn't bother to remake it, but it wasn't sitting under any heat lamp. It was completely cold and hard. Judging by the rest of the reviews, I'm just preaching to the choir. read more

Based on the reviews, I was hesitant to order from this location. Surprisingly enough after getting my 2 pizzas, boneless wings and breadsticks everything was made to perfection. My sauces were also included with the breadsticks and boneless wings so I didn't have to ask for them. My first pizza was just pepperoni and second was pepperoni, sausage, green pepper and opinion. All of the toppings were cooked evenly and distributed throughout the the entire pizza. The sauce was just enough, not too much and not too little. My boneless buffalo wings were cooked well also. Im a person who goes to reviews for everything before I decide on something and this experience surprised me because it was a complete 360 from what I expected. I'm glad I took a chance because based on this visit, I like them better than Domino's. Hopefully the experience will continue to be pleasant. I went to the Pizza Hut located at 7607 Crain Hwy in Upper Marlboro, MD. on the night of Feb 21st, 2026. I ordered a medium meat lover's pan pizza with extra cheese. Once I got home, I realized was given a hand tossed meat lover. I returned to Pizza Hut on the afternoon of the 22nd and spoke with the manager, let's call her Ms. S (can't remember how to spell her name, Salaya). and explained to her what happened the night prior while showing her my receipt. Ms. S graciously apologize for the store's mistake and for the inconvenience it called me. She offered to make me a medium meat lovers' pan pizza with extra cheese at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised at the gesture. I was merely returning to the store to let them know about the mistake from the previous night and to order and pay for the pizza I actually wanted. Thank you, Ms. S for your outstanding professionalism. The awesome understanding and customer service you provided will keep customers returning to your store. I am sorry and truly apologize for not remembering your name. Hopefully you will still be able to receive the recognition you deserve in spite of my brain lapse. Thank you again! read more

I'm not sure what's going on with this place. It's a relatively new Pizza Hut by the Safeway. I've ordered from them before and the only issue I had was the wait for the pizza ( was told 20 mins really waited 45 mins, but it was understandable because they just opened up). This time was WAAAAYYYY different from the first time. This time it was young lady with a strong accent working the front has such a HORRIBLE disposition and attitude. I walked in and she's arguing on the phone with another customer in front of myself and the other 3 customers that were standing inside waiting to pick up orders. She even takes it a step further to hang up on the customer after saying she already told her to hold on followed by doesn't know what else to tell her. I understand being overwhelmed but taking things out on the customers who want to spend their hard earned money with this merchant makes me not want to patronize any of their establishments especially if they are going to employ those who have no respect for working in a customer service industry. I also don't enjoy arguing with someone who I've been nothing but pleasant to especially about something I have record of paying for. I also brought up the ad posted outside their door about the big dinner box that comes with ranch and blue cheese and the lady was trying to charge me for the sauces. I said okay I won't get the ranch and blue cheese since it's not included and I asked for the garlic sauce I had paid for and she was still continuing to argue with me about the sauce I HAD purchased. I'm so glad I took a screenshot of what I had ordered after I paid for it because she repeatedly told me it was 80 cents. Eventually she gave me the sauce I paid for. Really upset about this Pizza Hut bc me and my family love eating here but after that experience I'm not sure anymore. The pizza was ok. It definitely could have been better as the pizzas from the big dinner box and the stuffed crust pizza were lacking sauce. I think the energy that was put into arguing with the customers should be put into ensuring the correct amount of ingredients are placed on the pizza. The ambiance was nice, very modern Pizza Hut. This is not a sit down Pizza Hut, itsonly pick up or delivery location. Located right in the middle of the Osborne shopping center, can't miss it. Hopefully your experience is much better than mine. There is a new Pizza Hut at 7607 Crain Hwy, Upper Marlboro, MD that advertises on their window the picture of a big box with Pizzas wings and breadsticks. The poster says if you buy the big box you get free Ranch and blue cheese dipping sauce. I bought the box and the dipping sauces were not inside of the box so I asked for them. The person who took care of the desk acted like she did not know what I was talking about so I showed her the ad she still refused to honor the posted ad. The African woman at the front is very incompetent. I've watched her drop at least 3 people's orders including my own. She told a couple they can't get their refund until tomorrow because the manager isn't there (???). Not just that but they have to physically come in. If I were them I would've been pissed because it was only a drink. Would pick a different Pizza Hut if at all possible. read more
